All eight Republican township candidates on my DuPage County Milton Township Precinct 59 ballot lost because the Democrats in the township, including my precinct, voted for the Democrat candidates to punish Trump. How successful were your Republican township candidates? Ever since my wife and I moved to Milton Township in 1978, all of the Milton Township elected officials have been Republican. Since 2000, as a Republican Precinct Committeeman, I have done much to help elect and reelect Republican Milton Township candidates, including hand-delivering their campaign literature to the residences in my precinct (currently 400) that have at least one Republican or one Independent registered voter.
