(FROM THE ARTICLE: As the high-level organizers of the “No Kings” demonstrations seek to turn their operation into a nationwide get-out-the-vote rally Saturday, their warning to steer clear of partisan messaging that could violate their own rules is falling on deaf ears. A Fox News Digital investigation reveals that, on the ground, the political activation is in fact highly partisan, led by the center-left Indivisible nonprofit that has received millions of dollars of funding from Democratic mega-donor George Soros. “No Kings” organizers didn’t respond to a request for comment. The partisan nature of the day’s events is important because political experts say the “No Kings” operation reveals a sophisticated electoral strategy: transform the crowds assembled for anti-Trump protests into a durable voter bloc that participates in elections and turns out a “Blue Tsunami” of votes in political battles. But federal election law bars nonprofits, many of which fund the “No Kings” operation, from advocating for particular candidates. Behind today’s action, Fox News Digital has identified a sprawling network of 300 progressive advocacy organizations, labor unions, Democratic political operatives and tax-exempt nonprofits with an estimated $2.5 billion in annual revenues, transforming the “No Kings” protest movement into a nationwide voter-mobilization operation of an estimated 3,000 events for Democrats. A review of digital advertisements for Saturday’s “No Kings: Vote Early” demonstrations and their organizing rhetoric identifies multiple instances of organizers promoting the very language the coalition’s national rulebook forbids in its attempt to create the illusion of nonpartisanship. In Newark, Delaware, Democratic activists from the local Indivisible chapter are encouraging voters to “wear blue” to their 2 p.m. demonstration at the corner of S. College Avenue and W. Main Street, and their “Sign Ideas” include: “Vote Blue Nov. 3,” “Vote Early, Vote Blue” and “Time for a Blue Tsunami.” Their announcement reads: “đ Wear blue to signify the blue tsunami we are hoping we will see in Nov!” Some 3,000 miles away, in Roseburg, Ore., Indivisible Douglas County activists are advertising their own “No Kings” rally with suggested signs reading “DOUGLAS COUNTY VOTES BLUE!,” “REPUBLICANS HAD THEIR CHANCE!” and “VOTE EARLY. VOTE THEM OUT!” Those are precisely the kinds of partisan political messages the national “No Kings” coalition has explicitly prohibited. On a Thursday night webinar promoting the protests, a member of Indivisible Colorado Springs told Indivisible co-founders Leah Greenberg and Ezra Levin that the group’s event is struggling to attract media attention without focusing on President Donald Trump. Levin replied: “By all means, make it about Trump. Y’all make it about Trump. Create some conflict. Use some strong language. There’s nothing about No Kings that says you can’t focus on the fascists in the White House.” “Be bold. Be direct. Don’t hold back,” the Oregon organizers tell participants. Under “Event Prohibitions,” a “Host Toolkit” warns: “Events must not be partisan in nature or make references to preferred election outcomes.” It bars “candidate campaign activity,” “any political party or political committee attending or helping coordinate the event.” The “Event Prohibitions” list bars events from being held at “overtly partisan organizations, or held at campaign offices, political party headquarters, or other locations principally associated with candidate or party political activity.” The prohibitions explicitly state: “Events should not be jointly branded with partisan organizations,’ and provides as “Examples: Democratic clubs, ‘the Lincoln County Democratic Party.'” Yet, in Roseville, Calif., the Placer County Democratic Party in California is explicit in its connection to the “No Kings” voter drive, advertising a canvassing operation specifically tied to Saturday’s “No Kings” rally at the Roseville Galleria. The party’s website invites activists to attend a morning canvassing session at Harry Crabb Park, saying voters will be gathered at the rally at the Galleria and promising materials to help participants “support our endorsed candidates.” On their Democratic Party website, the local party activists describe the “No Kings” rally as “a day of nonpartisan voter participation.” The advertisement raises questions about the relationship between the Democratic Party’s candidate-support operation and an event whose national organizers expressly prohibit political parties, political committees and candidate campaigns from coordinating activities. In Springfield, Pa., an event listed on the Women’s March organizing platform advertises a one-hour “No Kings FOUR” demonstration at 1200 Baltimore Pike. The event calls for voter participation and, in another direct conflict with the national coalition’s ban on “vote Blue” appeals, also declares: “Vote Blue. Vote. Make Your Voice Count.” Rules They Wrote Themselves. The coalition’s own documents leave little ambiguity about its official standards. In a five-page “Talking Points + Messaging” guide, organizers instruct participants not to use partisan political language, including telling participants to “vote for Democrats up and down the ballot” or saying, “we can get a Democratic Congress elected in 2026 to resist Trump.” It bars any “speaker expressing bias for or against any candidate for office,” the guide states. It prohibits candidate campaign activities, including campaign literature, fundraising and coordination with campaign staff. Political parties and political committees are also barred from helping coordinate events. The instructions go beyond conventional warnings against endorsements. Organizers specifically prohibit references to “MAGA politicians” and calls to elect a Democratic Congress. Even urging participants to register as Democrats ahead of the midterms is explicitly forbidden. Another document, “Event Prohibitions + Things to Note,” specifically prohibits “vote them out” and “vote Blue” messaging, campaign fundraising and political party coordination. Still, in Kingstowne, Va., Indivisible of Franconia is promoting its Oct. 17 rally at South Van Dorn Street and Kingstowne Village Parkway with the statement: “We vote for leaders to represent our interestsâand if they donât, we need to vote them out.” The coalition also prohibits events hosted or co-sponsored by overtly partisan organizations, including Democratic clubs. Its “Election Law FAQs” and “Resources” go further, warning that merely describing an event as “nonpartisan” doesn’t establish that it meets the standard. “Saying this doesnât automatically make it so,” the document states. Democratic Infrastructure Behind No Kings. The contradictions come as “No Kings” draws on a sprawling coalition of advocacy organizations, labor unions and political activists. In March, Fox News Digital identified about 500 organizations associated with the movement, representing an estimated $3 billion in combined annual revenues. The coalition partner list for today’s protests is smaller but continues to include major labor organizations such as the American Federation of Teachers, the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, the National Education Association and the Service Employees International Union. It also includes organizations that align with the Democratic Party, including: Indivisible, MoveOn, Planned Parenthood Action Fund, End Citizens United, NextGen America, Our Revolution, Voto Latino and the Democratic Socialists of America. Most of these organizations or their affiliated political committees have histories of substantial spending to support Democratic candidates and causes. Their involvement places organizations with extensive electoral experience inside a coalition now publicly promising to avoid partisan campaign activity. JB Pritzker holds a 20-point lead over Republican challenger Darren Bailey, while Democratic candidates are ahead in four other statewide races surveyed in the first statewide election poll commissioned by Chicago News Weekly. The survey, conducted by Public Policy Polling from Sept. 30 through Oct. 1, included 569 Illinois voters. Pritzker received 54% support in the governorâs race, compared with 34% for Bailey. Independent candidate Collin Corbett received 6%, while another 6% of respondents were undecided. Democratic candidates also led each of the other four statewide contests included in the poll. In the U.S. Senate race, Democrat Juliana Stratton received 49% support to Republican Don Tracyâs 36%, with 15% of respondents undecided. Attorney General Kwame Raoul received 52% support, compared with 38% for Republican Bob Fioretti, while 11% were undecided. Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias led Republican Diane Harris 55% to 37%, with 8% undecided. If he just sat at home and complained that he was a poor unfortunate threatened by those terrible white people, denied the opportunity to succeed in life, he would have been celebrated by the Left before they forget about him. The African American Museum tried to ignore him. A long time ago in a distant age, British officers were populated almost exclusively from the upper classes of English society. Sure, they had the advantage that rank gives, and their conditions were better than that of the average soldier. But they were the ones who were to lead the charge, and they were the ones on whom blame fell when their men did not produce. Long ago, Britain used to hang admirals who failed in battle (âfailing to do his utmost”), and those admirals no doubt had titles of Duke, Sir, Lord, and the like. Privilege in a Godly world means extra obligations. And that is how things used to be understood. âNoblesse obligeâ was in effect until around the age of Kennedy, when the supposed âBest and Brightestâ were tapped to run things instead of the presidentâs buddy from prep school or the local shooting club. If one had wealth, he was expected to share it with others and give of his time. If he had brains, he was tasked with sharing his knowledge with those less educated. Privilege was not having a leg up; it was the call to use oneâs abilities and advantages to help others to make the world a better place. Picture if J.K. Rowling had been told that she had privilege in being able to write so well and thus was forbidden to write the Harry Potter books. Endless millions have read them, watched the resulting movies, enjoyed the theme park attractions, and purchased merchandise. She used part of her wealth to defend U.K. women from the encroachment of men who have a fetish for pretending that they are women in order to enter the latterâs spaces. She could have stayed out of that fight, and her dumb movie stars would have feted her from here to Hogwarts. She could have kept the small fortune she has deployed and bought a few Scottish islands for her enjoyment. Instead, Ms. Rowling has used her writing âprivilegeâ to add more color to this world, and she has used her resulting wealth to try to keep England somewhat sane. The British National Health Service (NHS) has been emboldened to state that it will ignore the Supreme Court ruling in favor of women being defined as, well, women. Itâs like U.S. universities rebranding their DEI garbage under new names to similarly avoid the ruling of our Supreme Court. For the professional Left, the goal is destruction of norms; the law is for the little guy â and not of their concern. Harvard still has the same incoming class profile even after the Supreme Court ruled against it on affirmative action. Who would have thought it would be otherwise? . . . When you canât beat them, at least try to trip them up. Screaming privilege, especially âwhite privilege,â is intended to retard the successful and elevate the mediocre. Universities and other institutions no longer attempt to hide grants or opportunities for minorities only. They think that by tampering with the playing field, they will eventually straighten it out. Instead of attacking those who truly have skills or belittling disfavored groups, they should be celebrating the successful and encouraging others to learn from them. Remember the âBe like Mikeâ campaign around Michael Jordan? Do you hear anybody screaming, âBe like Elon?â Me neither, though he is the richest guy in the world and has, out of nothing, invented amazing companies like SpaceX, Tesla, the Boring Company, and Neuralink. He has revolutionized X (formerly Twitter) and did his best to reduce waste and fraud in the U.S. budget. Since lefties live on that waste and fraud and focus on Musk being white and not from South Africa, they can see no good in the man who is single-handedly revolutionizing automated driving with his Robotaxis. The Left does not want to lift up anyone; they simply want to pull everyone down into their mud pond. There is no such thing as white privilege. (FROM THE ARTICLE: The National Police Association (NPA) has opened a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) public-records investigation into the origins of the Illinois Bivens Act and the Illinois Court Access, Safety, and Participation Act, laws designed to put the men and women enforcing federal immigration law personally in the crosshairs of lawsuits, punitive damages, and political retribution. The NPAâs FOIA requests are seeking drafts, redlines, legal memoranda, meeting records, emails, text messages, and other communications from the offices of Gov. J.B. Pritzker, State Attorney General Kwame Raoul, and the Illinois Senate. The records sought cover the conception, drafting, promotion, and planned enforcement of the laws, including any and all coordination with immigration organizations, civil-rights groups, legal-aid organizations, outside lawyers, lobbyists, and anti-police organizations. The laws create the authority for illegal aliens and others to sue federal immigration enforcement officers, turning Illinois courts into a venue for illegal aliens and their attorneys to extract money from federal agents. And Illinois lawmakers went further. An officerâs facial covering, identification practices, body-camera use, vehicle license plates, and even crowd-control equipment can become factors in determining punitive damages. Another provision restricts arrests in and around state courthouses and exposes federal officers to an additional $10,000 in statutory damages. The public has the right to know whether politicians in Springfield worked hand-in-glove with anti-law enforcement organizations to build this litigation scheme and whether those organizations expect to profit from the lawsuits the new laws authorize. âIt is unacceptable for a state government to declare open season on federal officers because political leaders despise the federal laws those officers were sworn to enforce,â said Eddie Hutchison, President of the National Police Association. âIllinois politicians could not repeal federal immigration law, and they could not abolish ICE, so they appear to have chosen to make the enforcement of federal law as personally financially ruinous as possible,â Hutchison added. If that was the plan, then open the files and name the names: who conceived it, who wrote it, who helped arm it, and who intends to cash in as Illinois turns its courthouses into weapons against federal officers for doing their jobs enforcing Americaâs immigration laws. — Career Slowdown. DD: My Post Office career more than slowed down, it crashed when my Democrat superiors disallowed my sick leave requests when I was 19 in 1968 and 20 and forced me to resign when I was 20 falsely claiming that I was not available to work enough part-time hours. My IRS career more than slowed down, it crashed when I was 25 when my Democrat superiors succeeded in getting rid of the manager who had promoted me when I was 23 (GS-9), 24 (GS-11), and 25 (GS-12). They disallowed my travel vouchers when I was 25. They ignored/dismissed/belittled my earning an MBA when I was 27. They disallowed my education expenses when I was 29. They ignored/dismissed/belittled my passing the CPA examination on my first attempt when I was 30. They would not have done that if I had been a Democrat, minority, female, or veteran. My GAO career more than slowed down, it crashed when I was 31 when my Democrat GAO superiors forced me to take a $23,699 (21%) pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS, disempowering the GAO manager who had arranged that transfer, gave me bad job assignments and unfair performance expectations and performance appraisals and kept me off audits of IRS. They ignored/dismissed/belittled my earning a master’s degree in accounting when I was 31 and my passing the Certified Internal Auditor examination and becoming a licensed CPA when I was 32. GAO finally did promote me to GS-13 when I was 38, but that was only because the manager who arranged my transfer got back into power, assigned me to audits of IRS, and promoted me to GS-13. But when I was 39, they forced him to retire and things when from bad to worse. When I was 40, my career really crashed. They threw me off audits of IRS, gave me a very bad job assignment, very unfair performance expectations, and performance appraisal and ranked me at the bottom of my coworkers for pay-for-performance (PFP). They ranked me in the bottom half of my coworkers for PFP from then on. They ignored/dismissed/belittled my earning four more professional certifications when I was 41, 45, 47, and 48 and my earning a master’s degree in financial markets and training when I was 48. They forced me to retire when I was 49.
