But obviously, I did not earn the aforesaid fast enough. Things that slowed me down were a) my not majoring in accounting from the beginning, b) my Democrat Post Office superiors forcing me to resign when I was 20, c) my not getting higher scores on the postal management test and the FSEE when I was 21, and d) my taking only one job-related graduate evening course at a time. Consequently, a) the Post Office never offered me a management job and b) IRS did not offer me a job until I was 22 and it was only at the GS-7 Level. I did not make GS-9 until I was 23, GS-11 until I was 24, and GS-12 until I was 25. By then, it was far too late for someone like me with my bad demographics. I did make GS-13 when I was 38. But again, by then, it was far too late for someone like me with my bad demographics.

While I was a Post Office employee 1966-1969, an IRS employee 1971-1980, and a GAO employee 1980-1997, my many Democrat superiors  and supervisors who were veterans gave tremendous preference to their many employees who were veterans. That is, they discriminated tremendously against their non-veteran employees who were Republican like me and who were White, male, older, Protestant, German American, and/or had ancestors who had been in America for a long time like me. I should write about that. Charles Bowsher, a veteran, who ran GAO 1981-1996 assured that GAO employees who were veterans would not suffer any adverse impacts from Gingrich’s massive budget cuts. My Democrat superiors in the federal government a) blamed Republicans for America losing the Vietnam War and b) used the VEOA to punish their Republican non-veteran employees.
