The shooting occurred during a Juneteenth celebration. Video from the shooting released by NBC 5 Chicago shows partygoers running and screaming as bullets rip through the crowd. The shooting lasted only 30 seconds in which 23 were shot. The family of the slain man Reggie Meadows has been asking for answers. “I just want to know what’s the reason of my brother being killed?
