The Post Office would not have hired me in 1966, IRS in 1971, and GAO in 1980, and if they had hired me, IRS would not have promoted me in 1972, 1973, and 1974 and GAO would not have promoted me in 1986. I would not have passed on my first attempt the CPA examination in 1979 and the Certified Internal Auditor examination in 1981. I would not have become a licensed CPA in 1981, Certified Fraud Examiner in 1990, Certified Government Financial Manager in 1994, Certified Financial Services Auditor in 1996, and Forensic Accountant in 1997.
