I had worked for IRS’s Collection Division for almost 9 years, the last 5 1/2 years of which at the GS-12 Step 1-5 Levels, currently $99,069-$112,280/year. I had passed the CPA and Certified Internal Auditor examinations on my first attempt. I had earned master’s degrees in business, accounting, and finance. I transferred from IRS to GAO when I was 31 in 1980. But my Democrat GAO superiors kept me off audits of IRS 1980-1985 and then 1989 until they forced me to retire in 1997. While they did let me work on audits of IRS 1986-1988, they were audits of IRS’s Criminal Investigation Division. Democrat IRS and GAO leaders do not want Republicans to audit IRS. Further, I had a special skill to audit federal financial industry regulators. I had worked for GAO on audits of federal financial industry regulators for 8 years 1990-1997 at the GS-13 Step 3-10 Levels, currently $125,661-$153,151/year. I had earned a master’s degree in financial markets and trading from IIT. Democrat federal financial industry leaders and GAO leaders do not want Republicans to audit federal financial industry regulators. My Democrat GAO superiors flushed down their toilets my aforesaid special skills when they forced me to retire when I was 49 in 1997.

Previously, they had a) always ranked me in the bottom half of my coworkers for pay-for-performance, b) delayed my promotions and never promoted me beyond GS-13, c) kept me off audits of IRS for all but 3 of the almost 18 years that I had worked for GAO, and d) forced me to take a $23,472/year (21%) pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS in 1980. They forced me to retire a) because I was an active member in a class action lawsuit that charged them with reverse discrimination, age discrimination, and retaliation and b) because my Black CPA subordinate talked and acted like he would leave GAO if GAO did not get rid of me. He had less work experience than I had. He had less education than I had. He had one professional certification while I had six. I was not a licensed CPA like I was. They gave him my job and my preferred corner office.
