— Chicago’s top cop Eddie Johnson asks court: Block hiring of Patrick Lavin once charged with hate crime – Steve Schmadeke  (DIERSEN: If I had not been denied my 7th Amendment rights in Diersen v. GAO, I would have presented a jury with lots of evidence of how my Democrat GAO superiors and supervisors sabotaged my job search. They had treated me as though I was a “bad” employee, so they certainly did not want me to get a good job after they had forced me to retire in 1997 when I was 49 years old, always ranked me in the bottom half of my coworkers for pay-for-performance purposes, did not promote me beyond GS-13, kept me off audits of IRS for all but 3 of the almost 18 years that I worked for GAO, and forced me to take an $18,847 pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO in 1980.)

— STEM scholars get lesson on gender equality in Geneva – James Fuller  (DIERSEN: The panel should have included a top GAO official. GAO has had great success a) in hiring, in retaining, and in promoting young Democrat minority women and b) in making way for them by wasting the careers of and by getting rid of its employees who are Republican, White, male, older, and/or non-veteran, that is, GAO has had great success a) in giving preference to young Democrat minority women and b) in discriminating against those who are Republican, White, male, older, and/or non-veteran.  It is called Affirmative Action, Diversity, and Inclusion, that is, it is patronage, political affiliation discrimination, reverse discrimination, and age discrimination. GAO may very well be the first federal agency in which 100% of its employees are Democrat, minority, female, younger, and/or veteran.)

BREITBART
— VA Under Trump Admin Fires More Than 500 Employees, Suspends 200 for Misconduct – KATHERINE RODRIGUEZ  (DIERSEN: Constructively, since 1997, the Democrats who run GAO have had the Civil Service Retirement System pay me $1,008,644 in today’s dollars ($4,238 X 236 months) to “sit at home.” According to my critics/opponents, their operatives, and their dupes, the Democrats who run GAO are doing that because I am a “bad employee.”  I should write a book about adverse actions that my Democrat GAO superiors and supervisors took to get rid of me during my first day, first week, first month, first year, first decade, and during the rest of the almost 18 years that I worked for GAO 1980-1997. Those adverse actions included forcing me to take an $18,847 pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO, giving me unrealistic performance expectations and unfair performance appraisals, assigning me to supervise the office’s most problematic employees, keeping me off audits of IRS for all but 3 of the almost 18 years that I worked for GAO, not promoting me beyond GS-13, always ranking me in the bottom half of my coworkers for pay-for-performance purposes, and forcing me to take their early retirement “offer” in 1997 when I was 49 years old. They would not have done any of the aforesaid if I had been a Democrat, a minority, a female, and/or a veteran.)

They urge all the mayors in Milton Township, in DuPage County, and in Illinois to take their hatred of Trump out on me.)

If you want to destroy an organization, you give that organization pot. If you want to destroy a company, you give that company pot. If you want to destroy a government, you give that government pot. If you want to destroy a country, you give that country pot.  Mexico gives America mountains of pot every day, week, month, and year, so therefore, Mexico wants to destroy America.)

— Trump administration wants to boost value of federal employee buyouts – Eric Yoder  (DIERSEN: Federal agencies use buyouts to get rid of their employees who are Republican, White, male, older, and/or non-veteran.)
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/powerpost/wp/2017/07/11/trump-administration-wants-to-boost-value-of-federal-employee-buyouts/
(FROM THE ARTICLE: The carrot half of the carrot-and-stick formula for cutting federal jobs would be sweetened under a proposal the Trump administration has sent to Congress, seeking to increase the maximum value of buyout payments from $25,000 to $40,000 government-wide. Buyouts are payments used for “increasing voluntary attrition in agencies that are downsizing or restructuring,” in the words of the proposal, and reduce the need to use the stick side of the equation — the complex and contentious layoff process called reduction in force. A buyout is the lesser of $25,000 or the severance pay the employee would be due if laid off — as a practical matter, it’s usually the former. The payment is taxable, reducing its value typically to under $20,000, and employees who accept one generally must repay the full amount if they return to government employment within five years. The $25,000 figure has been the same since the government first started offering buyouts during the workforce downsizing in the Clinton administration. Last year the Defense Department asked for a boost to $40,000, arguing that $25,000 is no longer a sufficient incentive to get employees to resign or retire voluntarily. Congress agreed to the increase, but only at that department and only through September 2018.)

When the Democrats who ran GAO in 1997 succeeded in forcing me to take their early retirement “offer,” I knew as much about swaps and the regulation of swaps as anyone at GAO. I had worked on audits of CFTC and other federal financial industry regulators for almost 9 years and I had just completed the requirements for a masters degree from IIT in financial markets and trading.  GAO would not have wasted my knowledge of swaps and my knowledge of the regulation of swaps and GAO would not have forced me to retire if I had been a Democrat, a minority, a female, younger, or a veteran.)
