TOWNHALL
— Who Watches the Media Watchdogs? – Horace Cooper
(DIERSEN: GAO Is the most important government watchdog. I worked for GAO for almost 18 years, the last 11 years of which at the GS-13 Step 1-10 Levels, currently $102,188-$132,645/year. I should write a book about those who have demonized, denigrated, and condemned my GAO employment the most. I would focus on those who paint themselves as being religious, conservative, and/or Republican. I would focus on those who have lots of religious, government, political, and/or financial clout in Wheaton’s West District, Wheaton, Milton Township, DuPage County’s 4th District, DuPage County, and/or Illinois. I would focus on those who promote dependency on government, dependency on charity, BLM, LGBTQ, abortion, mass/illegal immigration, booze, gambling, pot, and other vices, abolition of the First and Second Amendments, patronage, political affiliation discrimination, reverse discrimination, age discrimination, religious discrimination, and/or national origin discrimination.)
https://townhall.com/columnists/horacecooper/2021/04/10/who-watches-the-media-watchdogs-n2587692
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Whether or not the High Court chooses to engage, there is a real question of how democracy thrives in a media environment where leftists in the media make scurrilous claims about conservatives and the same media simply ignores legitimate charges against their progressive allies. Our founders assumed that the media would take its role as watchdog seriously, not become a cheerleader for one side over the other. Can a constitutional protection endure when it only protects one side of the debate?)
