As Democrat domination of Illinois becomes ever-increasingly absolute, anticipate/expect that because of fear of retaliation from Democrats, fewer and fewer and fewer Republican primary ballots will be cast. Because more and more and more employers in Illinois are Democrat or RINO, a) fewer and fewer and fewer Republicans will be hired and b) more and more and more Republicans will be gotten rid of. I have cast Republican primary ballots since I was 18 in 1966. I worked for the Democrats who ran the federal government 1966-1969 and 1971-1997. They ever-increasingly used my being a Republican against me. They also knew that I was a draft avoider, Protestant, German American, my ancestors had been in America since 1844, I lived in Crete 1948-1972, and I lived in Wheaton since 1978 and they ever-increasingly used that against me. Federal employees who have the aforesaid demographics have no Civil Service protections.

They were even more furious than when I bought a new 1972 Corvette in 1971. In my defense, the down payment for the townhome came from what I had earned working for IRS for 15 months and for a Firestone Store part-time for 18 months and full-time for 7 months before that and half of the money for the Corvette came from an insurance settlement, the rest was a loan. According to my critics/opponents, I would not have been able to buy that Corvette or that townhome a) if I had not avoided the Vietnam War draft and b) if I had not been grossly overpaid by IRS. In my defense, I had earned a bachelor’s degree in management from NIU in 1970 and I completed a graduate evening business course at UIC in 1971 and four graduate evening business courses at Loyola in 1972. According to Zillow, the townhome is currently worth $87,100.

Meanwhile, the Democratic Party of Illinois…This morning, the Illinois Republican Party is gathering for a so-called “Unity Breakfast” to rally behind their slate of candidates – the same people who spent months publicly tearing each other apart on the campaign trail and all over social media. Even the top of the ticket has a history. In 2022, Aaron Del Mar ran for lieutenant governor alongside Gary Rabine, and the two ran hard against Darren Bailey – and it’s been messy ever since. Now Del Mar is Bailey’s running mate even though he spent months preparing to run for governor himself and has spent the time since the announcement making fun of his running mate’s accent and discussing his failures campaigning in Cook County. In response, the Democratic Party of Illinois sent a mobile billboard to greet attendees as they arrive at the breakfast. — What has your Republican Precinct Committeeman (RPC) done so far to increase the number of Republican ballots cast in your precinct in the March 17, 2026 primary? Notwithstanding ever-increasing Democrat-promoted hatred against RPCs, yesterday, I finished hand-delivering envelopes to 400 residences in my precinct using 800 mailing labels for those residences that have at least one Republican (R) or Independent (NA) voter. The envelopes had my return address label, a copy of the unmarked sample ballot, a Milton Township Republican Organization (MTRO) Voter Guide, and campaign literature from all the candidates on the Republican ballot in my precinct who had provided their literature to MTRO (Tracy, Mendrick, Dabrowski, Drew, and Moore). I had to explain to some voters why they were NA. I am happy to report that only one Democrat voter in my precinct, albeit an aggressive, nasty, wealthy, and prominent realtor with a common name, shouted threats at me. He shouted at me in a very threatening tone that he had thrown my envelope in the trash, that I should not deliver anything there anymore, that he knew who I was, that he knew where I lived, and that if I ever did deliver there again, he would come to my home and dump it on my driveway. While I did not realize who he was until after the incident, he had known who I was for many years. He had been a registered D in my precinct very near my home years ago. I now know that after he sold that home, he bought a very expensive and prominent home in the new part of my precinct. I delivered to his new home only because there was a registered NA in his home. To avoid future threats like his from Ds, I will identify those homes in my precinct that have NAs and not deliver to those homes that also have Ds but no Rs, something I did not take the time to do this time. There are limits on the time that I can spend. I spend 10+ hours a day 7 days a week putting GOPUSA ILLINOIS newsletters together and sending them out. I spent many hours putting 800 mailing labels and 400 return address label on 400 envelopes, putting them into walk order, stuffing them, dividing them into 5 batches, and hand-delivering them. I used 400 DuPage County Republican Central Committee envelopes and I used my photocopier, paper, and ink to copy the sample ballot 400 times 2-sided back-to-back. (FROM THE ARTICLE: A West Chicago District 33 teacher whose pro-immigration agent comment on social media was criticized by many people has resigned. On Thursday, the school board accepted the resignation and a separation agreement of the Gary Elementary School teacher. “This situation was never about politics. It has been about our responsibility to keep schools operating normally and to minimize disruption to learning,” board President Rita Balgeman said after the vote. The board did not discuss the terms of the settlement. As part of the separation agreement, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, the teacher will be paid his salary and health benefits through the end of the school year. It also states that the district will give a neutral reference about him to future employers. According to West Chicago Mayor Dan Bovey, the teacher commented, “go ICE!” in a social media post. Bovey, whose wife works at the school, said he spoke with the man when the controversy erupted. After the district learned of the comment Jan. 22, the teacher initially resigned that day but retracted it later that day. The district put him on leave while it investigated the matter. More than 81% of the district’s students are of Hispanic descent, according to its 2025 state school report card. Bovey said West Chicago schoolchildren have been traumatized because their parents were taken by immigration enforcement agents, and that the comment was hurtful and offensive. After the board voted, members of the public spoke about the matter. “We want our students to feel respected and valued, which is why we request that the seriousness of the comment be recognized,” one mother of a student said, speaking in Spanish. But another woman, Corinne Ingrum, urged the community to “pick your battles more wisely,” saying the action against the teacher will not resolve the community’s concerns with immigration agents’ actions. “You could have chosen to rally around one of your own beloved teachers, but instead you chose to bring more unwanted ICE attention to West Chicago,” Ingrum said. She suggested that people bring their concerns to elected officials. Timothy Lorman asked the school board whether it is a prerequisite of employment “to agree with the majority or the popular opinion of the day.” Another man urged the board to look at anti-ICE statements made by teachers and consider whether they were inappropriate.)
