If Democrat and RINO leaders had promoted LGBTQ back then like they do now, a) the Democrats who ran the Post Office in 1966, IRS in 1971, and GAO in 1980 would not have hired me, b) if the Post Office had hired me, it would have forced me to resign sooner than it did, c) if IRS had hired me, it would not have promoted me in 1972, 1973, and 1974, c) if GAO had hired me, it would not have promoted me in 1986 and would have forced me to resign in 1993 instead of 1997, d) the RINOs who have run the Illinois Republican Party (IRP), DuPage County Republican Central Committee (DCRCC), and Milton Township Republican Organization (MTRO) since 1999 would not have appointed me as a precinct committeeman in 1999 and they would have defeated me when I ran for precinct committeeman in 2000. If they had failed to defeat me, they never would have made me MTRO webmaster in 2000 and 2008. When I ran for MTRO Treasurer in 2004, I would have gotten zero votes instead of just 13. — How has Gingrich impacted you? I worked for the Democrats who ran GAO 1980-1997. What if Gingrich had reformed GAO instead of gutting it? GAO would have offered me a promotion instead of a pay cut to transfer from IRS in 1980. GAO would have immediately and always assigned me to audits of IRS. GAO would have promoted me into its Senior Executive Service, currently $153,151/year, before I was 40 in 1988. I had worked for IRS for almost 9 years, the last 5 1/2 years of which at the GS-12 Step 1-5 Levels, currently $99,069-$112,280/year. I had earned an MBA from Loyola in 1976. I had passed the CPA examination on my first attempt in 1979. I had earned a master’s degree in accounting from DePaul in 1980. I had passed the Certified Internal Auditor examination on my first attempt and became a licensed CPA in 1981. All my GAO coworkers who my Democrat GAO superiors promoted over me were Democrats who a) had less work experience than I had, had less education than I had, had no professional certifications or fewer than I had, and/or had no professional license like the one I had, and/or were minority, female, and/or younger than me. – Dave Diersen
