Political parties exist to help elect candidates who can and will defend and advance their platform. The Republican Party platform is conservative. I have served as a delegate at IRP State Conventions since 2000. I have always asked to be appointed to serve on IRP State Convention Platform and Resolutions Committees. I served on the IRP State Convention Platform and Resolutions Committee in 2008. Only minor changes have been made to the platform since then. I hereby officially ask that I be appointed to serve on the 2024 IRP State Convention Platform and Resolutions Committee for the 3rd Congressional District.)
