During World War II, the legal basis for this detention was under Presidential Proclamation 2526, made by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt under the authority of the Alien Enemies Act. With the US entry into World War I after Germany’s unrestricted submarine warfare, German nationals were automatically classified as “enemy aliens”. I would focus on those who have had the biggest NEGATIVE impact on me including a) my Democrat Post Office, IRS, and GAO superiors and supervisors, b) the Democrats who ran Money Magazine in 1978, c) those who I have sued, their lawyers, and their employees, d) anti-conservative leaders of the Milton Township Republican Organization, DuPage County Republican Central Committee, Illinois Republican Party, Illinois Center Right Coalition, and TAPROOT Republicans of Illinois, e) anti-conservative Republican leaders of Wheaton, Milton Township, DuPage County, and Illinois, and f) anti-conservative Republican candidates on ballots in my precinct, their major donors, their fundraisers, their pollsters, their campaign managers, their campaign staff members, and their campaign volunteers.
