We believe our DuPage County Clerk’s Office should make itself available to participate and to answer respectful questions about these questions, all of which will pertain to election integrity. We welcome the participation of the League of Women Voters and DuPage’s Democratic Party in this public hearing should it proceed. Confidence in the integrity of our elections is at an all-time low. It’s abundantly clear that there are a great many DuPage voters (as in tens of thousands) who do not trust vote by mail voting and who believe games are being played with how these ballots are distributed, collected and counted.
