I worked on an automobile assembly line in 1970. My critics/opponents have always used my taking the aforesaid jobs against me. Starting when I was 18 years old in 1966, my critics/opponents have envied my earning credits toward a Civil Service Retirement System pension and the federal government paying 72% of my health insurance and paying 72% of my wife’s health insurance since 1978. Their envy worsened when I became eligible for early retirement and a $25,000 buyout when I was 45 in 1993. Their envy worsened more when I took early retirement when I was 49 in 1997. My mother never attended high school. My ACT score was only 24. I only just barely made it into the upper 20% of my class. I washed dishes during my junior and senior years and the summer in between. I could not run because I had a bone disease. My eyesight could not be corrected to 20/20. I had partial red/green color blindness.
