I use my Brother printer, paper, and my ink print the 400 2-sided sample ballots. So far, I have stuffed and delivered one of the five batches. (FROM THE ARTICLE: Turning Point USA represents a threat to campus and must not be approved, according to student government leaders at Elmhurst University in suburban Chicago. However, university officials say they are “monitoring the situation.” Campus club founder Tim Dudasik recently spoke to The College Fix via a phone interview about his fight to start a chapter of the free-market student club at the private college in Elmhurst. He said student government leaders believe TPUSA is an “unsafe threat to campus.” While the senior always had an interest in politics, the assassination of Charlie Kirk, inspired him to start his own chapter. He said he “immediately filed an application” to start a chapter after the September 10, 2025 assassination of Turning Point USA’s founder. He initially had problems finding a faculty sponsor, emailing at least 25 professors without success. However, he told The Fix that multiple professors reached out to him after a student newspaper story came out about the new organization. Yet, he ran into further problems when he had to present to the student government and his peers denied his request for official recognition. That means the club is not allowed to meet in classrooms or “congregate on campus in any way.” The denial also prevents the club from doing something Dudasik is passionate about: “The big idea [with Turning Point] is tabling – being able to be on campus, talk about politics, religion, and all these divisive topics,” he said. “But without being officially recognized by the school, you can’t do that.” The chapter’s next steps are to address a list of concerns that the Student Government had provided them. “We’re… essentially [going to] go through the same process we did last semester, [to] address their concerns,” Dudasik said. “And if denied again, our next step is to become loud and vocal […a]nd to really express the need and desire for an organization like this on campus, because the more the school realizes that it’s something that’s wanted, it becomes something that’s harder for them to deny.” Still, Dudasik has found ways to organize his like-minded peers – a virtual event with former Olympian Anthony Watson drew 52 interested students. The national Turning Point USA also recognizes the chapter. Elmhurst officials won’t commit to approving the club. The university confirmed to The Fix that the student government must first approve the club before the school will. “The University is monitoring the situation to ensure that the group’s application is treated fairly, and that it receives the same consideration as any other group applying for recognition as a student organization,” Desiree Chen, a spokeswoman for the school, told The Fix via email. She has not responded in the past week for clarification on what the restrictions are on the club and why the school does not just intervene and approve the application. While Turning Point USA has faced problems getting approved on college campuses before, there have been numerous examples in the past several months since the assassination of Charlie Kirk. The national free-market student group reports more than 100,000 people signed up to start clubs. They have been even more furious that the federal government has paid 72% of my healthcare insurance premiums since 1966 and 72% of my wife’s healthcare insurance premiums since 1978. In my defense, I would not have become a postal employee if my high school friend had not asked me to join him in taking the postal employment examination. I would not have become an IRS employee when I was 22 years old in 1971 if my Firestone Store boss had not fired me because I had accepted a job offer from Oldsmobile, a job offer that Oldsmobile withdrew saying it had just agreed to stop hiring Whites to settle an EEOC complaint. I paid 7% of my federal salary into the CSRS. My Democrat GAO superiors forced me to retire when I was 49 years old in 1997. If I was still working, I would still be paying into the CSRS instead of getting a CSRS pension.

DD: While I worked for the federal government, the retirement age was 55 a) if you were a Republican, White, male, and/or non-veteran and b) if you had not made Senior Executive Service, currently $197,200/year. In 1993, when I was 45 years old, to get rid of their employees sooner who were the aforesaid, my Democrat GAO superiors “offered” those who had 25 or more years of federal service like I had a $25,000 buyout if they took and early retirement. I have been fighting age discrimination since I was 25 in 1973. My Democrat IRS superiors used “up-or-out” to waste my career and get rid of me. According to them, because they had not promoted me to GS-13 by the time I was 25, I was forever too old to be promoted to GS-13. Of course, they applied that rule only to Republicans like me. They forced the IRS manager to transfer to Dallas who had promoted me to GS-9 in 1972, GS-11 in 1973, and GS-12 in 1974. They disallowed my travel vouchers in 1974 and my education deductions in 1978. They ignored/dismissed/belittled my earning an MBA in 1976 and my passing the CPA examination on my first attempt in 1979. Because of the aforesaid, I transferred to GAO in 1980. The Democrats who ran GAO finally did promote me to GS-13 when I was 38 in 1986. But that was not until after I had earned a master’s degree in accounting in 1980, I had passed the Certified Internal Auditor examination on my first attempt in 1981, I had become a licensed CPA in 1981, and I had been assigned to audits of IRS in 1986. I never would have made GS-13 at GAO if the GAO manager who had arranged my transfer not gotten back into power in 1985. They forced him to retire in 1987.
