— Is Lesbianism Ruining America’s Future? How is the unprecedented growth of lesbianism contributing to America’s demographic demise, and what can be done? DD: Democrat leaders ever-increasingly promote LGBTQ, that is, they ever-increasingly destroy traditional marriage and family.
https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2026/03/is_lesbianism_ruining_america_s_future.html
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Today, most of those self-identifying as LGBTQ are young women. The growth has been dramatic. In the US, some thirty percent of Gen Z women (age 18-27) are self-identifying as LGBTQ, etc.—mainly lesbian and—compared to around 1-2% for women in the World War 2 generation. This means that almost a third of traditionally marital-age women are likely disinterested in traditional marriage. This is a significant factor in why almost half of Americans are unmarried. As a result of the decline in marriages, the American replacement rate continues its slide south of the 2.1 children per couple needed for replacement. It is now hovering at 1.6. If one argues that lesbian couples can also raise children, the data show that, when looking at children with two parents, 99.5% of those parents are heterosexual. However, of the children in homosexual households, 3/4 of those households are headed by lesbians. The effect of this unprecedented lesbian phenomenon is producing societal and demographic challenges that do not bode well for the US as the beacon of hope, strength, and the protector of Western traditional family values. Many will claim that: 1) there is no choice or free will with sexual identity and identity is fixed for life, and 2) pursuing a long-term lesbian relationship can be an equivalent substitute for traditional marriage, so the long-term societal impacts are not a worry. Are they correct? Is there free will? Is there a biological, chemical, DNA, or physical test for people to self-diagnose their sexual orientation? There is not. It follows then that it is a non-measurable trait, such as is the case with anger or other temperament issues.)

I worked for the Post Office 1966-1969, Firestone Stores 1970-1972, IRS 1971-1980, and GAO 1980-1997. I spent lots of my money to earn a bachelor’s degree in management from NIU in 1970, an MBA from Loyola in 1976, a master’s degree in accounting from DePaul in 1980, and a master’s degree in financial markets and trading from IIT in 1997. Worse yet, even though my IRS employee manual encouraged me to take graduate business and accounting courses, my Democrat IRS superiors disallowed my tuition deductions outrageously, disgustingly, falsely, and unethically arguing that the courses a) did not relate to my job duties, b) did not maintain or improve my job skills, c) were taken by me to get a job in the private sector, and d) were taken by me to qualify me for a new trade or business. ONREC
— The New Talent Equation: Why Traditional Hiring Models Are Breaking Down in 2026. DD: What jobs did you apply for why did you get hired? GAO audits IRS. When I applied to transfer from IRS to GAO when I was 31 years old in 1980, I stressed that I had worked for IRS for almost 9 years, the last 5 1/2 years of which at the GS-12 Step 1-5 Levels, currently $100,059-$113,402/year. I stressed that my knowledge of IRS would help GAO’s audits of IRS. I stressed that I had earned an MBA in 1976, passed the CPA examination on my first attempt in 1979, and almost completed the requirements for a master’s degree in accounting. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the Democrats who ran GAO did not want me to transfer because I was not a Democrat, minority, female, or veteran. To stop me from transferring, they offered me a transfer only if I accepted a $23,699/year (21%) pay cut in today’s dollars, a downgrade from GS-12 Step 5 to GS-9 Step 10. They anticipated/expected that I would not suffer that pay cut to transfer, but I did, and they were furious. They immediately did everything that they could to get rid of me. They gave me bad job assignments, unfair performance expectations, unfair performance appraisals. They delayed my promotions back to GS-12. Of course, they kept me off audits of IRS. To counter that, I completed the requirements for a master’s degree in accounting in 1980, I passed the Certified Internal Auditor examination on my first attempt in 1981, and I became a licensed CPA in 1981. Finally, in 1986, the GAO manager who had arranged my transfer got back into power and assigned me to audits of IRS and promoted me to GS-13. But in 1987, because he had done that, they forced him to retire. In 1989, to get rid of me, they threw me off audits of IRS for the rest of my GAO career. They gave me a very bad job assignment, very unfair performance expectations, and a very unfair performance appraisal. They ranked me at the bottom of my coworkers for pay-for-performance and made it clear that they would always do that. They would have taken even stronger adverse actions against me if my Congressman Henry Hyde had not come to my defense. Because they wanted to get rid of me, they were furious when I became a certified fraud examiner in 1990, government financial manager in 1994, financial services auditor in 1996, and forensic accountant in 1997 and when I earned a master’s degree in financial markets and trading in 1997. They succeeded in forcing me to retire when I was 49 in 1997.
https://www.onrec.com/news/news-archive/the-new-talent-equation-why-traditional-hiring-models-are-breaking-down-in-2026
(FROM THE ARTICLE: For decades, many organizations relied on a familiar hiring formula: post a job description, review CVs, shortlist candidates based on degrees and experience, and hire locally. Today, that model is increasingly ineffective. . .Skills are replacing qualifications
One of the most important changes in recruitment is the shift toward skills-based hiring. Historically, employers often used academic qualifications or previous job titles as the primary filters when selecting candidates. In 2026, that approach is rapidly losing relevance. Instead, organizations are increasingly prioritizing demonstrable skills and capabilities. Industry research suggests that the vast majority of employers now view skills as a more reliable indicator of job performance than formal qualifications.)

(FROM THE ARTICLE: Casey Chlebek (Republican) “Our immigration system is 100 years old. It’s totally incompatible with the needs of today. And something failed dramatically,” he said. “We have an excess of illegal immigrants. “I wrote a paper on the subject of immigration. And what I advanced for the new system, immigration system, is actually to have, I’ll call them recruitment centers outside of the country, where people come and based on our needs, our quota, and by industry, we can vet people outside of the country. “(When) people are inside the country, that’s an internal security issue, and we have to look at it a little differently,” he added. Jeannie Evans (Republican) “I think the majority of Americans agree we need to enforce our immigration laws. I as an elected official in Illinois would be working hard to build cooperation. We need cooperation from the local and state level with the federal government,” she said. “The federal you know the president wants to enforce the immigration laws, he wants to reduce crime and we need to work with him not resist. If the federal government is going to contribute resources to Illinois we should be very grateful and time having a conversation about what’s the best use of those resources how can we use them for you know permanent improvements,” she added. . .Don Tracy (Republican) “Immigration law enforcement is the province of the federal government, as is immigration law in general. So I support closing the borders and then I also support enforcing immigration law. And throughout the country it has worked fairly well,” he said. “I was just in Memphis a couple days ago where I spent almost nine or ten years. And the federal surge down there has really made the streets safer in Memphis. Five thousand arrests, a thousand illegal firearms off the street, 150 missing children. “Federal law enforcement and immigration is working where the local authorities cooperate, but where you have large groups, mobs, say, of trained and organized protestors who are stalking and blocking law enforcement operations and encouraged by the local authority who are not cooperating with the federal law enforcement. You have chaos. And that’s what we saw a taste of that here in Chicago. And then in Minneapolis, we saw it on steroids,” he added.)

WASHINGTON FREE BEACON
— Left-Wing Activists Target Jury Selection Process, Training Volunteers To Sneak On To Juries and ‘Nullify’ Trump Administration Prosecutions. DD: Have you ever served on a jury? If I had not be denied my 7th Amendment right to a jury trial in Diersen v. GAO, and if you had served on that jury, would you have sided with GAO or with me? To justify their denying me a jury trial, the judges and justices hinted/implied/argued that no jury would side with me. But the trial record showed that my Democrat superiors had illegally forced me to retire so that they could give my job and my preferred corner office to my Black subordinate who had less work experience than I had, had less education than I had, had one professional certification while I had six, and had no professional license like I had. In 1993, when I was a 45-year-old GAO employee who had 25 years of federal service, to get rid of their employees a) who they had not promoted into their Senior Executive Service, currently $197,200/year, b) who were Republican, White, male, older, and/or non-veteran, and/or c) who had 25 or more years of federal service, the Democrats who ran GAO “offered” them a $25,000 buyout if they took early retirement. Their buyout “offer” expired in 1 year and their early retirement “offer” expired in 4 years. They succeeded in forcing me to take the early retirement “offer” on September 30, 1997. Things that I had done that helped me survive those 4 years included a) my earning job-related master’s degrees in 1997, 1980, and 1976, b) my earing job-related professional certifications in 1997, 1996, 1994, 1990, 1981, and 1979, and c) my earning a job-related professional license in 1981. Under the Democrats and under the RINOs, anticipate/expect that ever-increasingly, the more of the following that you are, the less “jury appeal” that you will have, and therefore, the less “justice” that you will have in courts: conservative, Republican, non-poor, non-veteran, White, male, older, Protestant, German American, and/or have ancestors who have been in America for a long time. I am all of the aforesaid. Federal courts would not have denied me my 7th Amendment right to a jury trial in Diersen v. GAO if I had been Democrat, poor, veteran, minority, female, younger, non-Protestant, non-German American, and/or if my ancestors had not been in America for a long time. GAO hinted/implied/argued that because of my demographics, I should pay the price of Affirmative Action big time and that I could easily afford to pay that price. GAO’s forcing me to retire when I was 49 years old in 1997 cut my income by $86,042/year (56%) ($154,682/year salary minus $68,640/year pension) in today’s dollars. Off the record, GAO stressed a) that the federal government would forever pay 72% of my and my wife’s health insurance premiums, b) that my wife had a good job, c) that we had no dependents, d) that we had no debts, e) that we had substantial retirement and other savings, f) that we owned a 13-year-old home in Wheaton, g) that we owned three collector cars, h) etc. Again, if I had not been denied my 7th Amendment right to a jury trial, and if you had served on that jury, would you have sided with GAO or with me? From what I see, those who want Affirmative Action and DEI would have sided with GAO.

I am independent, that is, no one can tell me what to do because I have a) a Civil Service Retirement System pension, b) Social Security, c) Medicare, d) a 72% federal subsidy for my and my wife’s health insurance premiums, e) retirement savings, and f) my wife and have no debts or dependents. My critics/opponents know that they cannot take the aforesaid away from me. But they have succeeded in taking the following away from me: a) my membership on the Illinois Republican Party State Convention Platform and Resolutions Committee in 2024, b) my role as the Republican fundraiser for Wheaton Independence Day parades and fireworks in 2021, c) my Republican Precinct Committeeman position for half my precinct in 2015, d) my chairmanship of TAPROOT Republicans of Illinois in 2012, e) my service as the Milton Township Republican Organization webmaster in 2010 and 2004, and f) my membership on the Illinois Center Right Coalition Steering Committee in 2007. I should write about my critics/opponents. — DD: Democrat leaders ever-increasingly promote LGBTQ, that is, they ever-increasingly destroy traditional marriage. Traditional marriage helped me a) pass the CPA examination on my first attempt in 1979, b) earn a master’s degree in accounting in 1980, c) pass the Certified Internal Auditor examination on my first attempt in 1981, d) become a licensed CPA in 1981, e) etc. Traditional marriage helped my wife and I a) buy a home in Wheaton in 1978, b) buy two new cars in 1978, c) afford my taking a $23,699/year pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO in 1980, c) have a home built in Wheaton in 1984, d) etc. Traditional marriage helped my wife earn a bachelor’s degree in finance in 1986.

— Political parties exist to help elect candidates who can and will defend and advance their platform. The Republican Party platform is conservative. RINOs reject some, many, most, virtually all, if not all the planks in the Republican Party platform. Most commonly, they reject its personal responsibility, traditional marriage and family, right to life, immigration, anti-vice, Second Amendment, and/or equal opportunity (no race or gender based preference giving) planks. Far too many RINOs use the Republican Party’s “BIG TENT” policy a) to become Republican Precinct Committeemen, b) to become leaders in Republican organizations, c) to run for government offices as Republicans, and d) to get elected as Republicans. The Democrat Party does not have a “BIG TENT” policy. Its precinct committeemen, party leaders, candidates, and elected officials aggressively defend and advance all the planks in the Democrat Party platform, especially its dependency on government and charity, LGBTQ, abortion, mass/illegal immigration, pro-vice, gun control, and Affirmative Action and DEI planks, that is, its race and gender based preference giving, patronage, political affiliation discrimination, reverse discrimination, age discrimination, religious discrimination, and national origin discrimination planks. — What has your Republican Precinct Committeeman (RPC) done so far to increase the number of Republican ballots cast in your precinct in the March 17, 2026 primary? Notwithstanding ever-increasing Democrat-promoted hatred against RPCs, yesterday, I finished hand-delivering envelopes to 400 residences in my precinct using 800 mailing labels for those residences that have at least one Republican (R) or Independent (NA) voter. The envelopes had my return address label, a copy of the unmarked sample ballot, a Milton Township Republican Organization (MTRO) Voter Guide, and campaign literature from all the candidates on the Republican ballot in my precinct who had provided their literature to MTRO (Tracy, Mendrick, Dabrowski, Drew, and Moore). I had to explain to some voters why they were NA. I am happy to report that only one Democrat voter in my precinct, albeit an aggressive, nasty, wealthy, and prominent realtor with a common name, shouted threats at me. He shouted at me in a very threatening tone that he had thrown my envelope in the trash, that I should not deliver anything there anymore, that he knew who I was, that he knew where I lived, and that if I ever did deliver there again, he would come to my home and dump it on my driveway. While I did not realize who he was until after the incident, he had known who I was for many years. He had been a registered D in my precinct very near my home years ago. I now know that after he sold that home, he bought a very expensive and prominent home in the new part of my precinct. I delivered to his new home only because there was a registered NA in his home. To avoid future threats like his from Ds, I will identify those homes in my precinct that have NAs and not deliver to those homes that also have Ds but no Rs, something I did not take the time to do this time. There are limits on the time that I can spend. I spend 10+ hours a day 7 days a week putting GOPUSA ILLINOIS newsletters together and sending them out. I spent many hours putting 800 mailing labels and 400 return address label on 400 envelopes, putting them into walk order, stuffing them, dividing them into 5 batches, and hand-delivering them. I used 400 DuPage County Republican Central Committee envelopes and I used my photocopier, paper, and ink to copy the sample ballot 400 times 2-sided back-to-back. If I spent 6 minutes getting each envelope ready, that would be 40 hours. I spent about 15 hours hand-delivering the envelopes, or about 3 hours per batch. – Dave Diersen

(FROM GOOGLE AI: Rev. Jesse Jackson and his organization, the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition, have had a long, complex, and often criticized relationship with major telecommunications companies, including Comcast and AT&T. Over the past two decades, Jackson has frequently endorsed mergers involving these companies and lobbied against net neutrality regulations, often coinciding with donations from these corporations to his non-profit organizations. Key aspects of this relationship include: Corporate Funding & Support: AT&T, Comcast, and Verizon have been major financial contributors to Jackson’s Citizenship Education Fund. For instance, in 1999, AT&T donated $425,000 to the fund shortly after Jackson withdrew his opposition to the AT&T/TCI Cable merger.)
