— How to research the Illinois judges on your ballot for the 2026 primary election. Several local professional associations of attorneys release recommendations for judicial candidates ahead of elections. DD: Are/were you a member of professional associations? What if the Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) made such recommendations that and I had ran for a government office? While I worked for IRS, for almost 9 years, the last 5 1/2 years of which at the GS-12 Step 1-5 Levels, currently $100,069-$113,402/year, I earned an MBA and I passed the CPA examination on my first attempt. While I worked for GAO, the last 11 years of which at the GS-13 Step 1-10 Levels, currently $118,984-$154,682/year, earned master’s degrees in accounting, I passed the Certified Internal Auditor examination on my first attempt, I became a licensed CPA, I became a certified fraud examiner, government financial manager, financial services auditor, and forensic accountant, and I earned a master’s degree in finance. What if the ICPAS had come to my defense when my Democrat IRS superiors refused to promote me to GS-13? What if the ICPAS had come to my defense when my when my Democrat GAO superiors a) forced me to take a $23,699/year (21%) pay cut to transfer from IRS to GAO, b) delayed my promotions and refused to promote me to GS-14, c) kept me off audits of IRS for all but 3 of the almost 18 years that I worked for GAO, d) always ranked me in the bottom half of my coworkers for pay-for-performance, and e) forced me to retire when I was 49 years old? While I worked for GAO, I served on ICPAS’s membership committee for 9 years and I served on the Executive Committee of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) Midwest Chapter for 13 years. What if ICPAS, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and AGA had come to my defense when my Democrat IRS and GAO superiors took the aforesaid adverse actions against me? ICPAS, IIA, and AGA would have come to my defense if I had been a Democrat, a minority, younger, or a veteran.

— Is Lesbianism Ruining America’s Future? How is the unprecedented growth of lesbianism contributing to America’s demographic demise, and what can be done? DD: Democrat leaders ever-increasingly promote LGBTQ, that is, they ever-increasingly destroy traditional marriage and family.
https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2026/03/is_lesbianism_ruining_america_s_future.html
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Today, most of those self-identifying as LGBTQ are young women. The growth has been dramatic. In the US, some thirty percent of Gen Z women (age 18-27) are self-identifying as LGBTQ, etc.—mainly lesbian and—compared to around 1-2% for women in the World War 2 generation. This means that almost a third of traditionally marital-age women are likely disinterested in traditional marriage. This is a significant factor in why almost half of Americans are unmarried. As a result of the decline in marriages, the American replacement rate continues its slide south of the 2.1 children per couple needed for replacement. It is now hovering at 1.6. If one argues that lesbian couples can also raise children, the data show that, when looking at children with two parents, 99.5% of those parents are heterosexual. However, of the children in homosexual households, 3/4 of those households are headed by lesbians. The effect of this unprecedented lesbian phenomenon is producing societal and demographic challenges that do not bode well for the US as the beacon of hope, strength, and the protector of Western traditional family values. Many will claim that: 1) there is no choice or free will with sexual identity and identity is fixed for life, and 2) pursuing a long-term lesbian relationship can be an equivalent substitute for traditional marriage, so the long-term societal impacts are not a worry. Are they correct? Is there free will? Is there a biological, chemical, DNA, or physical test for people to self-diagnose their sexual orientation? There is not. It follows then that it is a non-measurable trait, such as is the case with anger or other temperament issues.)

— We have been told for years that there is no need for stricter identification requirements in American elections. The Left has claimed that our elections are secured, and that the Right has simply lied about the issue, or they want to put up restrictions on women or minorities voting by instituting measures to prove citizens and identity before casting a ballot. When put on the record, it seems that those on the Left are finally telling the truth about the matter: illegals are easily able to vote in American elections.

BEST COLLEGES
— 40 Companies That Pay for College With Tuition Reimbursement. DD: How much of your tuition was reimbursed? None of my employers reimbursed my tuition except for token amounts by GAO. I worked for the Post Office 1966-1969, Firestone Stores 1970-1972, IRS 1971-1980, and GAO 1980-1997. I spent lots of my money to earn a bachelor’s degree in management from NIU in 1970, an MBA from Loyola in 1976, a master’s degree in accounting from DePaul in 1980, and a master’s degree in financial markets and trading from IIT in 1997. Worse yet, even though my IRS employee manual encouraged me to take graduate business and accounting courses, my Democrat IRS superiors disallowed my tuition deductions outrageously, disgustingly, falsely, and unethically arguing that the courses a) did not relate to my job duties, b) did not maintain or improve my job skills, c) were taken by me to get a job in the private sector, and d) were taken by me to qualify me for a new trade or business. They would not have done that if I had been a Democrat, minority, female, or veteran.

While I worked for the Democrats who ran the federal government for almost 30 years, they ever-increasingly made it clear that to keep your job, you not only had to be a Democrat, you had to be a minority, female, younger, and/or veteran. ONREC
— The New Talent Equation: Why Traditional Hiring Models Are Breaking Down in 2026. DD: What jobs did you apply for why did you get hired? GAO audits IRS. When I applied to transfer from IRS to GAO when I was 31 years old in 1980, I stressed that I had worked for IRS for almost 9 years, the last 5 1/2 years of which at the GS-12 Step 1-5 Levels, currently $100,059-$113,402/year. I stressed that my knowledge of IRS would help GAO’s audits of IRS. I stressed that I had earned an MBA in 1976, passed the CPA examination on my first attempt in 1979, and almost completed the requirements for a master’s degree in accounting. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the Democrats who ran GAO did not want me to transfer because I was not a Democrat, minority, female, or veteran. To stop me from transferring, they offered me a transfer only if I accepted a $23,699/year (21%) pay cut in today’s dollars, a downgrade from GS-12 Step 5 to GS-9 Step 10. They anticipated/expected that I would not suffer that pay cut to transfer, but I did, and they were furious. They immediately did everything that they could to get rid of me. They gave me bad job assignments, unfair performance expectations, unfair performance appraisals. They delayed my promotions back to GS-12. Of course, they kept me off audits of IRS. To counter that, I completed the requirements for a master’s degree in accounting in 1980, I passed the Certified Internal Auditor examination on my first attempt in 1981, and I became a licensed CPA in 1981. Finally, in 1986, the GAO manager who had arranged my transfer got back into power and assigned me to audits of IRS and promoted me to GS-13. But in 1987, because he had done that, they forced him to retire. In 1989, to get rid of me, they threw me off audits of IRS for the rest of my GAO career. They gave me a very bad job assignment, very unfair performance expectations, and a very unfair performance appraisal. They ranked me at the bottom of my coworkers for pay-for-performance and made it clear that they would always do that. They would have taken even stronger adverse actions against me if my Congressman Henry Hyde had not come to my defense. Because they wanted to get rid of me, they were furious when I became a certified fraud examiner in 1990, government financial manager in 1994, financial services auditor in 1996, and forensic accountant in 1997 and when I earned a master’s degree in financial markets and trading in 1997. They succeeded in forcing me to retire when I was 49 in 1997.
https://www.onrec.com/news/news-archive/the-new-talent-equation-why-traditional-hiring-models-are-breaking-down-in-2026
(FROM THE ARTICLE: For decades, many organizations relied on a familiar hiring formula: post a job description, review CVs, shortlist candidates based on degrees and experience, and hire locally. Today, that model is increasingly ineffective. . .Skills are replacing qualifications
One of the most important changes in recruitment is the shift toward skills-based hiring. Historically, employers often used academic qualifications or previous job titles as the primary filters when selecting candidates. In 2026, that approach is rapidly losing relevance. Instead, organizations are increasingly prioritizing demonstrable skills and capabilities. Industry research suggests that the vast majority of employers now view skills as a more reliable indicator of job performance than formal qualifications.)
