I would focus on past/present a) leaders of the Illinois Republican Party, Republican county party organizations, and Republican township/ward party organizations, b) Republican U.S. Senators, U.S. Congressmen/women, state senators, and state representatives, c) Republican leaders of Illinois, counties, townships, municipalities, and school districts, d) Republican candidates ballots in my precinct and their political consultants, fundraisers, pollsters, campaign managers, campaign staff members, and campaign volunteers, e) conservative leaders and activists, and i) religious leaders and activists. I would focus on the aforesaid who have taken the most/biggest adverse actions against me.
