— Democrats ever-increasingly abolish meritocracy. Meritocracy enabled me to do the following even though neither of my parents attended college, my father was only the first of my ancestors to earn a high school diploma, my mother never attended high school, and my demographics were terrible: a) earn a bachelor’s degree when I was 21, b) earn master’s degrees when I was 27, 31, and 48, c) earn professional certifications when I was 30, 32, 41, 45, 47, and 48, and f) earn a professional license when I was 31. The aforesaid enabled me a) to be hired by IRS when I was 22 and promoted when I was 23, 24, and 25 and b) to be hired by GAO when I was 31 and promoted when I was 38.

— Women’s group probes role of DEI in Secret Service hiring practices (COMMENT: The Democrats who ran GAO in 1980, IRS in 1971, and the Post Office in 1966 hired me because they could not find a qualified Democrat, minority, female, younger person, or veteran who would take the job. All my coworkers who they promoted over me were Democrats who were minority, female, younger than me, and/or veteran and/or had less work experience than I had, had less education than I had, had no professional certifications or fewer than I had, and/or had no professional license like the one I had. The aforesaid is political affiliation discrimination, reverse discrimination, and age discrimination.)

— OPM encourages federal supervisors to make better use of probationary periods (COMMENT: Firestone Stores Chicago District Office hired me when I was 21 years old in 1970, not the manager of the Chicago Heights store that I asked to be assigned to. That manager would never have hired me. He demonstrated that by requiring me to pass a 2-week probationary period in Firestone’s Gary, Indiana store before I could start. He disapprove of many of my demographics. My Democrat GAO superiors were furious when they learned that because I had worked for the Post Office for almost 3 years and I had worked for IRS for almost 9 years before I transferred from IRS to GAO in 1980, I had passed my probationary period.)
