— The retirement age changed this year. DD: 55 is the required age for federal employees in the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) to take regular retirement. My Democrat GAO superiors misled me to believe they were going let me work until I was 55 in 2003. But then, when I was 49 in 1997, they succeeded in forcing me take their agency-wide early retirement “offer” which expired on September 30, 1997. My CSRS pension is dramatically less because of that.

The aforesaid have a tremendous impact on Republican Precinct Committeemen and Captains (RPC) in Illinois, one of my biggest target audiences. What position do the aforesaid have on the many big adverse actions that IRP, DCRCC, and MTRO leaders have taken against me since 2000 to stop me from sending out my newsletters and to stop everyone from reading them? What is going to change under Grogan? What do Grogan, Flynn, Coyne, and Castle want me to do so that they would encourage RPCs to read my newsletters? – Dave Diersen

I did that because my Democrat IRS superiors made it clear that they would never promote me to GS-13. I finally made GS-13 at GAO when I was 38. But I would not have been able to do that if I had not a) earned an MBA when I was 27, b) passed the CPA examination on my first attempt when I was 30, c) earned a master’s degree in accounting when I was 31, d) passed the Certified Internal Auditor examination on my first attempt and became a licensed CPA when I was 32, and e) if the GAO manager who had arranged my transfer from IRS had not finally gotten back into power and promoted me when I was 38.
