Those adverse actions included forcing me to take an $18,847 pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO, giving me unrealistic performance expectations and unfair performance appraisals, assigning me to supervise the office’s most problematic employees, keeping me off audits of IRS for all but 3 of the almost 18 years that I worked for GAO, not promoting me beyond GS-13, always ranking me in the bottom half of my coworkers for pay-for-performance purposes, and forcing me to take their early retirement “offer” in 1997 when I was 49 years old.  They would not have done the aforesaid if I had been a Democrat, a minority, a female, and/or a veteran.)

DAILY HERALD
— DIERSEN HEADLINE: Democrat newspapers report on parades in West Chicago but not in Wheaton. The video of Wheaton’s outstanding 2017 Independence Day Parade is at
http://wheaton-il.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?view_id=2&clip_id=2782.  Republicans who participated in the parade were: DuPage State’s Attorney Bob Berlin; DuPage County District 4 officials Grant Eckhoff, Tim Elliott, Amy Grant, and Tim Whelan; James Mendrick for DuPage Sheriff; Frank Bibbianno for DuPage Sheriff; Karen Wilson for DuPage Judge; and the Milton Township Republican Central Committee (MTRCC).  Republicans who walked with entries included Ron Almiron, Lori Carlson, Joseph Caruso, Flo Dangelo, Sal Falbo, Chris Heidorn, Pat Hinchey, Marty Keller, Larry LaVanway, Antonio Lollino, Paula McGowen, Ron Menna, David Norck, Thommen Poozhikunnel, Mary Rash, Pat Ryan, and Janet Shaw. Gary Muehlfelt drove the truck that pulled the outstanding MTRCC float. Peter Breen, Mike Connelly, and Jeanne Ives could not participate in the parade because of the Democrats. Peter Roskam participated in a different parade. This year, for the 12th year in a row, “DuPage Republicans” helped sponsor the parade and fireworks. “DuPage Republicans” was one of the two $2,500 “Star” sponsors and again sponsored the Wheaton high school bands and the Tunes of Glory Pipes and Drums parade entries. Because of a last minute shortage of banner carriers, I had the honor of helping carry the “Sponsored by DuPage Republicans” banner ahead of the Tunes of Glory Pipes and Drums. Outstandingly, again this year Tim Whelan coordinated Republican use of the “DuPage Republicans” booth at the fireworks. This year again, I delivered flyers to the residences and businesses on the parade route. The flyers listed the Republican entries in the parade and the Republicans who helped sponsor entries. Outstandingly, the flyers were printed courtesy of Alpha Graphics. This year, outstandingly, Roger Claar is a $500 contributor, Chris Nybo is a $250 contributor, Phil Suess is a $150 contributor, and Bob Berlin, Peter Breen, Mike Connelly, Grant Eckhoff, Tim Elliott, Amy Grant, Gwen Henry, Paul Hinds, Jeanne Ives, Marty Keller, Deanne Mazzochi, Paula McGowen, James Mendrick, Peter Roskam, Darlene Ruscitti, and Tim Whelan are $100 contributors. Please thank them for helping sponsor the parade and fireworks. This year was the 10th anniversary of an elephant walking behind Roskam in the parade.  For that 2007 parade, I had the honor of raising $2,000 on short notice from DuPage Republicans to sponsor that elephant.

— Why it’s so hard to do good work in the modern office – Bloomberg  (DIERSEN: In 1990, when GAO moved into new space in a new building in the Loop (200 West Adams at http://www.200westadams.com/), my Democrat GAO superiors, supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates were beyond furious that I got a preferred corner office a) because I had been promoted to GS-13 in 1986, b) because I had almost 12 years more federal seniority because I had worked for IRS for almost 9 years and for the Post Office for almost 3 years, and c) because I got full-time credit for my Post Office time even though I had only worked part-time.)

BLOOMINGTON PANTAGRAPH
— Bloomington’s immigrant resolution on hold for state law – Maria Nagle  (DIERSEN: As everyone on the planet earth knows full-well, to say that immigrants are welcome is code for expressing hatred against individuals, organizations, companies, governments, and countries that are Trump supporters, Protestant, conservative, Republican, American, White, male, older, rich, gun owners, German American, draft avoiders (except Bill Clinton), and/or those whose ancestors have been in America for a long time. To support the Illinois Trust Act is to express hatred against the aforesaid groups.)
http://www.pantagraph.com/news/local/government-and-politics/bloomington-s-immigrant-resolution-on-hold-for-state-law/article_0d7d1730-7972-5bd8-9235-1abe6aa2f5b6.html
(FROM THE ARTICLE: The Bloomington City Council will not act Monday night on a proposed resolution intended to assure Bloomington’s immigrant residents that they are welcome. The item is being pulled from the agenda for the 7 p.m. Monday council meeting so the city can wait for Gov. Bruce Rauner to act on related legislation, said Mayor Tari Renner. The resolution would be a statement of the city’s dedication to diversity and inclusion and not a change in law enforcement policy, according to background documentation submitted to the council. The Illinois Trust Act, if enacted, would prevent state law enforcement agencies from assisting in immigration actions unless there’s a warrant and offer protections from immigration enforcement to some safe havens such as schools. If Rauner signs the bill, possibly by Aug. 1, it would affect some of the language in the city’s proposed resolution, said Renner.)

(FROM THE ARTICLE: One America News is an obscure TV channel struggling to emerge from the cellar of the cable ratings, but it is nonetheless one of President Trump’s favorite media outlets. It’s not hard to see why: On One America newscasts, the Trump administration is a juggernaut of progress, a shining success with a daily drumbeat of achievements. One America — a tiny father-and-sons operation that often delivers four times as many stories per hour as its competitors — promises “straight news, no opinion,” promoting itself as the antidote to the Big Three cable news networks’ focus on punditry and the one big story of the moment. But since its inception in 2013, and especially since Trump began his march to the White House, One America’s owner, Robert Herring Sr., a millionaire who made his money printing circuit boards, has directed his channel to push Trump’s candidacy, scuttle stories about police shootings, encourage antiabortion stories, minimize coverage of Russian aggression, and steer away from the new president’s troubles, according to more than a dozen current and former producers, writers and anchors, as well as internal emails from Herring and his top news executives.)

They would not have done that if I had been a Democrat, a minority, a female, or a veteran.)
http://www.daily-journal.com/opinion/columnists/local/dennis-marek-who-is-the-real-public-today/article_dee873ef-db72-531b-86cb-65bf3cafd71d.html
(FROM THE ARTICLE: As I, and most of America, get more nauseated by the political scene each day, something else arises. We, of Illinois, are the victims of a state with little hope. Last month, it was announced Illinois ranks 50th in the financial stability of all the states. We have no budget as I write this. We have no cooperation between the governor and the legislature. We have no money. All we have is self-righteous rich men and women running our state into utter bankruptcy. Is the general public rich or poor? I suppose that depends on the definition of rich. Obviously, this also depends on the person who is defining the term. If a person is on Social Security, public assistance, or is unemployed, someone earning $30,000 is rich. If one is a professional earning $150,000 per year, then the multimillionaire is rich. And if you are Gov. Rauner who has millions, then Bill Gates is rich. It is all in the point of view. So, let’s be fair. Let’s say the well-off person is from a family that nets after all deductions and itemizations more than $50,000. Then, let’s say the present budget impasse between Michael Madigan and Rauner is on the proposed increase in the Illinois income tax rate. The House, with the help of 15 Republicans, passed Madigan’s bill increasing the state income tax for individuals from 3.75 to 4.9 percent and the corporate tax from 5.25 to 7 percent. We are a broke state. Do we tax more or spend less to get out of debt? That is one of the major differences between the political parties today. Democrats want to tax the rich more and keep programs going. The Republicans want to “lower” everyone’s taxes (mostly theirs) and cut spending everywhere. So, who is right? Rauner wants to redo the worker’s compensation system, something that was fought over forever 50-plus years ago. Rauner wants to cut Medicaid and fees charged by doctors. He wants to leave Illinois taxes low. Remember, not that long ago, we actually paid 5 percent state income tax. Let’s look at who really gets help if we do not raise state taxes. Take a $50,000 family. If the tax stays at 3.75 percent, the family pays $1,875 in Illinois tax. If it goes to 4.9 percent, the family pays $2,450 or $575 more. But if you are in the 20 percent Federal tax bracket and itemize, you save $115 on your Federal tax because your state income tax is another deduction. So, this bill that passed the House cost this family $460. Yet, it is predicted across the state such an increase would bring the state $4.3 billion. The increase in the corporate rate from 5.25 percent to 7 percent would bring in another $460 million. So, the middle income family pays an added $460 per year. Who do you think really pays the balance of the $4.3 billion? The super-rich. The Rauners and the Pritzkers. The very people who want to run the State of Illinois.)

NEW YORK TIMES
— DIERSEN HEADLINE: An anti-Trump charges Trump with “Dissing Jews.”  While I worked for the federal government for almost 30 years, many of my superiors and supervisors were Jewish.  My Democrat superiors, supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates reminded them a) that I am 100% German national origin and b) that I was baptized, raised, and confirmed as a Missouri Synod Lutheran. In my defense, I stressed a) that all my ancestors immigrated to northeast Illinois during the 1840s and 1850s, b) that my grandfather on my father’s side fought the Germans in WWI, c) that my uncles on my mother’s side fought the Germans in WWII, and d) my father would have fought the Germans in WWII if he had not been 4-F.

http://www.chicagobusiness.com/article/20170706/NEWS02/170709952/illinois-takes-first-step-toward-a-budget
(FROM THE ARTICLE: The Illinois House has voted to override Gov. Bruce Rauner’s veto of a bill to raise the state’s income tax, the first and most difficult of a series of votes expected today to give the state its first budget in three years. The action came on a largely party-line vote 71 to 42, the bare number needed, with GOP lawmakers who broke from Rauner in passing the bill last week joining with all but a handful of Democrats to finalize the tax increase. Since the Senate already had voted for an override, the action means that, effective July 1, the individual income tax will rise from 3.75 percent to 4.95 percent and the corporate rate from 5.25 percent to 7 percent. The action also sets the stage for what is likely to be a no-holds-barred race for governor next year between Rauner, seeking a second term, and one of a half-dozen Democrats who are vying to take him on in the general election. Since at least the 1960s, patronage, political affiliation discrimination, reverse discrimination, age discrimination, and retaliation have been rampant in the federal government. GAO hired me in 1980 because it could not find a qualified Democrat, minority, female, younger person, or veteran who would take the job.  IRS hired me in 1971 because it could not find a qualified Democrat, minority, female, or veteran who would take the job.  The Post Office hired me in 1966 because it could not find a qualified Democrat, minority, female, or veteran who would take the job. Because I have always been a Republican, were it not for federal civil service protections, a) the Post Office would NOT have hired me in 1966 or let me work there for almost 3 years, b) IRS would NOT have hired me in 1971 or let me work there for almost 9 years, c) IRS would NOT have promoted me in 1972, 1973, or 1974, d) GAO would NOT have hired me in 1980 or let me work there for almost 18 years, and e) GAO would NOT have promoted me in 1986.)

Dear House Republican Members,

[The HGOP’s] Digital Media Manager, has prepared the information below to help guide members who experience abusive social media comments.

What to do if you receive threats on Facebook, Twitter or other social media accounts:

* If you feel the threat is imminent call 911
* Report threats of violence immediately to State Police at this phone number: 877-xxx-xxxx
* Then report to social media platform – here’s how
* Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/help/181495968648557?helpref=faq_content
* Twitter:https://support.twitter.com/articles/20169998#whatshouldido
* Or, ask your communications staffer for help
Others ways to manage posts or comments:

* Delete comments containing profanity, name calling, or libelous statements.
* Hiding a comment will leave it visible only to the person who posted it and their friends.
* Like or comment on positive comments – which will push them to the top of news feed. This is a very good strategy.
* Ban individuals who repeatedly post abusive comments especially if they are not constituents.

Call me if you have any questions or issues.)

AMERICAN FREE PRESS
— Company Sued for Anti-White Bias  Tech-worker’s lawsuit alleges India-based company in U.S. racially discriminates – John Friend
http://www.americanfreepress.net/PDF/Issue%2027_28%202017%20AFP.pdf (Page 17)
(FROM THE ARTICLE: As readers of this newspaper are fully aware, white Americans have been targeted for discrimination and demonization for decades now. With openly anti-white public policies institutionalized across the country—affirmative action, diversity, quotas, and forced racial integration, for example—and a distorted, highly weaponized historical narrative that depicts whites as evil and oppressive, whites now regularly find themselves in the crosshairs of the hostile, anti-white forces ruling this country. In reality, though, whites are blatantly discriminated against and targeted for ridicule, slander, and other abuse—including physical assault, rape, and murder—on a daily basis. Case in point: A former high-tech employee at Infosys, an India-based technology consulting firm with offices across the United States, has filed a lawsuit against his former employer alleging that the company is openly hostile to white workers and favors those from India and other parts of South Asia. Erin Green, who worked as a supervisor at Infosys in its Plano, Texas office and rose to the rank of head of global immigration, was terminated in June 2016 for allegedly violating the company’s code of conduct for utilizing his work computer for personal use. Green, a white man, maintains that non-Indian and non-Asian employees were systematically discriminated against, berated, and denied raises and promotional opportunities. Green is one of many former employees and job applicants of the tech giant who have filed lawsuits against Infosys alleging improper treatment and outright discrimination.)

— What Health Benefits Do Members Of Congress Get? – Heather Brown  (DIERSEN: What health insurance coverage have you had? What health insurance do you have?  What health insurance coverage will you have?  My critics/opponents, their operatives, and their dupes have always been beyond furious a) that I had Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB) coverage while I was a federal employee for almost 30 years, b) that my wife and I have had FEHB coverage since I retired in 1997, and c) that my wife and I will have FEHB coverage until we die.)
http://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2017/07/05/good-question-what-health-benefits-do-members-of-congress-get/
(FROM THE ARTICLE: “What’s interesting about it, while most people think Congress gets some cushy deal in terms of healthcare, guess what,” says David Schultz, a professor of political science at Hamline University. “By law, they have to buy their health care through the health care exchanges.” Members of Congress used to have the plan that’s currently given federal employees called the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program (FEHB).  Schultz says that plan is comparable to what a large corporation would offer to its employees. In 2014, that all changed. When Congress passed the Affordable Care Act, it decided Members of Congress – and their staffs – should be required to get their insurance benefits through the ACA exchanges. Members and their staffs are given the choice of 57 plans through the Washington, D.C. exchanges.  According to Adam Hudson, a spokesman for DC Health Link, that adds up to about 11,000 people. At the time of the ACA debate, Rep. Tom Coburn (R-OK) said, “What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. If we’re going to create a government-run plan, then let’s put us in it.” According to the Congressional Research Service, the employer (the government) pays between 72 percent and 75 percent of the premium. That’s slightly more than the average of 83 percent covered by large employers and even with the average of 72 percent covered by small employers. Some Members choose not to take the employer contribution or choose to donate it.)

http://www.chicagobusiness.com/article/20170705/BLOGS02/170709989/illinois-balks-at-vote-fraud-panels-data-request
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Add Illinois to the list of states that are balking at turning over massive amounts of voter data that is normally kept private to a commission chaired by Vice President Mike Pence. In an interview, Ken Menzel, general counsel to the Illinois State Board of Elections, said the board this morning finally received a written request from the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity. The commission says it’s trying to prevent voter fraud; Democrats say it is attempting to drive down voter turnout among progressive voters. The request was mistakenly sent to Secretary of State Jesse White, whose office passed it on to the board. Menzel said the matter will be researched and referred to the board for possible action. But the board doesn’t meet until Aug. 22, Menzel added, so nothing is going to be happening soon. And it’s clear that at least some requested data will not be going to the feds. “They’re certainly not going to get the last four numbers of (each registrant’s) Social Security number,” he said. “We don’t give that out to anybody.” Some other information—the commission asked for past military records, felony convictions and other data—may be possible, Menzel indicated. But even that’s not sure. “This (request) doesn’t fit neatly into what our laws provide.” I’d look for Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan to jump into this fray.)

Since 1997, when I was 49 years old, to promote even more hatred against me, my critics/opponents have stressed to their operatives and to their dupes that I have been getting a CSRS pension since 1997 when I was 49 years old, currently $50,856/year.)

HOUSTON CHRONICLE
— Houston’s most Republican and Democrat neighborhoods – John D. Harden  (DIERSEN: Which are the most Republican and Democrat neighborhoods in your precinct, in your municipality, and in your county?  (DIERSEN: In Illinois, hard-core Democrats hypocritically move into and hypocritically stay in Republican neighborhoods to hypocritically take advantage of the safety and prosperity that Republicans created there. These hard-core Democrats count on Democrat success in driving out of Illinois members of the following groups: Trump supporters, Protestant, conservative, Republican, American, White, male, older, rich, gun owners, German Americans, draft avoiders (except Bill Clinton), and/or those whose ancestors have been in America for a long time.)

FED SMITH
— Money, Manpower, Morale, and Motivation – Robbie Kunreuther  (DIERSEN: Measuring job performance is extremely subjective. My Democrat superiors and supervisors in the federal government used that subjectivity a) to retain and to promote their Democrat employees and especially those who were minority, female, and/or younger and b) to get rid of their employees who were Republican and especially those who were White, male, older, and/or non-veteran.)
https://www.fedsmith.com/2017/07/05/money-manpower-morale-motivation/
(FROM THE ARTICLE: What motivates you? We know that your work to get paid and meet your needs, but what makes you take extra time and effort to do a job well? Why do people work for the government and why do some contribute so much more than others? As a former HR specialist these are questions that I am motivated to examine. Clearly, there are carrots and sticks to consider when looking at what makes Feds go. This article focuses on the most commonly considered carrot – money. Memories and motivation  There is ample reason to believe that the General Schedule will be abolished over the next few years and replaced by a pay-for-performance (PFP) system. It will likely be shaped by “pay bands” in which new hires are placed when hired. After that, annual salaries will only be increased based on performance reviews.)

July 4 Evening Edition

GOPUSA ILLINOIS
— Republicans who participated in Wheaton’s outstanding Independence Day Parade this morning were: DuPage State’s Attorney Bob Berlin; DuPage County District 4 officials Grant Eckhoff, Tim Elliott, Amy Grant, and Tim Whelan; James Mendrick for DuPage Sheriff; Frank Bibbianno for DuPage Sheriff; Karen Wilson for DuPage Judge; and the Milton Township Republican Central Committee (MTRCC). – Dave Diersen

WASHINGTON TIMES
— July Fourth poll: 95% of Trump voters say they are patriotic – Jennifer Harper
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2017/jul/3/inside-the-beltway-yes-presidential-critics-still-/
(FROM THE ARTICLE: Despite the din of partisan discord — much of it induced by the news media — Americans still say they’re patriotic on this Independence Day. Star-spangled sentiment lingers: 79 percent of the public would describe themselves as patriotic; 92 percent of Republicans and 80 percent of Democrats agree, along with 95 percent of those who voted for President Trump, and 78 percent of those who voted for Hillary Clinton. So says a wide-ranging Economist/YouGov poll conducted during the last week of June. The Republican Party has a little edge here. The poll found that while 46 percent of Americans overall say that both major political parties are “patriotic,” 33 percent cited the GOP and 21 percent the Democratic Party. But what constitutes patriotism? Sixty-nine percent of Americans overall said that someone could criticize Mr. Trump and still be considered patriotic; 61 percent of Republicans and 73 percent of Democrats agree with that. Another 68 percent also said that one could criticize former President Barack Obama and still be considered a patriot as well; 75 percent of Republicans and 65 percent of Democrats agree. The public is not so cordial toward people who burn the American flag or refuse to pay their taxes, however. Those acts are among those that garnered much less support as demonstrations of patriotism; just 21 percent would call a flag-burner patriotic. See the Poll du Jour at column’s end for more numbers.)

GOPUSA ILLINOIS
— I urge everyone to watch Wheaton’s fireworks Monday evening, July 3, and watch Wheaton’s Independence Day parade on July 4.  For event details,  visit
https://wheatonparkdistrict.com/events/july4/. Parade entries include Peter Roskam for U.S. Congress (#17); Jeanne Ives for Illinois House and Mike Connelly for Illinois Senate (#16); Peter Breen for Illinois House (#18); Bob Berlin for DuPage State’s Attorney (#19); Grant Eckhoff, Tim Elliott, Amy Grant, and Tim Whelan for DuPage District 4 (#21); James Mendrick for DuPage Sheriff (#23); Karen Wilson for DuPage Judge (#20); Milton Township Republican Central Committee (#22), and Bibbianno for DuPage Sheriff (#27) have entries. The parade lineup is at https://wheatonparkdistrict.com/wp-content/uploads/July_4_2017_Parade_Lineup.pdf. This year, for the 12th year in a row, “DuPage Republicans” will help sponsor the parade.  They will be one of the two $2,500 “Star” sponsors and again sponsor the Wheaton high school bands (#25) and the Tunes of Glory Pipes and Drums (#15) parade entries and again have a booth at the July 3 fireworks. Outstandingly, again this year Tim Whelan will coordinate Republican use of the booth at the fireworks. This year again, I have delivered flyers to the residences and businesses on the parade route. The flyers list the Republican entries in the parade and the Republicans who helped sponsor entries. Please plan on watching the 22-minute fireworks Monday evening July 3 at Graf Park, and stopping by the DuPage Republicans booth.  Please plan on watching the parade on Tuesday morning July 4 or walking in the parade with one of the Republican entries. If you want to walk with one of the Republican entries, I suggest being at the staging area at Fifth Third Bank on north Main Street at 9:00 AM. This year is the 10th anniversary of an elephant walking behind Roskam in the parade.  I had the honor of raising $2,000 on short notice from DuPage Republicans to sponsor that elephant.  – Dave Diersen

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/opinion/editorials/ct-cmap-region-planning-2050-edit-0703-md-20170630-story.html
(FROM THE EDITORIAL: Economic inequality: The Chicago area has yet to make much headway bridging the chasm between haves and have-nots. Disinvestment continues to ravage the city’s South and West sides and many south suburbs, perpetuating a cycle of violence and outmigration that destroys neighborhoods. In the meantime, downtown and the North Side flourish, recharged by a steady influx of millennials. It’s an imbalance that robs residents in struggling neighborhoods of access to parity in education, jobs, housing and transportation. “These residents are not well connected to opportunities provided by the region’s economy,” CMAP states in preview report to “On To 2050,” the regional comprehensive plan that the agency will release next year. “As a result, a substantial portion of the region’s human capital — embodied in the talents and skills of these residents — is being wasted.”)

Especially, ever since I became an IRS employee in 1971, my critics/opponents, their operatives, and their dupes have hinted/implied/argued/shouted that I should pay more taxes.  They hint/imply/argue/shout that I avoided the draft, that the federal government grossly overpaid me, that my wife and I gave up trying to have children, that we did not adopt, and that we did not become foster parents, and that my federal retirement pension and benefits are too generous.)

TOWNHALL
— The Left’s Factions Increasingly Turning Their Sights on Each Other – Rachel Alexander  (DIERSEN: If a male federal employee declares himself to be a woman, does he then get all the preferences accorded by Affirmative Action, Diversity, and Inclusion? If a White federal employee declares himself/herself to be a minority, does he/she then get all the preferences accorded by Affirmative Action, Diversity, and Inclusion?  If a non-veteran federal employee declares himself/herself to be a veteran, does he/she then get all the preferences accorded by the veterans preference?  If a rich federal employee declares himself/herself to be poor, does he/she then get all the preferences accorded to poor federal employees?  If a healthy federal employee declares himself/herself to be unhealthy, does he/she then get all the preferences accorded to unhealthy federal employees?  While I worked for the federal government for almost 30 years, many, if not most of my coworkers and subordinates painted themselves as having major financial problems and/or health problems.)

— Pension transparency: Uncle Sam needs to catch up with New York – Editorial  (DIERSEN: If I sought a government office or a political office, my critics/opponents, their operatives, and their dupes would hint/imply/argue/shout that my $50,856 federal pension is far too generous. In my defense, I worked for the federal government for almost 30 years and I earned a) a job-related bachelor’s degree when I was 21 and job-related master’s degrees when I was 27, 31, and 48, b) job-related professional certifications when I was 30, 32, 41, 45, 47, and 48, and c) a job-related professional license when I was 32.)

WXPI
— Trump signs new law to allow VA to more quickly fire workers for poor performance – Jamie Dupree  (DIERSEN: Measuring job performance is extremely subjective. My Democrat GAO superiors used that subjectivity to justify their forcing me to retire in 1997 when I was 49 years old, their always ranking me in the bottom half of my coworkers for pay-for-performance purposes, their not promoting me beyond GS-13, their keeping me off audits of IRS for all but 3 of the almost 18 years that I worked for GAO, and their forcing me to take an $18,847 pay cut in today’s dollars to transfer from IRS to GAO in 1980.  My Democrat IRS superiors used that subjectivity to justify their not promoting me beyond GS-12, their disallowing my education deductions in 1978, and their disallowing my partial day per diem claims in 1974.  My Democrat Post Office used that subjectivity to justify their forcing me resign in 1969 and their disallowing my sick leave requests in 1969 and 1968.  My federal superiors would not have done the aforesaid if I had been a Democrat, a minority, a females, or a veteran.)
