Instead, they should draft a bill that would eventually legalize most of the 11 million people who are in the country illegally — whether or not they went to college or speak English. (FROM THE ARTICLE: Future federal employees could lose their jobs much more easily under legislation introduced by Rep. Todd Rokita (R-Ind.). He wants all new feds to be considered at-will employees, meaning they “may be removed/suspended without notice or right to appeal for good cause, bad cause, or no cause at all,” according to a summary of the legislation. This represents no understanding that civil service protections are designed to protect not just staffers, but also the public from a government bureaucracy riven with political favoritism, as was the case under the spoils system. — Dennis Hastert released from federal prison in Minnesota – AP  (DIERSEN: GAO works for Congress. All during the time (2000-2005) that Diersen v. GAO (https://gopillinois.com/documents/) was pending in the federal courts in Chicago, Dennis Hastert was the Speaker of the House, Peter Fitzgerald was my U.S. Senator, and Henry Hyde was my U.S. Representative.  One could conclude a) that because Fitzgerald appointed both the district court judge in the case and the attorney who represented GAO, b) that because GAO never offered to settle, c) that because the district court denied my 7th Amendment rights and granted GAO summary judgment, and d) that because the appellate court upheld that decision, that Hastert, Fitzgerald, and Hyde sided with the Democrats who ran GAO, that is, that Hastert, Fitzgerald, and Hyde favored patronage, political affiliation discrimination, reverse discrimination, age discrimination, and retaliation for complaining about the aforesaid.  Hyde may have tried to help me because in 1989, he intervened for me, and if he had not done that, the Democrats who ran GAO back then might have succeeded in getting rid of me.  My critics/opponents, their operatives, and their dupes have always sided with the Democrats who ran/run GAO.)
