DD: My Democrat IRS superiors, supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates hinted/implied that was not qualified to be promoted to GS-9 (currently $68,315/year) when I was 23 years old in 1972, to GS-11 (currently $82,655/year) when I was 24, and to GS-12 (currently $99,069/year) when I was 25. But most of my Democrat coworkers were also promoted that fast. Further, unlike my coworkers, I was taking graduate evening business courses at Loyola. Further, they were furious that I had been selected for a high-profile developmental assignment instead of a Democrat, minority, female, or veteran. My Democrat superiors soon got rid of the IRS manager who had promoted me those three times and had given me that assignment. They disallowed my travel vouchers and education expenses and made it clear that they would never promote me to GS-13.

Except for some small token amounts, none of it was reimbursed. I worked for the Democrats who ran the Post Office 1966-1969, IRS 1971-1980, and GAO 1980-1997. Worse yet, to get rid of me, my Democrat IRS superiors disallowed my graduate business and accounting courses even though the employee manual they gave me strongly encouraged me to take those courses. They falsely arguing that the courses were not job-related, did not maintain or improve my job skills, qualified me for a new trade or business, and were taken by me to get a job in the private sector. They would not have done that if I had been a Democrat, minority, female, or veteran.
