— Democrats say “8 things to know ahead of the first Republican presidential debate.”
— Democrats ever-increasingly promote more illegal immigration.
— Democrats say “Johnson plan to help the homeless would lower, raise and really raise tax on different home sales. Compromise cuts transfer tax rate for properties sold under $1 million, progressively raises it for sales above $1 million.”

— Democrats ever-increasingly since the Civil War, a) run America and b) shout at Blacks that Republicans cause all the problems that Blacks have.
— Democrats crow that “Illinois lands $1.3M federal grant to promote more women in construction industry.” While I worked for GAO 1980-1997, for IRS 1971-1980, and for the Post Office 1966-1969, the agencies were always under tremendous pressure from Democrat politicians to hire, to retain, and to promote Democrat women, and especially Democrat women who were minority and/or younger.
— Democrats say “Highland Park High parents say students are evading weapons detection systems, call for enhanced security measures.”
— Evangelicals continue to support Trump because while he was President, he did more to defend and to advance the Republican Party platform than either Bush.

— Democrats say “The mansion tax gets Johnson’s blessing — with a few nips and tucks.”
— Democrats say “ComEd prepares power grid for excessive heat expected in Chicago area.”
— Democrats say “Chicago’s southern suburbs are closer to getting an airport.”
— Democrats say “Salary information coming to Illinois job postings under new law.” Federal employee salaries have always been transparent. In 1980, when I was 31 years old, the Democrats who ran GAO’s Chicago office offered me only $82,720/year (GS-9 Step 10) in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO. In today’s dollars, that was a $21,863/year (21%) pay cut; my GS-12 Step 5 IRS salary was $104,583/year. GAO audits IRS. I was an IRS Special Procedures Staff Advisor. Much of what I did for IRS was very similar to what I would be doing for GAO as an Analyst. I had worked for IRS for almost 9 years, the last 5 1/2 years of which at the GS-12 Step 1-5 Levels, currently $92,279-$104,583/year. I had passed the CPA examination on my first attempt in 1979. I had earned an MBA from Loyola in 1976. If I had been a Democrat, minority, female, younger, or veteran, GAO would have offered me a promotion at least to GS-13, currently $109,732/year, to transfer. GAO did not promote me to GS-13 until 1986. Since 1980, my Democrat GAO superiors, supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates and the rest of my critics/opponents have used the aforesaid pay cut against me big time.

Joan McCarthy Lasonde, who represents the 9th Congressional District on the Illinois Republican Central Committee, will be there, too. And Lisa Wagner, a national fundraiser based in Illinois, is also on team DeSantis. Nikki Haley, the former South Carolina governor, has Bill Strong, a notable name in Chicago business and civic circles, in her court. And former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie will be cheered on by Ron Gidwitz, another Chicago businessman.)
