He never would have hired me. He vehemently disapproved of my avoiding the Vietnam War draft. Then it was Oldsmobile’s withdrawing its job offer because it had just agreed to stop hiring Whites to settle an EEOC complaint in 1971. That ended my career in automotive industry. My Firestone Store manager rudely fired me because I accepted that offer. I accepted IRS’s job offer in 1971 because I had to have a job. Then it was my Democrat IRS superiors’ success in getting rid of the manager who had promoted me in 1972, 1973, and 1974. Then it was my Democrat GAO superiors’ success in getting rid of the manager who had arranged for my transfer from IRS in 1980. My Democrat IRS and GAO superiors got rid of the aforesaid managers because they had advanced me instead of advancing my Democrat coworkers who were minority, female, younger, and/or veteran. But then, more significantly, it was my opposing my Democrat IRS and GAO superiors’ race and gender based preference giving, their political affiliation discrimination, their reverse discrimination, their age discrimination, their religious discrimination, and their national origin discrimination. But then, even more significantly, it was my becoming an active member in a class action lawsuit that charged my GAO superiors with reverse discrimination, age discrimination, and retaliation in 1988. – Dave Diersen
