For me, it is again gerrymandering my precinct and again drawing me into the same precinct with Jeanne Ives like they did in 2015. In her February 14, 2023 memorandum to DuPage County Board Members, DuPage County Board Chair Deborah Conroy announced her “Precinct Re-Map Timeline.” Like my critics/opponents did in 2015, I fully expect that they will again draw me into the same precinct with Jeanne Ives. My current precinct outrageously includes homes in three (west, east, and south) of Wheaton’s four districts.)

(FROM THE FEBRUARY 14, 2022 CONROY MEMO: March 14th – Staff will present an updated map to the Finance Committee for its consideration. March 15th thru April 10th – Staff will update the map to reflect the direction received by the Finance Committee. April 11th – The revised precinct map will be presented at the Finance Committee meeting for additional feedback. During this meeting, a Public Hearing will be held to seek input from community members. April 12th thru May 8th – The proposed precinct maps will be placed on the County Board website for public comment and review. During this time, the maps will be printed and posted within the 421 building to allow members of the public to view the proposed maps. May 9th – New precinct maps are placed on the Finance Committee and County Board agendas for a final review to be voted on at either the June 13 or June 27 County Board meeting.)

GAO and Diersen v. Chicago Car Exchange; g) being married since 1978; h) living in Crete 1948-1972, in University Park 1972-1976, in Chicago 1976-1978, and in DuPage County, Milton Township, and Wheaton since 1978; and i) being baptized, raised, and confirmed as a Missouri Synod Lutheran.
