Republican leaders rudely ended my chairmanship of TAPROOT Republicans of Illinois in 2012 and my membership on the Illinois Center Right Coalition (ICRC) Steering Committee in 2007. My critics/opponents promote equal outcome, that is, according to them, no matter what your demographics are, you should be as successful at what you do as those who do not share your demographics, and if you don’t, it is because of discrimination. According to my critics/opponents, if minorities and/or females are less successful doing something than Whites and/or men are, it is because Whites and/or men discriminated against them. I passed the CPA and Certified Internal Auditor examinations on my first attempt. Few of those who took those examinations were minorities and/or women. Even fewer passwd the examinations on their first attempt. According to my critics/opponents, I passed the examinations because I benefitted from discrimination against minorities and against women. But in my defense, neither of my parents attended college, my father was only the first of my ancestors to earn a high school diploma, he never earned more than $50,000/year in today’s dollars and died suddenly when he was 47 and I was 21, my mother never attended high school, and I had to work my way through college. – Dave Diersen

— What should you tell your children about up-or-out? If your children are White and/or male, you should tell them that Democrats and RINOs will use up-or-out to get rid of them if they are not making at least $100,000 by age 25, $200,000/year by age 30, $300,000 by age 35, $400,000 by age 40, etc.  Because of that, unless your children become Democrats, they should do everything that they can to get good grades, to get the best ACT/SAT score that they can, to get accepted by the best college that they can, and to pick the right major. My Democrat IRS and GAO superiors used up-or-out to get rid of me. The Democrats who run the federal government use up-or-out to get rid of their employees who are not Democrat, minority, female, and/or veteran and who they do not promote to GS-13 ($117,807) by age 25, GS-14 ($139,211) by age 30, GS-15 ($163,749) by age 35, and Senior Executive Service ($195,200) by age 40. Extremely few federal employees make the aforesaid promotion deadlines. My Democrat IRS superiors got rid of me because I am not a Democrat, minority, female, or veteran and because I did not make GS-12 ($99,069) until I was 25 and I did not make GS-13 until I was 38. They did that notwithstanding my earning an MBA in business when I was 27, my passing the CPA examination on my first attempt when I was 30, my earning a master’s degree in accounting when I was 31, my passing the Certified Internal Auditor examination on my first attempt and becoming a licensed CPA when I was 32, my earning four more job-related professional certifications when I was 41, 45, 47, and 48, and my earning a master’s degree in finance when I was 48. – Dave Diersen
