— DD: What is your primary voting record? I have always cast Republican ballots in primary elections. My Democrat superiors in the federal government always knew that and always used that against me big time. I remember many times when my Democrat Post Office, IRS, and GAO coworkers and subordinates asked me about my political affiliation. For Democrats, the federal government exists to hire, retain, and promote Democrats who are minority, female, younger, veteran, non-Protestant, non-German American, and/or have ancestors who have not been in America for a long time. I am none of the aforesaid. Virtually all federal employees are Democrats who are one or more and often many of the aforesaid. All of my coworkers who my Democrat superiors promoted over me were Democrats who a) were one or more of the aforesaid and/or b) had less education than I had, had less work experience than I had, had no professional certification or fewer than I had, and/or had no professional license like the one I had.

They succeeded in forced me to take their “offer” and gave my job and my preferred corner office to my Black subordinate. They talked and acted like he had given them an ultimatum by my Black subordinate, either force me to retire or he would resign. He was one of GAO’s extremely few Black employees who was a CPA. However, he a) had less education than I had, b) had less work experience than I had, c) had one professional certification while I had six, and d) had no professional license while I was a licensed CPA. He knew full-well that if I did not take the “offer,” I would not be eligible for regular retirement for another 6 years.
