CHICAGO TRIBUNE
— Kevin Coyne, Chairman, DuPage GOP: DuPage GOP wants election, vote-by-mail system review
https://www.chicagotribune.com/2025/11/28/letters-naperville-data-center-election-mcit-reopen/
(FROM THE LETTER: The DuPage GOP calls for an immediate public hearing on the topic of election integrity, our voter rolls and the process by which vote-by-mail ballots are being distributed, collected and counted. We believe the DuPage County clerk’s office should make itself available to participate and to answer respectful questions about election integrity. We welcome the participation of the League of Women Voters and DuPage County’s Democratic Party in this public hearing should it proceed. Confidence in the integrity of our elections is at an all-time low. It’s abundantly clear there are a great many DuPage voters who do not trust vote-by-mail and who believe games are being played with how these ballots are distributed, collected and counted. General questions about our voter rolls also continue to persist. Let’s talk about these concerns openly, transparently and publicly. We will keep all questions respectful and sincere. We hope this call is accepted by the clerk’s office. We also hope the other mentioned stakeholders participate. We call on this hearing to take place within 90 days and before the 2026 primary.)

WASHINGTON TIMES
— New legislation would crack down on hiring illegal immigrant workers and ‘sanctuary unions.’ DD: My critics/opponents despise/hate unions. They have never forgiven me for my being a union member for almost 12 years. According to them, my salary would never had increased from $19.37/hour (GS-4) to $112,280/year (GS-12 Step 5) in today’s dollars if I had not been a union member. But during that time, I earned a bachelor’s degree in management, I earned an MBA, I passed the CPA examination on my first attempt, and I earned a master’s degree in accounting.

If had not been taking graduate evening business courses, IRS would not have promoted me in 1972, 1973, and 1974.
