Since I became a Republican Precinct Committeeman in Wheaton in 1999, I have encouraged Republican candidates on ballots in my precinct to walk in the parades. In 2003, the day after all the announced Republican candidates for U.S. Senate (Cox, Kathuria, McKenna, Oberweis, and Ryan) walked in the parade, they all attended a picnic that I had organized in the Prairie Path Park in my precinct. More than 200 attended. U.S. Senate candidate Obama and his wife walked in the parade in 2004. In 2005, I started raising $2,500/year from Republican candidates, elected officials, and party leaders to help sponsor the parade and fireworks. Each year I would hand-deliver 500 parade flyers to the homes and businesses along the parade route. In 2007, I raised $2,000 on short notice for an elephant to walk behind Roskam in the parade. But my critics/opponents ended my fundraising in 2021 by having the Wheaton Park District stop parade and fireworks sponsorships. I should write about my critics/opponents. I would focus on those who continue to have lots of religious, government, political, and/or financial clout in Wheaton. — DD: For Democrats, the federal government exists to hire, retain, and promote Democrats who are minority, female, younger, veteran, non-Protestant, non-German American, and/or have ancestors who have not been in America for a long time. Virtually all federal employees are Democrats who are one or more of the aforesaid. All of my coworkers who my Democrat superiors in the federal government promoted over me were Democrats who a) had less education than I had, had less work experience than I had, had no professional certification or fewer than I had, and/or had no professional license like the one I had and/or b) were minority, female, younger, veteran, non-Protestant, non-German American, and/or had ancestors who had not been in America for a long time. Federal employees who are the following have no Civil Service protections: Republican, White, male, older, and/or non-veteran. Unions provide some protection. But GAO did not unionize until 2007. If GAO had been unionized when I transferred from IRS in 1980, my Democrat GAO superiors would not have been able to take the many big adverse actions against me that they did. My Democrat GAO superiors a) forced me to retire when I was 49 in 1997, b) always ranked me in the bottom half of my coworkers for pay-for-performance, c) delayed my promotions and never promoted me beyond GS-13, and d) forced me to take a $23,699/year (21%) pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO in 1980. But even though I was a union member at the time, a) my Democrat IRS superiors never promoted me beyond GS-12, disallowed my education deductions in 1978, and disallowed my travel vouchers in 1974 and b) my Democrat Post Office superiors forced me to resign in 1969 and disallowed my sick leave requests in 1969 and 1968. That was because I was not a Democrat, minority, female, and/or veteran.

— DD: In 2021, to diminish if not stop Republican participation in Wheaton’s Independence Day parades, Democrat, RINO, and Democrat plant leaders ended my role as the Republican fundraiser for those parades, a role that I had since 2005. They falsely hinted/implied/argued/shouted that their motive was to diminish politicization of the parades. To make DuPage Republicans the lead sponsor for the parades, I raised $2,500 or more each year from Republican candidates, elected officials, and party leaders. The aforesaid got lots of positive publicity for the sponsorships. Republicans got specific credit for sponsoring the Wheaton high school marching bands, bagpipers, and other entries. Each year, I hand-delivered 500 flyers to the homes and the businesses on the parade route that promoted the parade and listed the Republican entries and sponsorships. In 2007, I raised $2,000 on short notice for an elephant to walk behind Roskam in the parade.

— DD: How has envy been used against you? To turn my superiors, supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates in the federal government against me, my Democrat superiors promoted envy big time. They stressed a) the new cars that I bought when I was 17, 19, 20, 23, 25, 29, etc., b) the real estate that I bought when I was 24, 25, 27, 29, and 35, c) the college degrees, professional certifications, and professional license that I earned, d) the vacations that I took, e) etc. They strongly hinted/implied/argued that if I had not avoided the Vietnam War draft, I would not have been able to do the aforesaid. They strongly hinted/implied/argued that if I had not gotten married when I was 29, I would not have been able to accomplish what did after then. They strongly hinted/implied/argued that if my wife and I had children, I would not have been able to accomplish what I did after we got married. My Democrat GAO superiors decried the time and money they spent raising their children, They decried their wives having little or no income.
