(FROM THE ARTICLE: Data from the U.S. Sentencing Commission indicates that during fiscal year 2021 some 72% of federal offenders in a case of marijuana possession were non-citizens. But it’s not clear how many non-citizens count as “lawfully” or “unlawfully” present in the country.)

— COMMENT: Republican candidates should assure that if elected, they can and they will defend and advance the Republican Party platform.
— German heritage prevalent in Illinois – Tom Emery (COMMENT: I should write a book about how Democrats, Libertarians, Greens, Independents, and RINOs in Illinois, in DuPage County, in Milton Township, and in Wheaton treat German Americans. Further, I should write a book about how the aforesaid treat Missouri Synod Lutherans in the aforesaid.)
(FROM THE ARTICLE: German ancestry remains prevalent in Illinois, as it has for a century and a half. The strength of German-Americans helped shape Illinois history through a Civil War and two world wars against the old country. Of the nearly 1.8 million Illinois residents in 1860, nearly 325,000 were of foreign birth. Germans were the largest ethnic group with 130,000, nearly 8% of the state’s total population. Some 20% of Chicago’s population was German. Many arrived following the failed German revolution of 1848. . .Many Germans were farmers, while others were laborers, merchants and skilled tradesmen. . .In 1859, future presidential candidate Abraham Lincoln bought the press and type to establish a German-language Republican paper. . .Politically, German support was crucial, and their weight was felt at the first Illinois Republican state convention in 1856. The German influence also was a key factor in the 1860 presidential race and, at the Republican National Convention in Chicago, German resolutions even were incorporated into the national platform. Germans were perceived to be staunch abolitionists, though some scholars dispute that claim. . .By 1910, more than 319,000 German immigrants were in Illinois, and more than 1 million people of German descent — a tenth of the national total — called the state home. With nearly 400,000 first- and second-generation German immigrants, Chicago was the sixth-largest German city on the globe in 1914. . .The high concentration of Germans caused some protest at the outbreak of World War I, as many of German descent decried their adopted country’s stance against their homeland. Music by German composers such as Mozart and Beethoven was banned in some public places, and some German-Americans were under surveillance by state and federal officials. Other German-Americans were forced to recite loyalty oaths in public spectacles. Within a few years, use of the German language, once prominent, faded from schools and churches. As a result, many Germans in Illinois distanced themselves from their heritage. From 1914 to 1920, the number of Illinois residents who identified themselves as German on the census dropped more than 41%, to 112,000. But many Germans remained loyal to the American cause and took active roles in the war effort, both at home and abroad. A quarter-century later, dislike of German residents was a minor issue in World War II, as many chose to focus their disgust on Adolph Hitler, rather than their German neighbors.)

With Democrat victories on November 8, 2022, Democrats will do even more to get rid of Republicans once and for all. Soon, Democrats will succeed in stopping Republicans from a) holding any kind of government office, b) getting an education and educating their children, c) getting and keeping jobs, d) owning vehicles, e) renting, f) owning real estate, h) etc.)

— Are ‘Good Americans’ to Join Russians and Germans in Infamy? – Paul E. Scates (COMMENT: To what extent are the following going along with the perceived Democrat majority, that is, with those who are anti-law enforcement, anti-Trump, anti-conservative, anti-patriotic, anti-Republican, anti-American, anti-White, anti-male, anti-older people, anti-heterosexual, anti-traditional marriage/family, anti-non-poor people, anti-gun owners, anti-Christian, anti-Protestant, anti-Italian American, anti-German American, and/or anti-those whose ancestors have been in America for a long time: a) voters on your block, b) voters in your neighborhood, c) voters in your precinct, d) voters in your municipal district, e) voters in your municipality, f) voters in your township, g) voters in your county district, and h) voters in your county?)
(FROM THE ARTICLE: One of the most troubling questions in all of human history is, “Where were the ‘good Germans’ while Hitler and the Nazis were taking over their country?” In 1933 there were only about 2 million Nazis in Germany; by 1939 that number had increased to 5.3 million…out of a population of over 80 million people. That’s only six-and-a-half per cent of the total German population. How could such a relatively small number of zealots overwhelm the will of a great nation? “We didn’t know what the Nazis were doing” is the most-heard answer by Germans. But by 1939, Hitler and his Brownshirts had shown their true colors in their attacks on any opposition (but especially Jews). But perhaps this was a gigantic Asch Experiment, wherein people simply go along with the perceived majority, even if they personally feel the actions are wrong? It’s not the first time such a small but fanatical group co-opted an entire nation, of course. In 1917 the total population of Russia was 200 million people; of these, about 800,000 were members of the Socialist Revolutionary Party, another 200,000 were Menshiviks and only 350,000 were Bolsheviks. But by 1919 the Bolsheviks had taken complete control of the nation: that’s only .2% of the population. What were the “good Russians” doing as their country was being taken over by fanatical communist zealots? While today’s Democrat party garners almost half the votes in any given national election, it may be reasonably argued that the radical leftists of that party (the Squad, Bernie Sanders, AOC, et al) altogether make up no more than perhaps 10% of professed Democrats. Why, then, does that radical leftist element seem to control the narrative on everything from crime to immigration, from American history to education and everything in between?)
— The Worst Places to Live in the US – Noel S. Williams (COMMENT: In retrospect, with benefit of hindsight, I should have sued Money Magazine for its 4-page February 1978 article on me ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/303701009500?hash=item46b5fda45c:g:3IMAAOSwY8hfaQg7 ). The magazine a) foisted negative government employee stereotypes on me, b) painted me as being grossly overpaid, c) painted my education deductions as being improper, d) foisted negative Protestant stereotypes on me, e) foisted negative German American stereotypes on me, and f) even worse things. My Democrat IRS and GAO superiors, supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates viciously used the aforesaid against me, and especially those who were Jewish, non-Protestant, non-German American, liberal, veteran, unmarried, female, younger, those whose ancestors had not been in America for a long time, those who had financial, health, and/or other problems, those whose spouse had little or no income, those who had trouble raising children, IRS-haters, union-haters, Corvette-haters, drinkers, gamblers, stoners, etc.)
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Money Magazine recently released its list of the best places to live in the U.S. It is riddled with pompous virtue-signaling and plagued by diversity-induced myopia that skews rankings to fit a progressive, multicultural agenda. Indeed, the magazine admits that it “gave preference toward places with populations that were less than 80% white.” Many places probably are, but why propagate such bias instead of applying the criteria (education, jobs, housing, quality of life, etc.) objectively? Instead, in the descriptive justifications for each ranking, Money Magazine touts diversity and multiculturalism. That emphasis results in high “best place” rankings for places with high crime rates, which are a big concern for most Americans. . .Rogers Park (ranked number 5 best place) “is one of Chicago’s most diverse neighborhoods, with more than 60 different languages spoken.” Nevertheless, it’s riddled with crime. According to the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reports, Rogers Park’s overall crime rate is 22% higher than the national average, and residents have a 1 in 30 chance of being a victim of property, violent, or other crimes. It’s also noteworthy that major businesses are fleeing the Chicago area, including Tyson Foods, Caterpillar, Boeing, and Citadel.)

I should write a book about the success that my Democrats Post Office, IRS, and GAO superiors had doing the aforesaid.
