(FROM THE ARTICLE: State Central Committee member Jeanne Ives, 3rd District, had attended the July meeting with Tracy and is heard on the audio recording voicing her outrage to the IL GOP’s gifting the Irvin campaign of its postage discount, calling it a “tacit endorsement” of Irvin. Ives had endorsed conservative candidate Darren Bailey for governor. In response to Ives’ comments, Tracy told Ives that as a new State Central Committee (SCC) member, she could take it up at the next SCC meeting. Following Illinois Review’s call for the Inspector General of the United States Postal Service to audit the IL GOP, Tracy formed a new committee to draft policies for usage of the postal discount – as no such policies existed before – and not surprisingly, Tracy directed that Ives be placed on that committee.)

— Asylum theater on the southern border – Conn Carroll
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Now, what’s going on is that all of these people who are entering the country across the border, who are being taken into custody, they are stating, effectively, a fear of harm if returned to their home countries. And by doing that, they really slam the brakes on the detention and deportation process, particularly the deportation process. At this point, with so many people coming in, the government doesn’t even have the ability to screen those fear claims. They’re just basically giving them a court date and appointment where a judge will then hear those claims and make an initial determination. Now, when the Border Patrol gets so overwhelmed that they can’t even complete that process, they are literally giving people a piece of paper saying to basically self-report to ICE in their destination city in the United States. And so they’ve done this on a large scale over the past two years. . .The activist base of the Democratic Party has completely overrun whatever “moderate figures who had experience at DHS” were in Biden’s White House. These hardcore immigration activists have successfully dismantled all of former President Donald Trump’s border enforcement policies, thus allowing economic migrants from poor but perfectly safe countries to enter our country and stay forever, even though very, very few of them are ever actually granted asylum. Until we elect a president who is committed to shutting down “asylum theater” by closing the asylum loophole, as Trump did with his “Remain in Mexico” policy, the situation at the southern border is only going to get worse.)

Trump-haters voted for Biden because they hate Trump. Conservative-haters voted for Biden because they hate conservatives. Catholics voted for Biden because he is Catholic. Irish Americans voted for Biden because he is Irish American. Poor people voted for Biden because he indicated that he would push for more welfare.
