September 29 Morning Edition

GOPUSA ILLINOIS
— Who will the anti-Kavanaughs focus on destroying in your precinct, in your municipality, in your township/ward, in your county, and in Illinois? Of course, the more demographics that you share with Kavanaugh, the more that they will do to destroy you. How many demographics do you share with Kavanaugh? Both Kavanaugh and I are Trump supporters, Christian, conservative, patriotic, Republican, American, White, male, older, married, non-poor, and non-veteran. I assume that he is a gun owner and that his ancestors have been in America for a long time. However, I am not an attorney, let alone a judge. I was baptized, raised, and confirmed as a Missouri Synod Lutheran. All my ancestors came from what is now Germany. My wife and I are childless. None of my degrees are from Ivy League universities. None of my ancestors attended college. My father was the first of his ancestors to earn a high school diploma. My mother never attended high school. I graduated from a public co-ed high school. My participation in sports was all but ended by a bone disease. I did not display any kind of leadership potential in high school or college. My college majors were management, business, accounting, and finance. I never made any academic honor roles. I was never a member of a fraternity. While Kavanaugh lived in a “dilapidated group house” when he attended law school, I stayed at University Plaza Dormitory and Lincolnshire West Apartments while I attended NIU. While Democrats forced me into early retirement in 1997 when I was 49 years old, Republicans nominated Kavanaugh for the U.S. Supreme Court in 2018 when he was 53 years old. While I am a Republican Precinct Committeeman, Kavanaugh is not. While am a State Editor for www.GOPUSA.com, Kavanaugh is not. While Kavanaugh “serves as a lector at his Washington, D.C. church, the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament. He has helped serve meals to the homeless as part of church programs, and has tutored at the Washington Jesuit Academy, a Catholic private school in the District of Columbia,”  I am not a member of a church, I do not attend church services, and I do not give money to a church. While “Kavanaugh’s reported salary as a federal judge is $220,600 and $27,000 as a lecturer at Harvard Law School, my Civil Service Retirement System pension is only $51,864 and my Social Security is only $2,064. – Dave Diersen

To call for an FBI investigation is to shout that you side with the accuser. Why not have GAO investigate the Kavanaugh allegations instead of FBI? According to GAO (https://www.gao.gov/about/index.html), GAO “is an independent, nonpartisan agency that works for Congress” and it is often called the “congressional watchdog” and it supports congressional oversight by “investigating allegations of illegal and improper activities.”)

(FROM THE ARTICLE: If signed into law, it would also make the $10,000 limit on state and local tax deductions permanent. That’s been a thorn in the side of high tax states like Illinois, but Tax Foundation analyst Nicole Kaeding says that tax reform as a whole is keeping more money in Illinois taxpayers’ pockets. “Every individual in every congressional district across the country is seeing a net tax cut this year, even with the SALT cap,” she said. Others with the Tax Foundation have called the SALT deduction poor fiscal policy that subsidizes high-earners in high-tax states.)
