All my coworkers who my Democrat superiors promoted over me were Democrats a) who had less job-related work experience than I had, b) who had less job-related education than I had, c) who had no job-related professional certifications or fewer than I had, and/or d) who had no professional license. While I worked for the Democrats who ran GAO 1980-1997, they used Republican-led budget cuts to force the agency to get rid of more than half of its employees. Those Democrats could have, but did not, make having a job-related master’s degree, professional certification, and/or professional license a retention requirement.

According to Democrats and to RINOs, the federal government should be the employer of last resort and is the employer of last resort. According to them, federal jobs should be given to those who Republicans discriminate against, that is, to Democrats, RINOs, minorities, females, younger people, veterans, non-Protestants, non-German Americans, and those whose ancestors have not been in America for a long time. According to them, federal jobs should be given to those who the private sector does not want because they are not the “best and the brightest.” According to them, federal jobs should be given to those who have financial, health, and/or other problems. According to my critics/opponents, instead of me, all the federal jobs that I got and all the promotions that I got should have been given a) to Democrats, RINOs, minorities, females, younger people, veterans, non-Protestants, non-German Americans, and those whose ancestors have not been in America for a long time, b) to those who the private sector did not want, and c) to those who had financial, health, and/or other problems. Further, according to my critics/opponents, because I got those jobs and promotions even though I was not a Democrat, RINO, minority, female, younger, veteran, non-Protestant, non-German American, my ancestors have been in America for a long time and I do not have financial, health, or other problems, it was because I was someone who the private sector did not want because I was not one of the “best and the brightest.” In my defense, the Democrats who ran the Post Office in 1966, IRS in 1971, and GAO in 1980 hired me because they could not find a qualified Democrat, minority, female, younger person, or veteran who would take the job. By the time the Post Office hired me in 1966, I had passed the postal employment test, earned an ACT score of 24, graduated in the upper 20% of my class, and had started taking classes at UIC. By the time IRS hired me in 1971, I had passed the Federal Service Entrance Examination, earned a bachelor’s degree in management from NIU, and worked for Firestone Stores for a year. By the time GAO hired me in 1980, I had gotten promoted by IRS three times, earned an MBA from Loyola, and passed the CPA examination on my first attempt.)
