CHICAGO TRIBUNE
— Google expands fact checking in news searches – AP  (DIERSEN: What about slant-check?  Virtually everything on the internet is slanted to promote the Democrat (D) Party platform, the Libertarian (L) Party platform, the Green (G) platform, or the Republican (R) Party platform. If I had more time, I would designate all articles linked in GOPUSA ILLINOIS emails as being D, L, G, and/or R.)
http://www.chicagotribune.com/business/sns-bc-us-tec–google-news-fact-check-20170407-story.html
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Google will expand the use of “fact check” tags in its search results — the tech industry’s latest effort to combat false and misleading news stories. People who search for a topic in Google’s main search engine or the Google News section will see a conclusion such as “mostly true” or “false” next to stories that have been fact checked. Google has been working with more than 100 news organizations and fact-checking groups , including The Associated Press, the BBC and NPR. Their conclusions will appear in search results as long as they meet certain formatting criteria for automation. Google said only a few of those organizations, including PolitiFact and Snopes.com, have already met those requirements; The Washington Post also says it complies. Google said it expects the ranks of compliant organizations to grow following Friday’s announcement. Not all news stories will be fact checked. Multiple organizations may reach different conclusions; Google will show those separately. Still unanswered is whether these fact-check analyses will sway people who are already prone to believe false reports because they confirm preconceived notions. Glenn Kessler, who writes “The Fact Checker” column at The Washington Post, said in an email that Google’s efforts should at least “make it easier for people around the world to obtain information that counters the spin by politicians and political advocacy groups, as well as purveyors of ‘fake news.'” He added that “over time, I expect that people increasingly will want to read a fact-check on a controversial issue or statement, even if the report conflicts with their political leanings.” Google started offering fact check tags in the U.S. and the U.K. in October and expanded the program to a handful of other countries in the subsequent months. Now the program is open to the rest of the world and to all languages. False news and misinformation, often masquerading as trustworthy news that spreads on social media, has gained attention since the 2016 U.S. presidential election. Google’s announcement comes a day after Facebook launched a resource to help users spot false news and misleading information that spreads on its service. The resource is basically a notification that pops up for a few days. Clicking on it takes people to tips and other information on how to spot false news and what to do about it.)

ALTON DAILY NEWS
— Revenue Estimate Not Expected This Year – Greg Bishop  (DIERSEN: What revenue estimates for 2017 do the following have: your Republican township/ward party organization, your Republican county party organization, and the Illinois Republican Party? On what do the aforesaid organizations plan to spend that money?)
http://altondailynews.com/news/details.cfm?clientid=17&id=241023#.WOi5WYjyuM8
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Republican state Rep. Keith Wheeler disagreed and said a revenue estimate is the “first step” to budgeting. “You can always amend a revenue estimate, so if we see changes in revenue from whatever stream it may come, or not, we can adjust it as we go along. It’s happened in the past. I checked the records,” Wheeler said. “It’s something we should start with. It’s an easy first step and it shows the taxpayers we actually care about how we spend their money.” Republican state Rep. Avery Bourne said to not have some kind of plan is irresponsible. “Just like you would in your household if you’re expecting to bring in a certain amount, you budget for that. If that changes, you can change your plan but to say that it’s uncertain at the beginning and so we just shouldn’t plan for it is exactly what we should expect out of this General Assembly maybe, but not the right way to do it.” The Illinois state constitution says in Article VIII, Section 2, paragraph (b) the General Assembly “by law shall make appropriations for all expenditures of public funds by the State. Appropriations for a fiscal year shall not exceed funds estimated by the General Assembly to be available during that year.” A state government forecasting group estimates Illinois will bring in just over $31 billion for the coming fiscal year that starts July 1.)

WALL STREET JOURNAL
— What You Can’t Ask a Job Candidate – Editorial  (DIERSEN: What facts about you are in the public record that would discourage your getting job offers?  For me, those facts include that I was baptized, raised, and confirmed as a Missouri Synod Lutheran; that I am conservative; that I am Republican; that I am American; that I am White; that I am male; that I am old (68); that I am not poor; that I am a gun owner; that I avoided the draft; that I am 100% German American; that my ancestors have been in America since the 1840s; that my Democrat GAO superiors forced me to retire in 1997 when I was 49 years old, did not promote me beyond GS-13, kept me off audits of IRS for all but 3 of the almost 18 years that I worked for GAO, and forced me to take an $18,847 pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO in 1980; that my Democrat IRS superiors did not promote me beyond GS-12, disallowed my education deductions, and disallowed my partial day per diem claims; that my Democrat Post Office superiors forced me resign in 1969 and disallowed my sick leave requests; that I have always complained about patronage, political affiliation discrimination, reverse discrimination, age discrimination, and retaliation for complaining about the aforesaid; that in 1988 I became an active member in a class action lawsuit that charged GAO with reverse discrimination, age discrimination, and retaliation; that I filed a class action lawsuit in 1998 that charged GAO with political affiliation discrimination, reverse discrimination, age discrimination, and retaliation; that I have filed other lawsuits; that I oppose the promotion of LGBTQ activity, abortion, mass/illegal immigration, and booze, pot, vice, and other vices; that I have been the GOPUSA Illinois Editor since 2000; that I have been a Republican Precinct Committeeman since 1999; and that those who have lots of religious, government, political, and or financial clout in Wheaton, in Glen Ellyn, in Milton Township, in DuPage County, and in Illinois blame me for their problems, for your problems, for my problems, and for everyone’s problems and that they want to get rid of me.)

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/opinion/commentary/ct-federal-estate-tax-rate-perspec-0404-md-20170404-story.html
(FROM THE ARTICLE: It’s for the feds to do something like Pennsylvania has done with its inheritance tax: Tax from Dollar One (after deductions for funeral expenses, medical bills and other legitimate debts), but at very modest rates. You see, Pennsylvania only takes 4.5 percent from an estate whose heirs are the decedent’s children, grandchildren or other “lineal descendants.” It exempts spouses from tax altogether and also provides generous exemptions for legitimate family-owned farms and businesses. (The feds, by contrast, currently have a top rate of a confiscatory 40 percent, although as I said, it’s a joke since almost nobody pays it.) Taking a small cut of each transfer of wealth passing upon death makes a lot more sense — and, in my view, is much fairer — than overtaxing working people or continuing to run up the national credit cards, with the whopping bill eventually going to us.)

— Trump’s most trusted news source – EDDIE SCARRY  (DIERSEN: What is your most trusted source for government and political news and commentary of interest to Illinois Republicans?  Should I write a book about those individuals, organizations, companies, and governments in Wheaton, in Glen Ellyn, in Milton Township, in DuPage County, and in Illinois who focus on a) discouraging me from sending out GOPUSA ILLINOIS emails and b) discouraging everyone from reading the emails?)
http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/trumps-most-trusted-news-source/article/2619218
(FROM THE ARTICLE: After all of President Trump’s attacks and counter-attacks against the news media, one cable show in particular remains pristine in his eyes: the Fox News morning chat show “Fox & Friends.” Trump started the week Monday with what has become his usual praise for the show’s programming. “Such amazing reporting on unmasking and the crooked scheme against us by Fox & Friends,” Trump said on Twitter at 6:15 a.m., after apparently watching the program and referring to a segment it did on the Obama administration’s surveillance of his transition team. “‘Spied on before nomination.’ The real story.”)

They stressed the new cars that I bought, the money that I spent on tuition and books, that I graduated from NIU debt-free in 1970, the town home and condos that I bought, my wife’s income and savings, the home that we bought in Wheaton in 1978, the new home that we had built in Wheaton in 1984, the collector cars that I bought, that we have had no debts since the 1990s, the money that we saved for our retirement, etc.)

(FROM THE ARTICLE: A federal regulator on Monday ordered Wells Fargo to pay $5.4 million to a former manager who said he was fired in 2010 after reporting to his supervisors and to a bank ethics hotline what he suspected was fraudulent behavior. The bank must also rehire him, the Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration said. The $5.4 million, intended to cover back pay, compensatory damages and legal fees, is the largest individual award ever ordered through OSHA’s whistle-blower protection program, according to Barbara Goto, the agency’s regional administrator in San Francisco. It is also the first financial penalty against a company that the agency has announced in a news release since President Trump was inaugurated.)

Before I graduated from NIU in 1970 with a bachelor’s degree in management, I had accepted a job offer from Firestone Stores. Did you have any debt when you graduated?  I did not, and I owned a 1969 Dodge Charger SE. I paid for my college education with the money that earned working part-time for the Park Forest Post Office 1966-1969. In 1971, when I was 22 years old, IRS hired at the GS-7 level, currently $44,853.  In 1972, IRS promoted me to GS-9, currently $54,864.  In 1973, IRS promoted me to GS-11, currently $66,379.  In 1974, IRS promoted me to GS-12, currently $79,563.)

(FROM THE ARTICLE: Only 46 percent of the students who were about to graduate in 2016 with bachelor’s degrees had a job offer, according to the National Association of Colleges and Employers, which does a survey of graduates each year. That’s an improvement over 2009, when only 41 percent had offers as the nation was coming out of the Great Recession, but it’s far below the 80 percent who were graduating with jobs before the recession, said association researcher Kenneth Tsang. In addition, pay levels have been stuck. Although college costs have been rising faster than inflation and the average college student with student loans leaves college with about $30,000 in debt, the survey has found that salaries aren’t budging. In 2016, the median salary for graduates who found jobs was $47,358, essentially flat for the last five years, Tsang said. Pay ranged from $65,000 for math majors to $31,000 for social science majors and $20,000 for those in the performing arts.)

ABC7
— THE OFFICER MANAGER WHO WORE A WIRE AGAINST EX-CONGRESSMAN SCHOCK – Chuck Goudie
http://abc7chicago.com/news/the-officer-manager-who-wore-a-wire-against-schock-/1826860/
(FROM THE ARTICLE: The I-Team looked into who it was that worked as an FBI informant inside the ranks of former Illinois Congressman Aaron Schock. Aaron Schock’s attorneys say the staffer who was wired for sound was his Peoria district office manager. Although not named in this week’s new Schock court filing, the only district manager during that time period was Bryan Rudolph, a political science and government degree-holder from Wheaton College. Prosecutors are likely to make Rudolph a key component of the government’s corruption case against former Schock, unless Schock’s lawyers can stop it. It was obvious from the time Schock was charged that federal agents had help from inside. His lawyers now claim in a new filing this week that Schock’s Peoria district manager “covertly record private conversations with and between Mr. Schock and his staff;” claiming the manager “stole” thousands of email messages and illegally took congressional office records. The manager then, whom the I-Team identified as 32-year-old Bryan Rudolph, consented to be an informant only after Schock had announced his resignation in March 2015, according to the defense filing. Rudolph, whose resume states that he began working for the federal government’s Social Security Administration in 2007, did not return messages or answer emails on Thursday concerning the undercover work or claims that evidence he gathered had been illegally obtained. Schock’s attorneys rip the government’s use of the staffer-turned-informant; in the court record they say that he broke the law by stealing information from the Illinois Republican’s files. They call it a trail of improper – if not outright illegal – acts. Schock is accused of numerous federal corruption charges including wire and mail fraud, theft of government funds and falsifying federal election filings. Prosecutors say he pocketed thousands in improper vehicle reimbursements, camera equipment and proceeds from selling tickets to the World Series and Super Bowl. Attorneys for Schock plan to ask that the case be thrown out because of how the informant evidence was gathered – or at least that the evidence collected by the office manager be barred from trial.)

http://chicago.cbslocal.com/2017/03/30/democrat-mendoza-illinois-republican-party-creepily-stalking-her/
(FROM THE ARTICLE: An increasingly bitter political battle between two top Illinois officials has entered a new phase: car wars. As Democrat Susana Mendoza left the state capital Thursday and entered her state-purchased vehicle, she was followed by an Illinois GOP operative who shot video of her. Republicans later tweeted about Mendoza’s “loaded,” luxurious ride. The implication is that state government may be broke, but Mendoza’s living large on the taxpayer’s dime. Mendoza was furious, saying in a counter-tweet that the Illinois Republican Party was “creepily stalking me.” It’s the latest flap between Republican Gov. Bruce Rauner and Mendoza over who’s doing the most to look out for taxpayers. But does the GOP’s charge really hold up? Mendoza’s ride is a 2016 Ford Explorer, purchased used in January, with 16,431 miles. Total cost was $32,279. An invoice provided to CBS 2 shows Gov. Rauner’s main ride is newer, larger and more expensive. It’s a Ford Expedition XLT with extended length. It was purchased new, last December, by state police, at a cost $54,000. That is 67 percent more than Mendoza’s car. A Rauner spokesperson points out state police purchased the new vehicle – not Rauner’s office – even though the governor uses it. State police, of course, report directly to the governor.)

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/opinion/commentary/ct-world-war-i-twilight-kings-anniversary-100-flashback-perspec-0402-jm-20170329-story.html
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Nearly three years after the start of what was then called “The Great War,” the United States entered World War I with a congressional declaration of war against Germany on April 6, 1917. Until then, President Woodrow Wilson had maintained a policy of non-intervention, and a strong antiwar sentiment had swept the U.S. as casualties mounted on the battlefields across Europe and beyond. But the growing threat of a powerful German navy and its fleet of submarines attacking American shipping, plus evidence that Germany was trying to draw Mexico to its side, persuaded Wilson to join forces with Great Britain and France.)

To encourage Emanuel to hate me, my critics/opponents, their operatives, and their dupes would stress that I am 100% German national origin, that my ancestors have been in America since the 1840s, that I was baptized, raised, and confirmed as a Missouri Synod Lutheran, that I am conservative, that I am Republican, that I am American, that I am White, that I am a male, that I am old (68), that I am not poor, that I am a gun owner, that I am a draft avoider, that I oppose illegal/mass immigration, that oppose promotion of dependency on government and on charity, that I oppose promotion of LGBTQ activity, that I oppose promotion of abortion, that I oppose race and gender based preference giving, that I oppose age discrimination, that I oppose patronage, that I oppose political affiliation discrimination, that oppose promotion of booze, pot, gambling, and other vices, and that I oppose diminution of First and Second Amendment rights.  They would stress those Jewish people who have a very low opinion of me including former Money Magazine employees and my former superiors and supervisors in the federal government; if I had been Jewish, Money Magazine and IRS would not have disallowed my education deductions. They would stress that the mayor of Wheaton publicly insults me and that no one comes to my defense.

http://www.wsiltv.com/story/35022892/no-lgbtq-category-included-in-census-proposal-for-2020-count
(FROM THE ARTICLE: The U.S. Census Bureau did not include a separate count of LGBTQ Americans in its proposal for the 2020 Census. The category had been sought by gay rights advocates. The bureau counts Americans according to race, gender and other characteristics. Its proposal submitted to Congress this week did not have a separate category for LGBTQ. The Census Bureau said it had no immediate comment. But gay rights advocates say it’s more evidence that Trump is going back on a campaign promise to protect the gay community. Last week, the Department of Health and Human Services removed questions on sexuality from two of its surveys. The Trump administration also has canceled an Obama administration directive that students should use the bathroom that matches their gender identity.)

CHAMPAIGN/URBANA NEWS GAZETTE
— A taste of their own medicine – Tom Kacich  (DIERSEN: A major reason why people hate federal employees and hate retired federal employees is that federal employees and retired federal employees like me are eligible to participate in the Federal Employees Health Benefits program.  People want the federal government to screw its employees and screw its retirees just like private sector employers screw their employee and screw their retirees.)

(FROM THE ARTICLE: At the end of his 65-minute tele-town hall Monday night, U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis was asked whether members of Congress should get their health care coverage under the Affordable Care Act. We do, he said. And he pays more for it than he did under a previous program, with a higher deductible and a higher out-of-pocket maximum cost. “I’m part of the only group that has to, by law, has to get their benefits through the Affordable Care Act for health care,” Davis said. “I actually follow more stringent requirements than the Obama White House did. The Obama White House didn’t have to get their health benefits through the Affordable Care Act exchange like members of Congress and members of the Senate do. They were able to join millions of federal employees through the federal employee health benefit program.” Davis didn’t say it, but the reason for the disparity is that’s the way Congress wrote the law. “For a long period of time,” said Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, “it seemed to me that members of Congress needed to be subject to the laws they pass for the rest of the country.” Davis didn’t sound pleased about his enrollment under the ACA. “We don’t get any special benefits. We do have to follow the health care benefits of the Affordable Care Act where every other federal employee does not,” he said. Members of Congress are enrolled under the ACA’s gold tier plan offered by the DC Health Link. According to the Congressional Research Service, the average employer contribution — which comes from taxpayers — is 72 percent. Davis has family coverage under the ACA, and it’s more expensive, with a higher deductible, than what they had before the ACA under the Federal Employees Health Benefits program. The breakdown, as provided by Davis spokeswoman Ashley Phelps:)

The Danish study determined that parental factors most likely to create either violent or suicidal tendencies in adulthood are 1) parents who used marijuana; 2) having parents who are sociopaths or 3) having parents who attempt suicide.   In other words, marijuana abuse is far more serious in predicting adverse behavioral outcomes than other parental mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder and alcoholism.)

— District 200 officials again ask voters to approve Jefferson plan – Katlyn Smith  (JAN SHAW: The article is definitely pro-referendum.  While what is says may be technically true, it is incomplete. Like much of the “yes” literature it is misleading on the cost.  It says “The owner of a $322,300 home — the average in the district — would pay $180 to $295 annually in additional taxes for the first nine years of the loans.” They leave out, that the same home is projected to pay $531/year for the last 10 years.  See:  Download estimated impact as PDF (http://www.cusd200.org/cms/lib7/IL01001538/Centricity/Domain/2137/Referendum%20Homeowner%20Impact.pdf) They claim that bringing all its early learning services under one roof will be a big enough improvement to warrant the cost of the new building.  Yet, in 2013, Jan Shaw put in a FOIA to try to find out how much money the district was spending on pre-k support staff that traveled (i.e. physical therapists) and was told he couldn’t run the numbers because many work with elementary students as well. The truth is Jefferson could use some work.  But, like many of our homes we need to prioritize and sometimes things must wait until we’ve paid off the debt that we’ve already run up.  With what the district spent on Hubble, had they built a Hubble more in line with the other 3 middle schools, they could have built a new Jefferson at the same time for the same money.)

CNN
— 1 in 4 workers have less than $1,000 saved for retirement – Katie Lobosco  (DIERSEN: How much have you saved for your retirement? In today’s dollars, at the end of 1977, when I was 29 years old, IRS was paying me $87,520 (GS-12 Step 4) and I had contributed $26,881 into the Civil Service Retirement System.)
http://money.cnn.com/2017/03/21/retirement/retirement-confidence-ebri/index.html
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Almost one-quarter of workers said they and their spouse combined have less than $1,000 saved for retirement, according to a report from the Employee Benefit Research Institute. Nearly half of everyone surveyed said they had less than $25,000. Sure, $25,000 can sound like a lot. But it’s a reasonable goal to have that much stashed away by the time you’re 30 years old. Someone in their early 30s earning $50,000 a year should have about $30,000 saved, according to one calculator. This it totally doable if that person has been saving 10% of their income annually, which is the rule-of-thumb suggested by many financial planners. But more than one-third of those surveyed said they’re saving less than that. When it’s time to retire, most people believe they’ll need at least $500,000. (Though, 41% couldn’t even guess how much their nest egg should be.) There’s one big difference between those who are on track and those who aren’t. Most of those workers who said they’ve saved less than $1,000 don’t have access to a savings account like a 401(k) at work. There are roughly 55 million workers in the U.S. who don’t have access to an employer-sponsored plan. To try to help those Americans, President Obama launched a program called the myRA. It’s a starter retirement account that’s similar to a Roth IRA and sponsored by the federal government. But you can only save up to $15,000 in the myRA, and you can’t invest that money in a diversified portfolio — only in a set of conservative investments.)

— Yes, Illinois has a budget problem, but legalizing marijuana won’t fix it – Stephen Petersen, Downers Grove
http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/opinion/letters/ct-yes-illinois-has-a-budget-problem-but-legalizing-marijuana-won-t-fix-it-20170324-story.html
(FROM THE LETTER:  Do state Sen. Heather Steans and state Rep. Kelly Cassidy have no shame? The thought of legalizing marijuana for the purpose of raising revenue from the manufacture and sale of marijuana is yet one more example of stealing from the futures of our children to pay for lawmakers’ pet projects today. I have two children in high school and one in middle school. They are good kids, get good grades, and are active in scouts and the community. I hear stories from them of what some of the other students are up to at Downers Grove North. I read about the heroin epidemic and grieve for the families that have recently lost children. My children tell me they just say no, and I believe them. But I also know what I was up to when I was in high school, and there but by the grace of God go I. I know that Illinois has a budget problem and have been told by Democrats for many years that there is literally nowhere to cut. I have also seen with my own eyes much of the graft in city and state contracting. The Democrats’ positioning is that there are no options but to raise taxes. These lawmakers want to raise taxes through drug use, and I find that despicable. For whatever reason, there has been no grand bargain on expanded gambling for expanded revenue, and that’s got to hurt. Prostitution is still illegal in Illinois, however not rare. My heart goes out to the young ladies and their families whose revenue potentials will be eyed next. Democratic leadership has already spent more money for today than our kids and grandkids could possibly pay back in their lifetimes, so that must make the politicians proud. Their idea of promoting and taxing drug use is a good one to keep money flowing in, but bodes poorly for future generations. By the time the bill comes due these two legislators will be living on their fat, taxpayer-provided pensions, so what do they care? What if there are no public taxpayers left in Illinois to pay it? Steans and Cassidy must think carefully about what they’re doing. And in the meantime, try not to string out the kids for their comfort.)

http://www.wsiltv.com/story/34995922/colorado-weighs-strategy-for-guarding-against-pot-crackdown
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Colorado is considering an unusual strategy to protect its nascent marijuana industry from a potential federal crackdown, even at the expense of hundreds of millions of dollars in tax collections. A bill pending in the Legislature would allow pot growers and retailers to reclassify their recreational pot as medical pot if a change in federal law or enforcement occurs. It’s the boldest attempt yet by a U.S. marijuana state to avoid federal intervention in its weed market. The bill would allow Colorado’s 500 or so licensed recreational pot growers to instantly reclassify their weed. A switch would cost the state more than $100 million a year because Colorado taxes medical pot much more lightly than recreational weed – 2.9 percent versus 17.9 percent. The measure says licensed growers could immediately become medical licensees “based on a business need due to a change in local, state or federal law or enforcement policy.” The change wouldn’t take recreational marijuana off the books, but it wouldn’t entirely safeguard it either. What it could do is help growers protect their inventory in case federal authorities start seizing recreational pot. The provision is getting a lot of attention in the marijuana industry following recent comments from members of President Donald Trump’s administration. White House spokesman Sean Spicer has said there’s a “big difference” between medical and recreational pot. Sponsors of the bill call it a possible exit strategy for the new pot industry. It’s hard to say how many businesses would be affected, or if medical pot would flood the market, because some businesses hold licenses to both grow and sell marijuana in Colorado. The state had about 827,000 marijuana plants growing in the retail system in June, the latest available data. More than half were for the recreational market. “If there is a change in federal law, then I think all of our businesses want to stay in business somehow. They’ve made major investments,” said Sen. Tim Neville, a suburban Denver Republican who sponsored the bill. If federal authorities start seizing recreational pot, Colorado’s recreational marijuana entrepreneurs “need to be able to convert that product into the medical side so they can sell it,” Neville said. His bill passed a committee in the Republican Senate 4-1 last week.)

— De Blasio blames ‘dynamic of hatred’ created by Trump for racist murder – Rick Moran  (DIERSEN: Ever-increasingly, hate-filled anti-Trumps promote hatred against Trump and against Trump’s supporters.  For their self-defense, how soon will Trump supporters buy more firearms and more ammunition?)

DAILY WIRE
— At What Age Do Millennials Consider Themselves Adults? The Answer Will Stun You. – AARON BANDLER  (DIERSEN: At what age were you an adult, that is, at what age did you start paying all your own bills?  For me, it was age 21 in 1970, when I started working for Firestone Stores in Chicago Heights.  I paid not only all my own bills, I helped pay my mother’s and brother’s bills. My father had died suddenly in October of 1969 and I had applied for and I eventually got a financial hardship draft deferment.  I was able to buy a new town home in University Park when I was 24 in 1972.)
http://www.dailywire.com/news/14747/what-age-do-millennials-consider-themselves-adults-aaron-bandler
(FROM THE ARTICLE: A new report has found that millennials don’t consider themselves adults until they reach the age of 30. Yes, you read that correctly. According to The Wrap, research compiled by David Poltrack, CBS’ chief research officer and their ratings expert, as well as Nielsen Catalina Solutions, found that millennials consider themselves adults at age 30 because that’s when they typically are completely responsible for themselves – they no longer reside with their parents and pay entirely for their own bills.)
— ‘Dear White People’ Posters Appear on Campus Ripping White Students – ELLIOTT HAMILTON  (DIERSEN: Ever-increasingly, anti-Trumps are anti-White.)
http://www.dailywire.com/news/14764/dear-white-people-posters-appear-campus-ripping-elliott-hamilton
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Some of the signs, which were shared exclusively with Campus Reform, contained racially-charged language that peddled prejudiced and racist views toward white people. For example, one sign read, “Dear white people, there is no such thing as being ‘colorblind.’ You are perpetuating racism and white supremacy.” Another sign read, “Dear white people, black people can’t be racist. Prejudice, yes, but not racist. Racism describes a system of disadvantage based on race. Black people can’t be racist since we don’t stand to benefit from such a system.” Another sign peddled white stereotypes while insinuating all white people place black people in a box: “Dear white people, are you tired of your hum drum, Wonderbread existence of accidental racism and wishing you could sip on Henny out yo crunk cup without a bitch giving you the side-eye? Course you are.”)

Civil War – GLENN THRUSH and MAGGIE HABERMAN  (DIERSEN: I am on the losing side of that civil war.  I am on the side that supports the Republican Party platform, the Illinois Republican Party platform, and the Milton Township Republican Party Central Committee resolution against video gambling.  The other side talks, writes, and acts like they are Democrat plants, Libertarian plants, Green plants, or RINOs who are hell bent on destroying the Republican party in Milton Township, in DuPage County, in Illinois, and in America.)
