— To vote for Democrats is to vote for socialism, that is, to vote for communism. Democrat leaders hint/imply/argue/shout that working under socialists is like working under Democrats. Under Democrats, all you need to do to advance is to be a Democrat. Under socialists, all you need to do to advance is to be a socialist. How did Democrat government control impact you? I accepted a job offer from Oldsmobile when I was 22 in 1971 to be a liaison between its factories and its Midwest dealerships. But Oldsmobile withdrew that offer saying it had just agreed to stop hiring Whites to settle an EEOC complaint. My Democrat Firestone Store boss rudely fired me because I had accepted that offer. Because I had to have a job, I accepted a job offer that I gotten from IRS to be a Revenue Officer. Because I was not a Democrat, minority, female, or veteran, my Democrat Post Office (1966-1969), IRS (1971-1980), and GAO (1980-1997) superiors wasted my career and forced me to retire when I was 49 in 1997. – Dave Diersen

— To vote for Democrats is to vote for socialism, that is, to vote for communism. How strongly are the Republican candidates on the ballot in your precinct stressing that? How strongly are they stressing the benefits of capitalism and the negatives of socialism? How strongly are they stressing how they have benefitted under capitalism? Socialism destroys motivation. Capitalism motivated me and enabled me to work my way through college and earn a) a job-related bachelor’s degree when I was 21 in 1970, b) job-related master’s degrees in 1976, 1980, and 1997, c) job-related professional certifications in 1979, 1981, 1990, 1994, 1996, and 1997, and d) a job-related professional license in 1981. That enabled me to a) buy a 1958 Chevrolet Bel Air in 1964, b) buy new cars in 1966, 1967, 1968, 1971, 1973, 1978, etc., c) buy real estate in 1972, 1974, 1976, 1978, and 1984, d) get married in 1978, e) buy collector cars in 1989 and 1994, d) etc. Under socialism, I would not have had the aforesaid motivation or accomplishments because under socialism, all you need to do to advance is be a good little socialist. Being a good little socialist is like being a good little Democrat. All those who my Democrat superiors promoted over me were good little Democrats. To get promoted, none of my Democrat Post Office, IRS, and GAO coworkers came close to doing what I did. I earned the aforesaid degrees, professional certifications and professional license. All my Democrat coworkers had to do to get promoted was to be good little Democrats. All those promoted over me were Democrats a) who had less education than I had, had less work experience than I had, had no professional certification or fewer than I had, and/or had no professional license like the one I had and/or b) who were minority, female, younger than me, and/or veteran. – Dave Diersen

— If you ran for a government office or a political office, what would you stress? I would stress a) my master’s degrees in business, accounting, and finance, b) my professional certifications in accounting, internal auditing, fraud examination, government financial management, financial services auditing, and forensic accounting, c) my having passed the CPA and Certified Internal Auditor examinations on my first attempt, d) my CPA license, e) my having worked for GAO as an Analyst for almost 18 years, the last 11 years of which at the GS-13 Step 1-10 Levels, currently $118,984-$154,682/year, f) my having served on the Executive Committee of the Association of Government Accountants Chicago Chapter for 13 years, g) my having worked for IRS as a Revenue Officer for almost 9 years, the last 5 1/2 years of which at the GS-12 Step 1-5 Levels, currently $100,059-$113,402/year, h) my serving as a Republican Precinct Committeeman since 1999, i) my serving as the GOPUSA Illinois Editor since 2000, j) my having served as the TAPROOT Republicans of Illinois chairman 2005-2012, k) my having served as an Illinois Center Right Coalition Steering Committee member 2003-2007, l) my having lived in Illinois since 1948 and in Wheaton since 1978, m) my being married since 1978, n) my having been baptized, raised, and confirmed as a Missouri Synod Lutheran, o) etc. – Dave Diersen

HARVARD BUSINESS REVIEW
— Workers Adapt Their Resumes to Fit the Political Moment. DD: Democrat and RINO employers use Affirmative Action and DEI a) to not hire Republicans and b) to get rid of their Republican employees. If I had been active in Republican politics when I was a student at Crete-Monee High School 1962-1966, the Democrats who ran the Park Forest Post Office in 1966 would not have hired me. If I had been active in Republican politics when I was a student to UIC 1966-1968 and at NIU 1969-1970, the Democrats who ran IRS in 1971 would not have hired me. If I had been active in Republican politics while I was a student at Loyola 1972-1976 and DePaul 1976-1980, the Democrats who ran GAO in 1980, would not have hired me.
https://hbr.org/2026/11/research-when-workers-adapt-their-resumes-to-fit-the-political-moment
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Job candidates may avoid talking politics in an interview, but subtle tweaks to their resumes can reveal where they stand—and give them an edge with employers who share their views. Workers are adding and deleting politically polarizing language from their resumes right before and after presidential elections to show that they’re aligned with like-minded employers, a study coauthored by Harvard Business School Professor Joseph Pacelli finds. Those changes can pay off: Businesses often favor applicants who appear to be on the same political page, sometimes choosing these candidates over others with stronger skills and experience, the research shows. “At the end of the day, firms want to hire and promote the right employees,” says Pacelli, the Gerald Schuster Associate Professor of Business Administration. “But we show that companies chasing the current political trend can actually end up hiring potentially less qualified workers. The companies are sacrificing quality for that alignment.” American corporations have long adapted to the prevailing political winds of an era, adjusting policies and rhetoric to protect their business interests. Now it’s clear that workers are doing the same, as many add or remove wording tied to environmental and diversity themes to match the political trend of the moment. They’re doing so both to appeal to employers with similar views and to advance their careers, according to Pacelli’s research, “Partisan Resumes: ESG Signaling Over the Political Cycle,” which was updated in August. “It’s more evidence of politics seeping into corporate life,” says Pacelli. “Partisanship is directly affecting workers and how they sort into firms.” With U.S. midterm elections coming, the results may prompt business leaders to consider: Is a resume that seems like a perfect cultural fit actually pointing to the right candidate, or is it the result of a well-timed edit?)
