Anderson has often clashed with county officials over delayed payments, has faced questions about her office’s accounting practices and faced claims she is not responsive to county administrators and other elected officeholders. “These are not isolated political disagreements. They represent a continuing pattern involving delayed financial work, disrupted county operations, strained professional relationships and potential costs to taxpayers and community organizations,” the county GOP said, citing a 2024 WGLT report about delayed grant payments that caused the nonprofit McLean County Center for Human Services to fear for its long-term financial stability.)

ILLINOIS REVIEW
— Grogan’s Unity Test: Will IL GOP Chair Condemn Close Ally Jim Durkin’s Attacks on Trump, Bailey? DD: My critics/opponents side with Durkin.
https://www.illinoisreview.com/illinoisreview/2026/08/grogans-unity-test-will-il-gop-chair-condemn-close-ally-jim-durkins-attacks-on-trump-bailey.html
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Illinois Republican Party Chairman Bob Grogan has made “party unity” the defining message of his young tenure. Now Grogan faces a simple test: Does that rule apply to his close friend and longtime political ally, former Illinois House Republican Leader Jim Durkin? During a recent CBS News Chicago interview, Durkin launched a blistering attack on President Donald Trump and Republican gubernatorial nominee Darren Bailey — declaring Bailey’s campaign “foolish” and blaming Trump and Bailey for Republican losses in Illinois. “There’s really no election in November,” Durkin said. “Darren Bailey, this is a foolish — uh, foolish campaign that he’s moving on. He adds nothing to the equation for Republicans. He’s not gonna help the Republican Party. He’s very intolerant.” Durkin predicted Bailey would receive “the same result that he got last time,” before adding: “We’ve lost more Republicans because of people like Darren Bailey and Donald Trump in Illinois.” That creates an uncomfortable problem for Grogan. Just weeks ago, Grogan was lecturing Republicans about the need to stop attacking one another. “We have to go back to the Reagan rule, where if somebody agrees with us 80 percent of the time, they’re not a 20 percent traitor,” Grogan told Capitol News Illinois in July. “Our entire Republican team is better than the entire Democratic team, and we need to pull together. We can’t purge our way to 51 percent.” Grogan has also warned that “fratricide isn’t a good campaign strategy.” Upon becoming chairman in May, Grogan proclaimed, “Illinois Republicans are united and I’m excited to get to work electing Republicans up and down the ballot in November.” Apparently, Durkin missed the unity memo. Rather than helping elect the Republican ticket, Durkin went on Chicago television and declared the party’s nominee for governor essentially defeated while attacking the Republican president. There is also rich irony in Durkin lecturing Republicans about losing elections. Republicans held 51 Illinois House seats following the 2016 election. By the time Durkin’s final election as Republican leader was over in 2022, the caucus had fallen to just 40 — a net loss of 11 seats. Republicans lost five seats in 2022 alone. Durkin then stepped aside as leader and ultimately resigned from the legislature. Yet today, he is blaming Trump and Bailey for Republicans disappearing from Illinois government. Grogan cannot have it both ways. He cannot demand that conservatives stop attacking establishment Republicans, preach that Republicans must embrace their “80-percent” allies and condemn intra-party “fratricide” — then remain silent when one of his closest political friends publicly torches Trump and the GOP nominee for governor. Bailey won the Republican primary. Trump leads the Republican Party nationally. And Grogan is chairman of the Illinois Republican Party. If Grogan’s unity message means anything, he should publicly separate himself from Durkin’s comments and make clear that Durkin does not speak for the Illinois Republican Party. Otherwise, Republicans may reasonably conclude that Grogan’s “unity” doctrine has an exception: His friends.)

(FROM THE ARTICLE: Unfortunately, many students attend college without acquiring skills that employers value. They sometimes accumulate substantial debt for degrees that provide little earning power. Higher education deserves some blame for selling expensive programs with limited economic value. But students must also take responsibility for choosing an education that does not prepare them for the workplace. Government cannot guarantee prosperity. In fact, government has no money of its own. Every dollar it spends must first be taxed from someone who earned it, borrowed and repaid by future taxpayers, or created in a way that can produce inflation. America became the world’s largest and most prosperous economy because it emphasized individual freedom, personal responsibility, relatively low taxation and a limited role for government. Those principles encouraged people to work, save, invest, innovate and build. Young Americans have legitimate concerns about housing, wages and opportunity. But socialism would replace those problems with dependency, stagnation and lost freedom. The answer is not to wait for government to provide a comfortable life. It is to acquire valuable skills, embrace entrepreneurship and solve the problems standing in the way. It is time for young Americans to step up.)

https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2026/aug/12/h-2a-visa-program-not-become-amnesty-permanent-foreign-labor-pipeline/
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Despite President Trump’s strong focus on immigration enforcement and protecting American workers, a bill to provide amnesty for illegal aliens and to broaden the use of work visas was recently introduced by the House Agriculture Committee chairman. The Securing Agriculture’s Workforce Act of 2026 (H.R. 9535), which has more than 50 co-sponsors including 47 Republicans, dramatically expands the scope of the H-2A program. This would allow employers to more easily replace Americans with foreign workers and would suppress wage growth while reducing incentives to recruit domestic labor, improve working conditions, or invest in productivity-enhancing technology. Supporters portray the bill as a response to labor shortages. But when workers are scarce, wages rise. Employers improve conditions. Businesses innovate and automate. The purpose of a market economy though is not to guarantee employers access to labor at a price they prefer; it is to allow supply and demand to determine wages and encourage productivity growth. H.R. 9535 violates this healthy market dynamic. The bill broadens eligible work to include not only traditional agricultural jobs, but also packing, processing, transportation, aquaculture, logging, equine-related activities, and even portions of meat and poultry processing. It also redefines “temporary” work to include contracts lasting up to 349 days, regardless of the employer’s underlying need.)

— A pay cut for a steady job? Economic anxiety fuels forever jobs. DD: Who do you know who voluntarily took a pay cut to get promoted? I voluntarily took a $23,699/year (21%) pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO when I was 31 in 1980. I did that to get promoted to GS-13. My Democrat IRS superiors had made it very clear that they would never promote me to GS-13 because I refused to become a Democrat. They had gotten rid of the IRS manager who had promoted me when I was 23, 24, and 25. They had disallowed my travel vouchers when I was 25. They had disallowed my education deductions when I was 29. GAO ultimately did promote me to GS-13, but not until I was 38. By then, I had become a licensed CPA when I was 32, passed the Certified Internal Auditor examination on my first attempt when I was 32, earned a master’s degree in accounting when I was 31, passed the CPA examination on my first attempt when I was 30, and earned an MBA when I was 27. The Democrats who ran GAO would never have promoted me to GS-13 if the GAO manager who had arranged my transfer had not gotten back into power. They forced him to retire when I was 38.

BURR RIDGE PATCH
— A state appeals court on Monday sided with Burr Ridge Mayor Gary Grasso in his 7-year-old lawsuit over defamation. In the 2019 election, Grasso’s then-opponent, Zach Mottl, alleged that Grasso defrauded the government out of $36,000 in property tax exemptions. Three years ago, Grasso and Mottl settled the lawsuit out of court, with Mottl giving his rival an undisclosed amount of money. But Mottl’s political consultant, Collin Corbett, and Corbett’s firm, Cor Strategies, remain as defendants.

Sixty-five thousand dollars sounds like plenty until you hold it against a real tuition bill. At an in-state public university, it might stretch across all four years. At a private college running $80,000 or $90,000 a year, it barely dents the gap PLUS used to close. The old program rose with the price of the school. The new one ignores it. A family sending a child to a $25,000 school and a family sending one to a $90,000 school get the same $65,000, which means the households that stretched hardest for an expensive school are the first to hit the wall.)

— Crete police request charges against 20 juveniles related to Crete-Monee High School chaos. DD: What is your municipality doing to stop Democrat teen takeovers? I graduated from CMHS in 1966. I lived in Crete 1948-1972. I lived in University Park full-time 1972-1974 and part-time 1974-1976.
https://www.chicagotribune.com/2026/05/29/crete-juvenile-charges-school-chaos/
(FROM THE ARTICLE: The Crete Police Department has petitioned the Will County state’s attorney’s office for charges against 20 juveniles involved in a series of fights at Crete-Monee High School on May 12, Chief Scott Pieritz said in a news release Thursday. That day, “Crete-Monee High School had multiple fights occur which resulted in a chaotic, dangerous environment. This played out on social media, with videos being shared and causing community uproar and disharmony,” Pieritz said in the release. He said the 20 juveniles would be petitioned for “crimes including disorderly conduct, battery, and mob action.” Pieritz said recent “teen takeover” occurrences showed it was important to arrest and prosecute juvenile offenders in similar incidents. Most recently, one such gathering in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood over Memorial Day weekend led to dozens of arrests and a shooting that wounded three, according to Chicago police. “We have all seen the “teen takeover” mobs occurring around the country,” Pieritz said. “We cannot and will not allow that mentality to take root in our town.” Pieritz also released a letter addressed to the Will County state’s attorney’s office, urging that charges be filed due to the severity of the May 12 chaos. “I find it necessary to write this letter due to the seriousness of this incident, the public safety concern for all students and staff of the Crete-Monee High School, a deterrent against future violent and disruptive acts, and for the retention of public confidence in the police department restoring order in the school,” Pieritz wrote to the state’s attorney’s office. A security guard was injured and went to the hospital, Pieritz said, and misinformation was spread widely on social media, including claims that weapons were present and that a student had been thrown over a balcony. “This caused a frenzy of responses on social media including those questioning the safety of students in Crete schools, disparaging remarks about the school administration, village of Crete, and police department,” Pieritz said. The state’s attorney’s office said in a statement that the case is currently being processed, and that it has not yet received materials for review. “We have a strong and longstanding working relationship with the Village of Crete Department of Police and Chief Pieritz,” the state’s attorney’s office said in its statement. “As with any case, we will conduct an independent review of the facts, evidence, and applicable law once the matter is formally presented to us.” It would be inappropriate to comment further until that review is complete, the state’s attorney’s office said. The police department ordinarily aims to defer disciplinary issues at schools to staff for resolution rather than taking punitive action, Pieritz said. “This incident in no way represents the vast majority of students at the high school, who I know to be good kids, just trying to navigate their teenage years,” Pieritz said.)

GOPUSA ILLINOIS
— Will Kaczmarek’s March 2 news conference cause Trump to get involved in the March 17 Illinois Republican primary? DuPage county has about 937,000 people in it. That is more people than Wyoming, Vermont, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Montana, and the District of Columbia. – Dave Diersen
http://www.gopillinois.com
— In Illinois, Democrats run elections. For the March 17 primary, how successful have the Democrats who run elections in your county been a) encouraging Democrats to vote and b) discouraging Republicans from voting? Everyone knows that the more ballots that are cast for a party in primaries strongly indicates that candidates of that party will win in general elections. Will Democrats publish the names of voters who have voted and a) reward those who cast Democrat ballots and b) punish those who cast Republican ballots? How many have voted so far in Illinois, in your county, in your township, in your municipality, and in your precinct? How many Democrat, Republican, and NA ballots have been cast so far? Who does not want the aforesaid information to be reported and why? – Dave Diersen

— What is the DuPage County Republican Central Committee’s (DCRCC) position on the threats that DuPage County Clerk Jean Kaczmarek made at her March 2 news conference, a news conference that I was not notified of? SEE: https://www.dailyherald.com/20260302/news/dupage-clerk-to-ice-stay-away-from-polling-places/ Kaczmarek ever-increasingly makes it clear that she despises if not hates registered Republican voters, and especially those who share Trump’s demographics: conservative, White, male, older, non-poor, German American, and/or have ancestors who have been in America for a long time. I share all the aforesaid demographics with Trump. Kaczmarek ever-increasingly hints/implies/argues that Republican voters are racists and even worse things. I am sure that Kaczmarek is furious about what I have done to encourage Republican primary ballots to be cast in my precinct. I recently hand-delivered DCRCC envelopes to the 400 residences in my precinct that have at least one registered Republican or NA voter. Those envelopes contained a copy of the sample ballot, a Milton Township Republican Organization (MTRO) Voter Guide, and campaign literature from the five candidates who provided literature to the MTRO. – Dave Diersen
http://www.gopillinois.com
(FROM THE AFORESAID DAILY HERALD ARTICLE: DuPage County Clerk Jean Kaczmarek made it clear Monday that federal immigration agents are not welcome at polling places. She announced her office has set up a special phone number, (630) 407-5634, for people to report if they see U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or other federal agents at or near a polling place. “Today, my office has a message for the voters of DuPage County and for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, better known as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and that message is that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement will not be allowed to interfere with DuPage County elections in any way,” Kaczmarek said at a news conference. She said it is a federal crime for military or federal agents to interfere in elections or intimidate voters. “Those crimes will not be tolerated in DuPage County. Not on my watch,” Kaczmarek said. “ICE, go away. Do not even try. You will fail.” Early voting began several weeks ago at five sites and expanded to 24 on Monday. When asked if immigration agents had been seen at any of the sites, Kaczmarek said, “No.” She said it is a myth that non-citizens vote on Election Day. Kaczmarek also reminded voters that if they feel unsafe at a polling place on the day of the March 17 primary election, they can go to another of the 248 polling places because DuPage residents can vote anywhere in the county. If the clerk’s office receives a report about federal agents, it will notify election judges at that polling place. It will also alert community “rapid response” teams who monitor agents and report their presence to the public, Kaczmarek said. The clerk said she will also notify the appropriate authorities. She said election judges can ask agents to leave. Kaczmarek said she did not consult with DuPage County State’s Attorney Bob Berlin or DuPage County Sheriff James Mendrick about enforcing any such requests.)
— What positions do DuPage County State’s Attorney Bob Berlin, DuPage County Sheriff James Mendrick, and DuPage County election judges have on Kaczmarek potentially ordering them to take adverse actions against ICE? What powers do Kaczmarek’s community “rapid response” teams have? Will they be as aggressive as those in Minneapolis? – Dave Diersen

PR NEWSWIRE
— Media Advisory vs. Press Release. DD: Since 2000 when I became the Illinois reporter for GOPUSA, I have repeatedly asked DuPage County to keep diersen@aol.com on its press advisory and press release lists. I did not receive a press advisory or press release for Kaczmarek’s March 2 news conference. According to my critics/opponents, a) GOPUSA is not a legitimate news organization and b) I am not a legitimate reporter. According to my critics/opponents, to be a legitimate member of the news media, you have to a) claim to be nonpartisan, b) get paid for what you do, and c) have a degree in journalism. My critics/opponents ignore/dismiss/belittle/badmouth that what GAO Analysts do is very similar to what reporters do. I worked for GAO as an Analyst for almost 18 years, the last 11 years of which at the GS-13 Step 1-5 Levels, currently $118,984-$$154,682/year. My critics/opponents destroy those like me a) who they cannot manipulate or dominate, b) who refuse to glorify and praise them, c) who refuse to pander to them, d) who refuse to serve as one of their operatives or dupes, e) who refuse to coverup their wrong doing, and/or f) who refuse to give them money. I should write about my critics/opponents. I would focus on those who have lots of religious, government, political, and/or financial clout in Wheaton, Milton Township, DuPage County, and Illinois. I would focus on those who have had their operatives and their dupes take the most/biggest adverse actions against me lately.

(FROM THE ARTICLE: A media advisory, also called a press advisory or a media alert, is a brief notice that invites journalists to cover an upcoming event. Unlike a media pitch, which suggests story angles to specific journalists, or a press release, which provides complete news coverage, a media advisory simply gives reporters the essential details they need to decide whether to attend an event. . .A press release is a formal written announcement that shares news about your organization with the media and public. It tells a complete story about company growth, new hires, product launches or other newsworthy developments that matter to your audience. Think of it as a ready-to-publish news article that gives journalists all the information they need to cover your story.)

https://www.koreatimes.co.kr/amp/southkorea/society/20260303/most-koreans-see-poverty-as-matter-of-discipline-not-predetermined
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Public attitudes in Korea toward poverty remain sharply divided, with a majority of respondents attributing hardship to a lack of individual effort, while low-income families point instead to structural barriers that keep them at the margins, according to a survey released Tuesday. The 2025 Korean Welfare Panel Study, conducted jointly by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs and the Seoul National University Social Welfare Research Institute, found that 89.6 percent of 2,661 respondents cited insufficient motivation and effort as the main cause of poverty. Nearly nine out of 10 respondents, or 88.3 percent, pointed to a lack of frugality or poor household financial management, suggesting that for a majority of Koreans, economic hardship is still seen largely as a matter of personal responsibility and discipline. Because the survey allowed participants to weigh multiple contributing factors independently, the total percentages exceed 100 percent. In contrast, only 62.8 percent blamed inborn ability or talent, and just 12 percent viewed it as a “very important” factor, indicating that poverty is rarely regarded as unchangeable or predetermined. The perception gap widened when broken down by income level. Among middle- and high-income households, 90.2 percent said personal effort was central in determining poverty, compared with 85.5 percent of low-income households. The share who said effort is “very important” dropped from 37.8 percent in the general group to 27.9 percent among low-income respondents, while those who saw a lack of frugality as a very important cause also fell from 40.0 percent to 30.3 percent. Experts warn that this heavy emphasis on individual responsibility can serve as a secondary form of punishment for those already struggling. Labeling poverty primarily as the result of laziness or weak will risks isolating low-income Koreans, undermining their self-worth and weakening social cohesion, they noted. To meaningfully tackle poverty, they added, personal initiative must be supported by stronger safety nets and structural reforms so that individual efforts are not hindered by barriers beyond people’s control.)

(FROM THE ARTICLE: A West Chicago District 33 teacher whose pro-immigration agent comment on social media was criticized by many people has resigned. On Thursday, the school board accepted the resignation and a separation agreement of the Gary Elementary School teacher. “This situation was never about politics. It has been about our responsibility to keep schools operating normally and to minimize disruption to learning,” board President Rita Balgeman said after the vote. The board did not discuss the terms of the settlement. As part of the separation agreement, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, the teacher will be paid his salary and health benefits through the end of the school year. It also states that the district will give a neutral reference about him to future employers. According to West Chicago Mayor Dan Bovey, the teacher commented, “go ICE!” in a social media post. Bovey, whose wife works at the school, said he spoke with the man when the controversy erupted. After the district learned of the comment Jan. 22, the teacher initially resigned that day but retracted it later that day. The district put him on leave while it investigated the matter. More than 81% of the district’s students are of Hispanic descent, according to its 2025 state school report card. Bovey said West Chicago schoolchildren have been traumatized because their parents were taken by immigration enforcement agents, and that the comment was hurtful and offensive. After the board voted, members of the public spoke about the matter. “We want our students to feel respected and valued, which is why we request that the seriousness of the comment be recognized,” one mother of a student said, speaking in Spanish. But another woman, Corinne Ingrum, urged the community to “pick your battles more wisely,” saying the action against the teacher will not resolve the community’s concerns with immigration agents’ actions. “You could have chosen to rally around one of your own beloved teachers, but instead you chose to bring more unwanted ICE attention to West Chicago,” Ingrum said. She suggested that people bring their concerns to elected officials. Timothy Lorman asked the school board whether it is a prerequisite of employment “to agree with the majority or the popular opinion of the day.” Another man urged the board to look at anti-ICE statements made by teachers and consider whether they were inappropriate.)

(FROM THE ARTICLE: The Casa DuPage Workers Center, together with community members, will honor three people killed by federal immigration officers by constructing Day of the Dead altars Saturday in Wheaton. Members of the group said in a news release that they’ll build altars to honor Renee Good and Alex Pretti, who were killed in January in Minneapolis, as well as Silverio Villegas-Gonzalez, who was fatally shot in September by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in Franklin Park. The altars will be built from 1 to 4 p.m. at Casa DuPage, 311 S. Naperville Road in Wheaton, and then taken on the back of a pickup truck to the site in Franklin Park where Villegas-Gonzalez was killed near 25th and Grand avenues. A candlelight vigil will be held at the site. “We need to keep track of our humanity in this moment, as we feel to the marrow of our bones the pain that ICE has unleashed on us all by constantly remembering these martyrs,” Cristobal Cavazos, executive director of Casa DuPage Workers Center, said in a statement. “We will continue to struggle for justice, honoring their lives (and) legacy.” Casa DuPage Workers Center is a program of Immigrant Solidarity DuPage, a grassroots, community-funded, activist group whose goal is to build solidarity locally with the immigrant community.)

DD: Anticipate/expect that sooner or later, Democrat leaders will get most if not virtually all of the students in your school district to walkout to protest enforcement of federal immigration laws. Anticipate/expect that the students who walkout will overwhelmingly be illegals, females, and minorities. Of course, their walking out will be on their records for the rest of their lives. Anticipate/expect that Democrat colleges and employers will give preference to those students who walked out over those who did not. For Democrat leaders, education exists to crank out good little Democrats. Democrats exist to destroy Republicans.

— “The Real Story” Expands to Weekdays on AM 560 The Answer, Adding Amy Jacobson as Co-Host
https://investor.salemmedia.com/news-events/press-releases/detail/911/the-real-story-expands-to-weekdays-on-am-560-the
(FROM THE PRESS RELEASE: Salem Media (OTCQX: SALM) announced today that “The Real Story,” hosted by Jeanne Ives, will expand to a weekday time slot on AM 560 The Answer (WIND-AM), airing Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. CT, beginning Monday, February 2. The move also marks the addition of longtime Chicago broadcaster Amy Jacobson as co-host. Since 2023, “The Real Story” has aired on Sunday evenings from 7-9 p.m. CT, with Ives hosting solo. The weekday expansion brings the program to a daily audience and reunites Jacobson with AM 560 The Answer in a new role, following her previous tenure as co-host of “Chicago’s Morning Answer.” “This outstanding team adds two powerful, local conservative voices to our AM 560 lineup,” said John Gallagher, regional vice president and general manager of AM 560 The Answer. “Bringing Amy Jacobson back to the station fills a huge void for our audience. She has been relentless in her quest for the truth, and she gets answers that our listeners need to hear. Jeanne Ives is one of the most politically connected people in the state of Illinois. She brings a wealth of knowledge regarding so many issues that affect everyone within our listening area. I am looking forward to the in-depth conversation and new perspective this team will offer.” “I am thankful and excited to be a part of the Salem family,” said Jeanne Ives. “Information is power and Amy and I want to bring the Real Story on policy along with informed commentary from years of experience knowing the players and politicians to our listeners. We want listeners to be informed, so they can hold the politicians accountable.” “I am thrilled to be returning home to AM 560 The Answer,” said Amy Jacobson. “Jeanne and I will be part of the strongest conservative line-up in Chicago radio! As many of you know, life takes some unexpected turns, but when you love what you do, the signal always finds its way back.” About Jeanne Ives Jeanne Ives served three terms as an Illinois State Representative, beginning in 2012. In keeping with her fiscally conservative principles, she refused both a taxpayer-funded pension and healthcare. My superiors in the Illinois Republican Party, DuPage County Republican Central Committee, and Milton Township Republican Organization who are anti-conservative want to stop me from sending out my GOPUSA ILLINOIS newsletters. Failing that, they want to stop everyone from reading my newsletters. They ever-increasingly blame my newsletters for defeats suffered by Republican candidates on ballots in my precinct. They want the Republican Party to dump the personal responsibility, traditional marriage and family, right to life, immigration, anti-vice, Second Amendment, and equal opportunity (no race or gender based preference giving) planks in its platform. They want the Republican Party to dump conservatives once and for all, that is, they want the Republican Party to dump its base, that is, they want to destroy the Republican Party. Political parties exist to help elect candidates who can and will defend and advance their platform. The Republican Party platform is conservative.

— DuPage County Board urges Congress to investigate immigration enforcement efforts; withhold DHS funding. The county board voted 11-5 to add the resolution to its legislative agenda. All the “no” votes were cast by Republicans. The resolution approved Tuesday also urges an end to immigration enforcement activities without a judicial warrant. DD: To withhold DHS funding is to promote illegal immigration.

(FROM THE ARTICLE: Republicans who voted against the resolution said they could not support withholding funding from the Department of Homeland Security, noting that immigration is just one aspect of the department. “There are so many aspects of homeland security that protect U.S. citizens that I could never vote to deny funding to that department,” county board member Kari Galassi, a Hinsdale Republican, said. Republicans also said Democrats should ask congressmen to organize a local hearing regarding immigration enforcement efforts.)
