(DIERSEN: Conservatives, that is, Republicans, promote individual responsibility, traditional marriage and family, right to life, compliance with immigration laws, compliance with illegal drug laws, First and Second Amendment rights, and equal opportunity (no race of gender based preference giving. Liberals, that is, Democrats, Libertarians, Greens, Independents, and RINOs, promote dependency on government, dependency on charity, LGBTQ, abortion, mass/illegal immigration, booze, gambling, pot, and other vices, abolition of the First and Second Amendments, patronage, political affiliation discrimination, reverse discrimination, and age discrimination.)

(DIERSEN: Democrats have always used Affirmative Action (AA) to hire, retain, and promote Democrats, and especially Democrats who are minority, female, and/or younger. Democrats have always used AA to not hire and to get rid of Republicans, and especially Republicans who are White, male, and/or older.)
(FROM THE ARTICLE: A bill that has already passed the Illinois State House of Representatives and awaits a State Senate vote would grant preferences in hiring and promotion to people with “any characteristic whatsoever that might disadvantage somebody, regardless of whether the characteristic is inherited or self-inflicted.” A lack of education, for instance. – Mark Glennon explains Illinois House Bill 3914 in the site he founded, Wirepoints: “It would have state agencies give hiring preference to anybody with a “protected characteristic.” The bill’s definition of that term is the key. It includes “any characteristic which may be used, either directly or indirectly, to discriminate against or place at a disadvantage such persons having that characteristic.” So, it’s not just involuntary traits like race or gender, it’s anything that would disadvantage somebody, even if self-imposed. Anything. As you think about examples of how absurd this is, it’s important to remember this is not about nondiscrimination. It’s about creating new preferences for anybody with a “protected characteristic.” He offers a number of examples of characteristics that would be covered, and result in preferences, such as: “Or what about applicants who are unintelligent, even those who are so because they haven’t been motivated enough to educate themselves? And what about those who simply lack experience? They, too, generally fare poorly in the labor market and those traits also fit within the definition of “protected characteristics.” The bill would call for them to get a preference over those who are smarter or more experienced, and no distinction would be made if those traits stemmed from simple lack of effort.”)

— Biden’s ‘Sanctuary Country’ Orders Jeopardize American Citizens What will the United States look like with a neutered ICE? – Dale L. Wilcox

— What Happened to Adam Kinzinger? – JOEL B. POLLAK
(FROM THE ARTICLE: After the 2010 elections, when five Tea Party-backed Republicans won congressional seats in Illinois, the Democrats in the state legislature redrew the district boundaries and pitted Kinzinger against fellow incumbent Rep. Don Manzullo (R-IL), a staunch conservative long before the Tea Party. Kinzinger painted himself as the young, fresh face against “a creaky lawmaker long past his prime,” in Politico‘s words. He had the backing of the Republican establishment; conservative groups belatedly backed Manzullo. Kinzinger won, having burned his bridges to the conservative movement. His district is reliably Republican, so he wins easy re-elections. But his new constituency has become CNN. Kinzinger’s shift is what happens when Democrats control the media, and the map. That’s why we are debating Trump: it suits Democrats, and the media, who will do anything not to talk about Biden and his policies.)

— Disney ‘ultra-woke’ training features ‘white privilege’ checklist, urges focus on ‘feelings of guilt and shame’ – Vivek Saxena
(DIERSEN: In the organizations that you are a member of, in your employer if you are still employed, in your municipality, in your township, and in your county, who takes the lead in promoting hatred against individuals, organizations, companies, and governments that are law enforcement, Trump supporters, conservative, patriotic, Republican, American, White, male, older, heterosexual, married, non-poor, gun owners, Christian, Protestant, Italian American, German American, and/or those whose ancestors have been in America for a long time?)

— Internal Documents Reveal Disney Striving for Insane Wokeness – P.J. Gladnick
(DIERSEN: Who is leading the effort to turn your municipality, your township, and your county into a “leftist woke cult?”)
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Disney is supposed to create happiness but according to leaked internal documents, what that corporation now seems to be striving for is an insane level of very angry wokeness that is quite disturbing. Fortunately internal documents from the Disney corporation were leaked to Christopher Rufo of the City Journal which he revealed on Friday in “The Wokest Place on Earth.” In the past year, Disney executives have elevated the ideology of critical race theory into a new corporate dogma, bombarded employees with trainings on “systemic racism,” “white privilege,” “white fragility,” and “white saviors,” and launched racially segregated “affinity groups” at the company’s headquarters. The Disney wokeness program comes under the umbrella name of “Reimagine Tomorrow” composed of “training modules” that sound like indoctrination by a Maoist cult. Rufo writes: I have obtained a trove of whistleblower documents related to Disney’s “diversity and inclusion” program, called “Reimagine Tomorrow,” which paints a disturbing picture of the company’s embrace of racial politics. Multiple Disney employees, who requested anonymity out of fear of reprisals, told me that the Reimagine Tomorrow program, though perhaps noble in intent, has become deeply politicized and engulfed parts of the company in racial conflict. The core of Disney’s racial program is a series of training modules on “antiracism.” In one, called “Allyship for Race Consciousness,” the company tells employees that they must “take ownership of educating [themselves] about structural anti-Black racism” and that they should “not rely on [their] Black colleagues to educate [them],” because it is “emotionally taxing.” The United States, the document claims, has a “long history of systemic racism and transphobia,” and white employees, in particular, must “work through feelings of guilt, shame, and defensiveness to understand what is beneath them and what needs to be healed.” Disney recommends that employees atone by “challeng[ing] colorblind ideologies and rhetoric” such as “All Lives Matter” and “I don’t see color”; they must “listen with empathy [to] Black colleagues” and must “not question or debate Black colleagues’ lived experience.” As part of this woke ideology the idea of equality must be ditched in favor of “equity.” In another module, called “What Can I Do About Racism?,” Disney tells employees that they should reject “equality,” with a focus on “equal treatment and access to opportunities,” and instead strive for “equity,” with a focus on “the equality of outcome.” The training also includes a series of lessons on “implicit biases,” “microaggressions,” and “becoming an antiracist.” The company tells employees that they must “reflect” on America’s “racist infrastructure” and “think carefully about whether or not your wealth, income, treatment by the criminal justice system, employment, access to housing, health care, political power, and education might be different if you were of a different race.” There are many, many more examples of cultish leftism that has taken hold at Disney but I leave with you one final example from Rufo’s expose of their descent into political insanity: Finally, as part of an initiative labeled “CEO sponsored priorities,” Disney has launched racially segregated “affinity groups” for minority employees, with the goal of achieving “culturally-authentic insights.” In the original launch, the Latino affinity group was called “Hola,” the Asian affinity group was called “Compass,” and the black affinity group was called “Wakanda.” The racial affinity groups, also called Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs), are technically open to all employees but in practice have become almost entirely segregated by race, with the occasional exception for white “executive champions” who attend on behalf of corporate leadership. And here is the viewpoint on all this woke craziness by white “executive champion” Bob Iger: …executive chairman Bob Iger pledged that the company “should be taking a stand” on political controversies and will no longer “shy away from politics” in the future. Hey Bob! Will you still be of that opinion when your customers “shy away” from Disney after finding out that you are turning your company into a leftist woke cult?)

— The Stealth Sticker Campaign to Expose New York’s History of Slavery Peter Stuyvesant was an enslaver. So were other prominent New Yorkers whose names are all over the city. – Julianne McShane
(DIERSEN: From what I see, sooner or later, Democrats will force all White Republicans to disclose how many slaves their ancestors owned. None of my ancestors owned slaves. They immigrated from what is now Germany to northeast Illinois during the 1840s and 1850s.)
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Last month, Vanessa Thompson stepped outside the juice bar where she works on Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn and noticed a green and white sticker on a light pole. She leaned in for a closer look. “John van Nostrand was a slave owner,” it said. “According to the US census in 1790, the (Van) Nostrands owned 6 people.” Ms. Thompson, who is Black, was dumbfounded. “I didn’t even know anything about that,” she said. “He could’ve owned me.” The sticker was partly the brainchild of Elsa Eli Waithe, 33, a comedian living in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, who, along with two collaborators, has been on a mission to let New Yorkers know that a good number of the city’s streets, subway stations and neighborhoods are named after enslavers.)

— The ‘GOP Impeachment 10’ try to navigate Cheney’s demise and their own futures – Jacqueline Alemany and Marianna Sotomayor
(DIERSEN: Political parties exist to help elect candidates who can and will defend and advance their platform. Democrat plants, Libertarian plants, Green plants, Independent plants, and RINOs use the Republican Party’s BIG TENT policy to destroy the Republican Party. I should write a book about the success that Democrat plant, Libertarian plant, Green plant, Independent plant, and RINO leaders of the Illinois Republican Party (IRP), DuPage County Republican Central Committee (DCRCC), and Milton Township Republican Organization (MTRO) have had in destroying the IRP, DCRCC, and MTRO. I would focus on those destroyers who reject the traditional marriage/family, right to life, immigration, Second Amendment, and/or equal opportunity (no race or gender based preference giving) planks in the Republican Party platform.)

— Why Do Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives Fail? The Cautionary Tale Of Basecamp. – Agnes Uhereczky
(DIERSEN: Diversity and Inclusion efforts did not fail at GAO. During the 1980s and 1990s, the Democrats who ran GAO used Republican-led budget cuts to get rid of GAO’s employees who were Republican, White, male, and/or non-veteran who they had not promoted to GS-13 (currently $102,188) by age 25, GS-14 (currently $120,755) by age 30, GS-15 (currently $142,041) by age 35, and Senior Executive Service (currently $172,500) by age 40. I am Republican, White, male, non-veteran, and born in 1948. In retrospect, with benefit of hindsight, I am shocked that GAO hired me in 1980, that GAO promoted me to GS-13 in 1986, and that GAO did not force me to retire until 1997 when I was 49 years old. GAO would not have hired me, let alone promoted me or let me work there for almost 18 years, if I had not a) earned an MBA from Loyola in 1976, b) pasted the CPA examination on my first attempt in 1979, c) earned a master’s degree in accounting from DePaul in 1980, d) passed the Certified Internal Auditor examination on my first attempt in 1981, e) became a licensed CPA in 1981, f) became a Certified Fraud Examiner in 1990, Certified Government Financial Manager in 1994, Certified Financial Services Auditor in 1996, and Forensic Accountant in 1997, and f) earned a master’s degree in financial markets and trading from IIT in 1997.)

— DIERSEN HEADLINE: Hate-filled Trump-hating Trump-hates crow about their success in promoting hatred against Trump. — These Classic American Cars Will Obliterate Modern Sports Cars. Americans’ hunger for V8 power in the ’60s and ’70s gave birth to dozens of machines that are still able to embarrass many modern sports cars. – MARK LAKEWOOD
(DIERSEN: I owned a 1969 Dodge Charger SE 1968-1971. I owned a 1968 Dodge Charger R/T 1994-2005. Sadly, my ownership of the 1968 Dodge Charger R/T was tarnished by odometer fraud. SEE: and )

(FROM THE ARTICLE: 1968 Dodge Charger R/T The Dodge Charger debuted in 1966 and received its chassis from the mid-sized Coronet. It made great efforts to curve a body and life of its own. It became a beloved high-speed streetcar and one of the more pricey fastback specialty machines of this season. The standard engine was a 5.2-liter V-8 engine discharging 230 hp. Over time, engines such as a 6.2-liter V-8 generating 325 ponies were availed. The icing on the cake was the 426 cubic-inch Street HEMI engine that changed fortunes for the Dodge Charger. The 1968 version was redesigned to set it completely apart from the Dodge Coronet. This version bore the R/T(Road/Track) capabilities, with twin stripes around the back being the distinguishing spec. The presence of a Charger R/T in the 1968 film Bullitt cements its importance in this season. If you get hold of one, be kind to let us know how it behaves against modern contemporaries, but we can guarantee you it will be satisfying.)
