— Which plank in the Democrat Party platform has had the biggest adverse impact on you? For me, it is the Affirmative Action (AA) and DEI plank, that is, the race and gender based preference giving plank, that is, the patronage plank, that is, the political affiliation discrimination plank, that is, the reverse discrimination plank, that is, the age discrimination plank, that is, the religious discrimination plank, and that is, the national origin discrimination plank. My Democrat superiors in the federal government used AA and DEI big time to waste my career and to get rid of me. They took many big adverse actions against me that they never would have if I had been a Democrat, minority, female, or veteran. My Democrat Post Office superiors disallowed my sick leave requests and forced me to resign. My Democrat IRS superiors disallowed my travel vouchers and education deductions and never promoted me beyond GS-12. My Democrat GAO superiors forced me to take a $22,996/year (21%) pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO. They gave me bad job assignments and unfair performance expectations and appraisals. They assigned me to supervise their most problematic employees. They delayed my promotions and never promoted me beyond GS-13. They always ranked me in the bottom half of my coworkers for pay-for-performance purposes. They forced me to take their early retirement “offer” when I was 49 in 1997. All my coworkers who they promoted over me were Democrats who were minority, female, younger than me, and/or veteran and who had less work experience than I had, had less education than I had, had no professional certifications or fewer than I had, and/or had no professional license like the one I had. My critics/opponents in the Milton Township Republican Organization, DuPage County Republican Central Committee, and Illinois Republican Party have no problem with aforesaid because they reject the equal opportunity (no race or gender based preference giving) plank in the Republican Party platform.
