(FROM THE ARTICLE: Funding proposals for implicit bias and antiracism training in schools are coming into focus and some see it as an unnecessary controversy that distracts from education in the state’s 850 districts. A draft proposal from the Illinois State Board of Education Professional Review Panel set to be considered next month contemplates how to spend an additional $350 million from the evidence based funding model that lawmakers approved several years ago. There are recommendations for a variety of programs, including teaching foreign languages. There are also suggestions for “interventions to have more explicit focus on racial dynamic, including equity direct approaches that offer concrete strategies for teachers’ behavioral changes in the classroom and increased bias awareness.” The draft proposals “recognize that students of color do not inherently need additional supports by nature of their race/ethnicity, but that these students do face inequities because of historical and existing structures, and there is a cost attendant with working to dismantle those inequities through training on antiracism and eliminating implicit bias within schools and districts.” To address that, the proposal adds “a specific Professional Development cost … related to implicit bias and antiracism at a fixed per-pupil cost based on overall enrollment, with additional per-pupil dollar amount for all students where a district serves over 50% non-white students.”)

My critics/opponents demand blind loyalty. They destroy a) those who they cannot manipulate or dominate, b) those who refuse to glorify and praise them, c) those who refuse to pander to them, d) those who refuse to serve as one of their operatives or dupes, e) those who refuse to cover up their wrongdoing, and/or f) those who refuse to give them money.

My critic/opponents have lots of religious, government, political, and/or financial clout in Wheaton, Milton Township, DuPage County, and/or Illinois. I have sued some of my critics/opponents.

Many of them despise, if not hate, one or more of my demographics: conservative, platform Republican, White, male, old (born in 1948), heterosexual, draft avoider, married, childless, non-poor, gun owner, baptized, raised, and confirmed as a Missouri Synod Lutheran, I am not a member of a church, I do not attend church services, I do not give money to a church, 100% German American, my ancestors have been in America since 1844, Crete resident 1948-1972, Wheaton resident since 1978, federal employee for almost 30 years, federal retiree for more than 24 years, etc.

So far, they have succeeded in a) stopping me from raising money from Republicans so that Republicans could help sponsor Wheaton’s Independence Day parades and fireworks, b) gerrymandering my precinct, c) ending my TAPROOT Republicans of Illinois chairmanship, d) ending my Wheaton Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee membership, e) ending my Milton Township Republican Organization (MTRO) webmaster service, f) ending my Illinois Center Right Coalition (ICRC) Steering Committee membership, g) almost getting ICRC to censure me for my GOPUSA ILLINOIS newsletters, h) ending my bid to serve as MTRO Treasurer, and i) ending my American Association of Political Consultants Midwest Chapter board membership.

They hint/imply/argue/shout at Republican candidates on ballots in my precinct, their political consultants, major donors, fundraisers, pollsters, campaign managers, campaign staff members, and campaign volunteers that me and my GOPUSA ILLINOIS newsletters have caused all the losses that Republican candidates on ballots in my precinct have suffered since 2000.
