HERALD TIMES
— Indiana University’s diversity loyalty oath – Charles Trzcinka
(COMMENT: How soon, if not already, will your employer if you are still employed, the organizations that you are a member of, and the governments that you are under officially get rid of you if you fail/refuse to sign a “diversity statement,” that is, if you fail/refuse to help get rid of those who are law enforcement officers, Trump supporters, conservative, patriotic, Republican, American, White, male, older, heterosexual, married, non-poor, gun owners, Christian, Protestant, Italian American, German American, and/or those whose ancestors have been in America for a long time?)
https://www.heraldtimesonline.com/story/opinion/columns/guest/2021/09/19/indiana-university-diversity-equity-inclusion-employment-oath/8377863002/
(FROM THE ARTICLE: You may not have noticed, but the websites at Indiana University have had a significant change. Instead of promising “equality” they now advertise “equity.” The difference is not trivial. “Equality” means equal opportunity for all regardless of how people were born. “Equity” means the percentage of people with various characteristics in IU’s workforce, especially skin color and gender, need to reflect the same percentage in the population. Nobody voted on this change. Nobody has ever found any evidence that equal opportunity has ever been denied anyone at IU. The goal of “equity” was simply imposed by the administration and various faculty and student groups. How are they enforcing “equity?” A primary tool is to require all new faculty to fill out a “diversity statement.” Candidates for faculty positions are required to describe exactly what they have done in their careers to support the goal of “equity” especially combined with the undefined words “diversity” and “inclusion.” Administrators now carefully comb through these statements to determine if a candidate supports the goals of diversity, inclusion and equity. If they are not sufficiently supportive of, or heaven forbid, are opposed to, these goals they will not be interviewed. One wonders what they would do if a black woman candidate said she is opposed to diversity efforts.)

CHRISTIAN POST
— ‘Bleak’ future ahead for majority of Americans due to lower education – Leonardo Blair
(COMMENT: How has education helped you? The Post Office would not have hired me in 1966 if I had not had a high school diploma (Crete-Monee, 1966). Firestone Stores would not have hired me in 1970, Oldsmobile would not have offered me a job in 1971, and IRS would not have hired me in 1971 if I had not had a job-related bachelor’s degree (NIU-Management, 1970). IRS would not have promoted me in 1972, 1973, or 1974 if I had not been taking job-related graduate courses. GAO would not have hired me in 1980 if I had not had a job-related master’s degree (Loyola, MBA, 1976), a job-related professional certification (CPA, 1979), and almost completed the requirements for a second job-related master’s degree. GAO would not have promoted me in 1986 if I had not had a second job related master’s degree (DePaul, Accounting, 1980), a second job-related professional certification (Certified Internal Auditor, 1981) and a job-related professional license (CPA, Illinois, 1981). GAO would have gotten rid of me much sooner than it did if I had not had not grandfathered into job-related professional certifications in 1990 (Certified Fraud Examiner), 1994 (Certified Government Financial Manager), 1996 (Certified Financial Services Auditor, and 1997 (Forensic Accountant) and a earned a third job-related master’s degree (IIT-Financial Markets and Trading, 1997).)

— Why so few conservative student clubs? Faculty are unwilling to sponsor them. Students at Texas A&M, University of Arkansas, and Miami Dade College report being unable to find faculty advisors for their clubs. U.S. NEWS & WORLD REPORT
— Judge Lifts Race, Gender Hiring Quotas for Cincinnati Police. A federal judge has lifted race- and sex-based hiring quotas imposed on the Cincinnati Police Department 40 years ago to fix the department’s lack of diversity. – AP
(COMMENT: Democrats and RINOs make Republicans who are White, male, older, and/or non-veteran pay the price of Affirmative Action (AA), Diversity, and Inclusion. Overwhelmingly, my critics/opponents, their operatives, and their dupes who are RINO, White, male, older, and/or non-veteran a) have not had to “pay the price” of AA, Diversity, and Inclusion and/or b) seek to avoid paying the price of AA, Diversity, and Inclusion by helping Democrats and RINOs get rid of Republicans who are White, male, older, and/or non-veteran. Have you paid the price of AA, Diversity, and Inclusion? I have big time. If I had been a Democrat, my Democrat superiors in the federal government would have promoted me into their Senior Executive Service long before I was 40 years old in 1988. I earned a) a job-related bachelor’s degree when I was 21 in 1970 and job-related master’s degrees when I was 27, 31, and 48, b) job-related professional certifications when I was 30, 32, 41, 45, 47, and 48, and c) a job-related professional license when I was 32. But instead, they did not promote me to GS-12 until I was 25, to GS-13 until I was 38, and forced me to take their early retirement “offer” when I was 49 in 1997.)

— Is The Biden Administration’s Forthcoming U.S. Digital Corps Program Ageist? – Sheila Callaham
(COMMENT: How old are you? I will soon be 73. But that ended in 1971 when I was 22 years old when Oldsmobile withdrew a job offer that I had accepted saying that it had just agreed to stop hiring Whites to settle an EEOC complaint. Firestone Stores fired me for my accepting that offer. That resulted in my accepting a job offer from IRS.)
