— U.S. Rep. Eric Sorensen, D-17, to bring Illinois veteran James Diaz who lost his job in DOGE cuts to State of the Union (COMMENT: I lost my GAO job when I was 49 years old in 1997 because of Republican budget cuts. (FROM THE ARTICLE: James Diaz, a disabled veteran, will attend the State of the Union as a guest of Rep. Eric Sorensen to raise awareness about job cuts.

EPOCH TIMES
— Federal Employees et 2nd Round of ‘Pulse Check’ Emails Requesting List of Accomplishments. Roughly 1 million of the 2.3 million federal employees responded to the first email. (COMMENT: I was a federal employee for almost 30 years. To get rid of me, my Democrat superiors ever-increasingly under-employed me, that is, they ever-increasingly gave me job assignments with lesser and lesser and lesser responsibilities, that is, they ever-increasingly demoted me. My Democrat GAO superiors were beyond furious when the manager who had arranged my transfer from IRS in 1980 and who was finally able to assign me to audits of IRS, promoted me when I was 38 years old in 1986. They forced him to retire in 1987, they threw me off audits of IRS in late 1988, and they gave me an extremely inappropriate and bad job assignment and unfair performance expectations and appraisal in 1989. They would not have been able to do the aforesaid if GAO had been unionized. They somewhat backed off on their efforts to get rid of me after my Congressman Henry Hyde came to my defense later in 1989.)

NEW YORK TIMES
— Employment is a zero sum-game. For every employee who gets a promotion, there is one who does not. I should write about all my coworkers who my Democrat GAO, IRS, and Post Office superiors promoted over me. They all were Democrats who had less work experience than I had, had less education than I had, had no professional certifications or fewer than I had, and/or had no professional license like the one I had. They all were Democrats who were minority, female, younger, veteran, non-Protestant, non-German American, and/or had ancestors who had not been in America for a long time.
