— Majority Still Think Biden Too Old for Second Term (COMMENT: In 1974, when I was a 25 year old IRS employee, because I was conservative, Republican, White, male, non-veteran, Protestant, and German American, I was “too old” to be promoted to GS-13 according to my Democrat IRS superiors. It is called a) up-or-out, b) political affiliation discrimination, c) reverse discrimination, d) age discrimination, e) religious discrimination, and f) national origin discrimination. All my coworkers who my Democrat IRS superiors promoted over me were Democrats who were minority, female, veteran, non-Protestant, and/or non-German American and/or a) had less job-related work experience than I had, b) had less job-related education than I had, and/or c) had no professional certifications. I earned an MBA from Loyola in 1976. I passed the CPA examination on my first attempt in 1979. I earned a master’s degree in accounting from DePaul in 1980.)
