FED SMITH
— Michael Moore Asks Federal Employees to Blow the Whistle on the Trump Administration – Ian Smith  (DIERSEN: While I worked for the Democrats who ran the federal government for almost 30 years 1966-1969 and 1971-1997, I blew the whistle on patronage, on political affiliation discrimination, on reverse discrimination, on age discrimination, and on retaliation for complaining about the aforesaid. Because I blew the whistle, my Democrat GAO superiors forced me to retire in 1997 when I was 49 years old, always ranked me in the bottom half of my coworkers for pay-for-performance purposes, did not promote me beyond GS-13, kept me off audits of IRS for all but 3 of the almost 18 years that I worked for GAO, and forced me to take an $18,847 pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO in 1980.  My Democrat IRS did not promote me beyond GS-12, disallowed my education deductions in 1978, and disallowed my partial day per diem claims in 1974.  My Democrat Post Office superiors forced me resign in 1969 and disallowed my sick leave requests in 1969 and 1968.)

— Postal Service: Highest Paid Employees and Highest Averages – Ralph R. Smith (DIERSEN: My Democrat supervisor during the almost 3 years that I worked part-time for the Park Forest Post Office 1966-1969 disapproved of my demographics, and especially that I was a draft avoider, Republican, German-American, Missouri Synod Lutheran, younger, good health, non-poor, college student, and that my ancestors had been in America since the 1840s.  He especially disapproved of the 1966 Pontiac Tempest Sprint, the 1968 Oldsmobile 442, and 1969 Dodge Charger SE that I had bought new and that I used to deliver mail.  I requested sick days only twice during the almost 3 years that I worked for him, and of course, he disapproved those requests.)

MONEY MAGAZINE
— Saving $1 Million for Retirement Is Possible Even If You Start at Age 50 – Jennifer Calfas  (DIERSEN: So far, in today’s dollars, my Democrat GAO superiors’ success in forcing me to take their early retirement “offer” in 1997 when I was 49 years old has cost me $1,424,844, that is, lost salary of $2,429,250 ($10,250/month X 237 months) minus pension payments of $1,004,406 ($4,238/month X 237 months).)
http://time.com/money/4798284/retirement-saving-401k/
(FROM THE ARTICLE: The chart below from the AAII shows five different scenarios of how much people can accumulate by saving from age 50 to age 70:
You make the maximum 401(k) contribution, including the catch-up contribution allowed for those 50 or older (a total of $24,000 a year). You make the full $18,000 a year 401(k) contribution, but skip the catch-up provision. You save $1,000 a month (setting aside $12,000 a year). You contribute the maximum to an IRA, including a catch-up contribution ($6,500 per year). You make the maximum $5,500 IRA contribution, but skip the catch-up provision. In each case, Charles Rotblut, a vice president at AAII and editor of the AAII Journal, assumed that you would earn 8% a year from a stock and bond portfolio. The 401(k) and IRA contribution limits are based on the rules for 2017.The projected account balance at 70 years old ranges from $1.3 million for a person who maxes out his or her 401(k) including catch-up contributions to $300,000 for a person who saves only to the basic $5,500 annual IRA limit.)
