POLITICO ILLINOIS
— AXELROD weighs in on gov race – Shia Kapos (DIERSEN: Government is nasty. Politics is nasty. Who are the nastiest politicians, their operatives, and their dupes in your municipality, in your township/ward, in your county, and in Illinois? I should write a book about the nastiest past and present politicians, their operatives, and their dupes in Wheaton, in Glen Ellyn, in Milton Township, in DuPage County, in Illinois, in TAPROOT Republicans of Illinois, in Wheaton Chamber of Commerce, in Milton Township Republican Central Committee, in DuPage County Republican Central Committee, in Illinois Republican Party, in Illinois Center Right Coalition, in American Association of Political Consultants, in GAO, in IRS, in Post Office, in etc.)

(FROM THE ARTICLE: “Any consultant would say you’ve got to take the other guy down. It may be too late for him to project any sense of why the next four years would be any different than the last four years. That’s the question,” Axelrod said. “If he were to come back under these conditions, it would be one of the greatest political rehabilitation stories in Illinois history,” said Axelrod, who expects Rauner “to run brutal negative ads and hope he can knock Pritzker down to the point to pass him.” Axelrod said Rauner’s favorability numbers also need to rise in order for him to get out of his funk. The poll shows voters have a negative opinion of him by a 2-to-1 margin. Those numbers seem “almost impossible to surmount,” said Axelrod. “But impossible things happen in politics.” Told of Axelrod’s comments, Rauner spokesman Alex Browning responded, “Pundits and public polling were wrong about Bruce Rauner in 2014 and they’ll be wrong again in 2018. With Illinois’ future on the line, voters care about lowering taxes and fighting corruption, not polling and prop bets.”)

NEW YORK TIMES
— Singapore Says ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ Author Skipped Military Service – Austin Ramzy (DIERSEN: Did you avoid the draft? Trump and I did. I should write a book about those who have punished me the most for my avoiding the draft by getting four student draft deferments 1966-1970 and a financial hardship draft deferment 1970-1971.
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/08/22/world/asia/kevin-kwan-crazy-rich-asians-singapore-military.html
(FROM THE ARTICLE: The author of “Crazy Rich Asians,” the best-selling novel on which the new hit film is based, never fulfilled his national service obligations in Singapore and could face a fine or potential prison term, the country’s Ministry of Defense said Wednesday. The status of the author, Kevin Kwan, was revealed by the authorities one day after the film, which was largely set and filmed in Singapore, made its premiere there. Mr. Kwan did not attend the opening there, although the director, Jon M. Chu, and several of the film’s stars did. Mr. Kwan, 44, left Singapore when he was 11 and moved to Houston. Singapore requires all male citizens to perform two years of service in the military, the police or the civil defense force, generally starting at age 18. Singaporeans are not allowed to renounce their citizenship until they turn 21, and can face legal problems if they try to do so without fulfilling their national service. Some profiles of Mr. Kwan said he became an American citizen at age 18. But Singapore appears to have not given up its claims to him. The Ministry of Defense said Mr. Kwan’s application to renounce his citizenship in 1994 was rejected, as was a subsequent appeal. “Mr. Kwan has committed offenses under the Enlistment Act,” the ministry said in a statement, adding that he could face a fine of up to $7,300 and/or imprisonment of up to three years if convicted.)

Ever-increasingly, anti-Trumps count on illegals to get rid of individuals, organizations, companies, governments, and countries that are Trump supporters, Protestant, conservative, patriotic, Republican, American, White, male, older, rich, gun owners, draft avoiders, German American, and those whose ancestors have been in America for a long time.

My critics/opponents, their operatives, and their dupes continue to be beyond furious that IRS promoted me in 1972, 1973, and 1974 and that GAO promoted me in 1986. While I worked for the federal government for almost 30 years, virtually all my superiors, supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates were Democrats who focused on undermining my work. I should write a book about them. Further, Democrat plants, Libertarian plants, Green plants, and RINOs undermined my work while I served as a TAPROOT Republicans of Illinois chairman, Wheaton Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee member, Milton Township Republican Central Committee webmaster, Illinois Center Right Coalition Steering Committee member, and American Association of Political Consultants Midwest Chapter board member. — What’s Holding Back Wages in America? (DIERSEN: My critics/opponents, their operatives, and their dupes continue to be beyond furious that because of cost-of-living adjustments, step increases, and promotions, my salary increased every year that I worked for the federal government 1966-1969 and 1971-1997 except for 1980 when I took a $19,203 (26%) pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO. In my defense, I earned a) a job-related bachelor’s degree when I was 21 in 1970 and job-related master’s degrees when I was 27, 31, and 48, b) job-related professional certifications when I was 30, 32, 41, 45, 47, and 48, and c) a job-related professional license when I was 32.)

Only about 20% pass all four parts of the examination on their first attempt. My passing the examination frustrated their efforts to paint me as being lazy and stupid. Disciplinary actions that my Democrat IRS superiors tool against me included not promoting me beyond GS-12, disallowing my education deductions in 1978, getting rid of my mentor in 1975, and disallowing my partial day per diem claims in 1974.
